Ordinarily this would've been easy if I just went by the ordinary rules for vessels but considering the exception of Vincent's bio I couldn't really do anything until I got confirmation. That being said, I'm approving the bio w/o Sage Mode until I actually talk to Cali about it (just waiting on his response). I don't want to set any double standards, but I'd much rather the precedent be how the rules are actually stated and not allow for exceptions for no good reason. If there wasn't any specific reason why the other bio was allowed as it was or it was an oversight, I will simply decline that bio and not have to worry about the situation again. I'd much rather that bio be edited than having to edit this one to allow it. Otherwise that rule for Oro vessels is just useless.
