I believe I understand the meassge Kishi is trying to tell
As in Buddhism the human realm is the realm of desire and good and evil

Yes, she is a fake God, but she is pretty simple minded. I doubt she is capable of regret especially since she is the epitome of a God Complex

Yes, she will be imprisoned by the Seal of her sons. I personally think Kaguya is just too broken to fix, at most she will just learn to let go and love her sons for what they have bcome

Ok, I just thought that u took it that she was the actual creator of the NV, but if that wasn't the case then that is good. As I said before I don't think she is gonna go quietly or try to repent. I believe that she may overcome the Juubi influence momentarily and see her sons in Naruto and Sasuke becoming truly proud of them, but sealing her away with all of the chakra is too unrealistic seeing how if she goes she takes the bijuu with her. Even if a portion of them exist within Naruto i think he will rescue the bijuu's full form. Also, ppl fought long before Kaguya obtained the fruit, all chakra did was increase the danger. Hagoromo my have been on to something with Ninshuu connecting ppl together, but this is all just my take on things

What is the power of the Juubi's eye

My hypothesis is that since this eye is the eye of the creator, the eye of the Juubi has the power to perceive and manipulate the reality created by the Juubi, which is in other words the world itself.

The wielder needs the Rinnegan [with nine tomoes] to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi and it plays a vital role in dimension traveling
