the only way it was implanted is if it was madaras rinnegan before he died in which case he would have sharingan abilitys and he never used any (and why wouldnt he if he could they are awesome) which is why i dont think it was implanted.

yea nice deductions, look like the rinnegan and senju dna are related but I actually dont like this thoery but I'm willing to accept if comes to it.
My thoery a long time ago was that the rinnegan isnt a bloodline limit at all and its like a mutation that happens in rare moments in history.
There are no clans with rinnegans and more importantly did the so6p have rinngean before took on the jubbi? Looks like he did so one has to ask we were told the so6p was blessed with the some power from the heavens and if its not the rinnegan then what was it?

The tittle is backward, It should be The Sharigan is not the final stage of the Rinnegan sines the Rinnegan is the Father of the Sharigan. Sons do not give birth to their Fathers.
Thanks, i think the reason there are no clans with the rinnegan is becasue it is a KG of the SO6P and his bloodline is a combination of both OS (uchiha) and YS (senju), the only way to awaken it is to reunite the 2 powers thats why only few have rinnegan.
i guess we will find out the truth soon enough tho.
um no it is called that becasue i kept seeing people say rinnegan is the final evolution of the sharingan (1t,2t,3t,ms,ems,rin) hence the title.
no rinnegan is the last dōjutsu because if it wasn't tobi would have it; he has the first hokage dna and the rinnegan. tobi is really not that strong or good at using any of the dojutsu. hell he had the sharingan when kabuto show him how to use endo tensi. if he was any good at using the sharingan he would have copy it and then Summon Shisui Uchiha and danzo and Jiraiya to help him get the 8 tail and 9 tail. I really think that if you are a uchiha or senju with both blood in you you will be able to use the rinnegan true power or next level if there is one it might be i don't think so but it might be, good thread

Rinnegan is the final stage of sharingan, just because you need senju blood doesn't make it any different. Getting senju dna is just another step like killing a loved one for MS or taking your brother's eye for EMS. I think Nagato was actually given rinnegan and thats why he can't turn it off like Kakashi with his sharingan.

The Sharigan is a water down version of the Rinnegan both Madara and Tobi wanted a full body eye with all its powers not just some so they experimented till they got one at lest Madara did, Tobi just took Nagato's eye.
the problem i have with the theory rinnegan is the final level and nagatos rinnegan was implanted is that would mean nagatos eye must have the power of the sharingan and he never used and sharingan abilitys (only rinnegan abilitys) and when where they implanted? why didnt his parents notice his diffrent eyes? he would have metioned something in his story to naruto.
since he didnt metion anything i believe he awakened them from the pain for his parents getting killed infront of him. and if he awakened them it means it is not the final level of sharingan.
also sharingan is a uchiha kg if they do need senju dna it would mean rinnegan is classed as a different kg then sharingan
having said that we dont see nagato eyes before that event and never without the rinnegan so who knows we will have to wait.
