It interfered with his sage chakra focus. We've already seen a hard hit was enough to interfere with Naruto's focus in the sage chakra control [

It can't negate SM, but it does negate ninjutsu. While he had sage chakra, his body was made of edo tensei(ninjutsu). It's what got erased and made it impossible to regenerate. It's what i think at least

When in SM isn't his Ninjutsu comprises of senjutsu?......Like when absorber Pain absorbing chakra from Naruto(who is in SM) got turned into Stone...that means the chakra he got absorbed is comprises of Senjutsu or overall naruto's chakra at that time...By this Minato's Edo form which is ninjutsu but after entering into SM,didn't it become Senjutsu chakra(A mixture).....then why didn't Mina's arm got regenreted??
