Minato that Rasengan spammer? I mean, yeah he is fast and what have you. But apart from FTG and Rasengan, what other good jutsu's does he have. Sealing has a time and a place and summons are not really you fighting in my opinion. Overall Minato, followed by Kakashi. Low stamina and sharringan? He could hardly fight Zabuza in act one, let alone a war.
