Maybe the byakugan is one of those traits that has a dominance factor, and the Ootsutsukis have a wide variety of them, so that it's possible for someone like Kaguya to have three sons and only one with byakugan (if Black Zetsu even counts as human). As for the 100% byakugan rate among Hyuugas, I have no idea. Inbreeding?

Its not filler really but more like a side story. Its better than never finding out. I am glad Kishi is making a movie to explain things he had no time to in the manga. Hopefully he makes more explaining other things. But most will be explained in the databook too.

Hanabi in Rock Lee spin off was similar to kid Neji but with less angst. She was a little punk saying stuff like "lets duke it out sis" to Hinata and sort of chill. I liked her.
