The World Tree and the Eyes of God

Hello once again, I would like to entertain you all with an idea that I have been having. It is paralleling the Shinjuu to the World Tree. For those who don't know what the world tree is I offer you this wiki excert:

The world tree is a motif present in several religions and mythologies, particularly Indo-European religions, Siberian religions, and Native American religions. The world tree is represented as a colossal tree which supports the heavens, thereby connecting the heavens, the world, and, through its roots, the underworld. It may also be strongly connected to the motif of the tree of life.

I am also sure that many of you have heard that it is often stated that when ppl are about to die they are led by a blinding white light such as the light that Madara used to put everyone in Tsukuyomi (Heaven)

Hell

Yes, I am saying that the destination where they r currently doing battle in the story could have possibly been made to resemble Hell. Notice how there is even a house here hinting that Kaguya or some other being at one point used this place as a residence.

In other words I am saying that the power of the Progenitor gives you the ability to take ppl to Heaven or Hell XD

The Eyes of God

Do you think that it is a coincidence that the 9 Tomoe sharingan is what is brought ppl into Mugen Tsukuyomi and to their current location as well?

Something I have also wondered is exactly how The Shinjuu/ Juubi created the World. It is possible that the Naruto World is also a product of the Juubi's 9 tomoe Sharingan. This could explain why the Juubi/ Bijuu can never be destroyed, only sealed. It is also possible that seeing how this world is a product of the Juubi that the world itself is dependent on the Juubi's presence whether in part or in whole which is why the Juubi and bijuu can't be destroy permanently. They can only temporarily die or be sealed.

What is the power of the Juubi's eye

My hypothesis is that since this eye is the eye of the creator, the eye of the Juubi has the power to perceive and manipulate the reality created by the Juubi, which is in other words the world itself. Of course the level of manipulation has to be limited. One such limit is possibly range. For Sasuke who doesn't have access to the chakra of Kaguya or the Juubi of course the effectiveness of his jutsu will be limited, but we r unsure as to whether this limitation applies to Kaguya or the Juubi. For now we know that both of them have the ability to change the position of themselves and those around them.

Sasuke

Kaguya
Changing the position of herself:

She appeared near Sakura the moment Naruto and Sasuke hit the ground

Others

She turned Naruto and Sasuke around and they only noticed afterwards that they were facing her

It is also possible that Kaguya's doujutsu is what allowed her to create the dimension in which the story is taking place. This may be the reason y Kaguya can do things like this:

Altering and manipulating her own dimension.

Thank you for reading, :win:
I would like to get your input so thanks again.

Interesting.

Here are my parallels for Kaguya, Shinju, Juubi and the Nine tomoe eye. I think the nine tomoes represent the nine circles of hell while Kaguya, Shinju and Juubi represent the divine comedy.

Oh dear, thankfully I have found an amazing thread today :hooray:

Good point; there is no doubt about that.

My questions are the following ones:

1- If Kaguya can teleport herself and others as she pleasses, why did she had to create that black portal to appear behind Naruto and Sasuke?
2- Isn't the reshaping of reality what Banbutsu Sōzō does? I.e yin-yang release? Mmm... the eyes (tomoed rinnegan) and the yin and the body (shinju) and the yang... I've heard out there a theory about Kaguya already having yin, and coming to earth to get yang ( )... interesting... mmm... but how can Sasuke do similar things to Kaguya, if he only has the eyes-yin yet an average yang capability? I guess we'll have to wait until we finally certainly know what Sasuke's eye is able to do.

Tbh, looking at this picture I have been nurturing the theory that Hagoromo invented the 6 Path Jutsu as well as Banbutsu Sozo in effort imitate his mother's power which is why the Juubi's eye is shown behind Hagoromo in this picture.

Also, I have no clue as why Kaguya slipped away like she did. Naruto flew pretty far away and I was wondering y Naruto and Sasuke seemed to not notice her slip inside the portal. There r two possibilities

1. Kaguya's teleportation is restricted by range as and she slipped through the dimension to bridge the gap.

2. She was hidden away and wanted to use it as a sneak attack.

I am sure that the tree properly used the creation of all things or it's somehow intricately linked with it. I agree with most of the thread, but what I find disagreeable is the notion that the Juubi cannot be destroyed. The thing is, the Bijuus were created out of its chakra, they have no bodies, not like humans anyway. Which is why they are mentioned as being nothing more than 'masses of chakra' by many individuals.

The Juubi actually has a body, which is why its shell can be sealed. If the shell is destroyed, it should be killed - thus, ending all Chakra usage. That's my take on it anyway.

Well it was merely stated as a possibility that the Juubi's presence might be integral to the stability of the NV. Its kinda like stating how can Kamui exist if both of his eyes r destroyed. However if the world is a creation independent of its creator then yes the Juubi's lack of presence wouldn't affect the world at all.
Still, I can't see the Juubi being mortal because the sage preserving the Mazo knowing that its best if it is destroyed is beyond stupid

Immorality doesn't equate invincibility. The fact that people have the ability to control and seal it by ripping its chakra out of its body goes to show that the Juubi is not invincible nor is it omnipotent. Anything that doesn't fall into these categories can be destroyed. People also existed without Chakra before Kaguya introduced the strife of chakra into the world. So, it isn't all that impossible to imagine that if removed from the equation, people will simply lose the ability to manipulate it.

That's the way I see this manga ending - a complete loss of harnessing chakra.

Well it was said to have amazing vitality so I doubt it would b destroyed without eradicating it completely

Mezo is just a statue with chakra. It's an empty shell. Nothing in the manga suggests it cannot be destroyed. It probably wasn't destroyed because of the Sage's love for Bijuus, which is why they respect him.

Very nice theory :)

I like the reference to the "light at the end of the tunnel" and the light from the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Just like the Rinnegan's Naraka Path gave Nagato the ability to access the abilities of the King of Hell, the 9T Rinnegan may be able to access those dimensions more freely. Kabuto had wanted to use Edo-Nagato to store the souls and bodies of Naruto/Bee inside the King of Hell, and then revive them later. So the normal Rinnegan has at least some access to the Hell Realm.

Actually, I was thinking that the 6 Paths Jutsu might have been created in order to compete with Kaguya's Doujutsu and maybe even mimicing some of her techniques in Hagoromo's own way.

If you look at the eye that is behind the Sage in this picture it could actually mean that Kaguya's doujutsu was the Sage's inspiration for In'youton
