Yes, due to special circumstances. Naruto for example, in BM, can make regular clones. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that Madara can't have 25 wood clones with enough chakra to use the Rinnegan, and still have enough chakra for himself.

Ahhh you remember that Edo have Unlimited chakra? .... and the fact that Clones actually divide the users chakra equally which would mean that if the Clones does not have the chakra to use Rinnegan then the Original does not have chakra to have Rinnegan either (which is not true) ..... its called indirect evidence. We wont be speculating if there was proof already.

None of the clones' eyes were shown, except the one that used genjutsu on the Raikage. There is no evidence that they were ever made with the Rinnegan. All of them had the eyes closed during their creation.

None of the eyes of the 25 clones were shown but a particular wood clone was seen to have Rinnegan .... the One the Kages sealed, and immediately tsuna got surprise stabbed from below and the real madara arrived and revealed that the Kages sealed only a clone.

No you're wrong. Madara himself stated that he had unlimited chakra. Using other Edo Tensie zombies as example to justify Madara is incorrect as latter's version is beyond his prime. Madara's chakra are combination of Hashirama's + EMS Madara + Nagato plus Senjutsu which means he can perform bunshins with Rinnegan as all clones have access to their original's arsenal.

You're taking that out of context. There is no difference between Madara and the other Edotensei, other than whether or not they are controlled by another party. Madara breaking Kabuto's control doesn't suddenly give him "unlimited" chakra. They are all that way.
It's not a matter of "correct" or not. It's a matter of how you choose to define "infinite" chakra; Madara also never claimed that he and he alone had "infinite" chakra.

Madara's Edo Tensie was stated to be most advanced form due to the fact Madara has been revived a lot more powerful than he could ever be in his lifetime. Now with that being said, this means the chakra he is granted with is greater than any other Edo Tensie.

You can see the definition of Infinite as well. Also where was it stated that all Edo Tensie zombies have unlimited chakra because as far as i am concerned, only Madara has that. People hand out zombies to claim Madara had particularly made for himself.
