[Theory] The rinnegan is not final stage of sharingan.

There are alot of post in other threads saying rinnegan is final stage of sharingan, this is what i believe and why:

The sages older son (uchiha) inherited his "eyes" (powerful chakra and spirtual energy).
The younger son (senju) inherited his "body" (his life force and physical energy).

But if you look the older sons eyes are a swirl patten not a ripple pattern like madaras, nagatos and the sages. then only reason i can think is the manga states the older son did inherit the sages eyes, not that he got his rinnegan meaning he inherited a dōjutsu KG (power of the eyes) .( if you disagree then what makes the sons eyes different to the sage, madara and nagatos?)

i believe he did not inherit the rinnegan becasue you need a combination of the sages "eyes" and "body" to awaken it. So a combination of both would mean that you need uchiha and senju dna.

madara states that the rinnegan is what awaits you when you progress beyond the sharingan (not this is the final stage of sharingan) and he says that becasue after he awaked his MS/EMS he was able to decipher more of the Naka Shrine (tablet left behind by the SO6P) and just one of many things on the tablet is how to awaken the rinnegan.

After obtaining Hashiramas dna (during there fight) madara awakened his rinnegan thus alowing him to fully read the tablet and learn the full history of the SO6P and the ten tails. Then came up with the eye of the moon plan so he would have control over the world.

He then gave nagato uchiha dna giving him the ability to awaken rinnegan which he did awaken after his parents where killed infront of him. madara chose nagato becasue he was an usumaki (senju dna) that lived outside of the leaf village.

but i believe that the rinnegan that madara and nagato did not have the same power as the SO6P (nagato states his power pales in comparison) due to the dna was implanted but they didnt get the natural trates of that clan. madara lacked the senju lifeforce and physical energy and nagato lacked the uchihas powerfull chakra and spirtual energy

After kabuto brings madara back he says that he has been completed to beyond what he was in his prime and his IWR is a special version becasue kabuto had done something to madaras body (through many years of research he created a body with both clans natural trates) which is why madara fighting the allied forces seams alot more powerful then nagato was.

also when tobi is explaining izanagi to konan he says "it is a technique that can only be used by someone possessing both the powers of the uchiha and the senju" to which she replys "both the uchiha and senju that's the power of the six paths... you don't have such power"

their whole conversation in that chapter just makes me think both the senju and uchiha dna are needed to unlock the sages full power

Tobi joined madara at some point and madara told him the full history.
Tobi was with madara when he gave nagato the dna which is why madara knows about nagato and tobi claims it is his to take.
The only reason madara need EMS to get the rinnegan was to read some of the tablet which is why nagato got rinnegan without having a sharingan

Having said all that until kishi reveals exactly how everyone got there rinnegan no one know for sure.

thank you thats what ive trying to say correct me if i repeated what you wrote i didnt read everything. but people keep saying its the next evaluation of the sharingan i also stated in a recent thread that it can work vise versa like when tobi said he gave nagato the rinnigan i believe he injected uchiha blood in him since nagato is half senju thus resulting in the rinnigan thats the only way i believe it could be done cause the SO6P was one senju and uchiha when he had the rinnegan so it makes lots of since

Why wouldnt tobi just put madaras rinnegan it into himself?
madara would have died before his rinnegan was inplanted into nagato so he would not know nagatos name. and if it was you would always be able to see the rinnegan in nagato eyes (which you think he parents would notice)

But it is still a posability since we have never see nagatos eyes without the rinnegan (i dont think)

This is very true. it all depends on how much of the tablet he can read with the power of his eyes. (obviously learned about the ten tails) but only with the rinnegan can you fully read the sages tablet.

Sounds good, but with all this talk of eyes and such makes me wonder if the senju were kind of cheated a bit, I mean yea they got his body and physical energy but what power does that bring? OP eyes and a strong chakra would seem to overwhelm a body and spiritual energy.
