It's Nagato.. , ex sensei.
He got Rinnegan via killing Serpent in the NW.

He didn't kill me. I just didn't have time so he slithered inside me and we merged our DNA creating a beautiful baby that he gets full custody of because, ain't nobody got time for dat' lol

Well, according to the Orochimaru rules their are a few things he will have to change, sadly.

"When a Vessel is claimed, one must abide by the rules of that bio as well. For example, If the user is to gain an Ability that has Limitations/Restrictions, then the Limitations/Restrictions of that ability must be followed."

This means that he now fallows the limitations of a Nagato Bio, meaning he cannot have Sage Mode in his bio.

Thats a Madara Bio, not a Nagato Bio. Madara can have Sage Mode, at least they could at the time Vinny made his. I hope they allow you to have both, It would make for a fun bio to fight, although I'm fairly positive you will have to drop Sage Mode for Rinnegan.

As for Rain, I believe you can learn it on this bio. Since Its a standard ability and not an Advanced ability. You should be able to learn it even though I didn't have it.
