Tobirama stated if the Uchiha unlocked their hidden prowess (MS), they'd become the superior of the two clans. It's literally that simple I don't understand what more needs to be said.

Nothing, if they did they would of been but they didn't, so the thread is incorrect, he's stating the uchiha WERE stronger. Nothing says that they where, if anything it should say they COULD have been stronger, but as it stands during the warring era they seemed pretty equal more or less

Two Uchiha's wiping out the Uchiha clan in a single night doesn't mean that the Uchiha are weaker than the Senju. Also, with Obito present, no clan would survive be it Senju or Uchiha.

The thread says WERE, past tense, and then the op goes on about what tobirama said, which is fine, but all that does is tell us they COULD have been stronger, as far as we know and with everything they've shown us of that war, they where pretty equal, even the two heads of the clans at the time where considered equal. Everybody's nonsense about sasuke, obito, itachi, and Shisui means nothing when they weren't alive or even conceived yet. Not only that, the manga goes out of its way to literally show us 2 stand outs from each clan... everybody else at the time of each clan was pretty much unimportant fodder. So where exactly do people get that the uchiha WERE stronger then the senju? They might of been after konoha was formed, who knows, but they weren't at the time of war

What era would it be? The small time frame that they where all together in the village? Madara was the only one worth noting there, the rest where no names, by the time obito came around and then itachi and shisui there weren't any senjus around bar tsuna that we know of.
