"No, no. Nothing like a shadow clone, I'd say its more of a appearance based technique which can be used to tank techniques of lower rank, I'd say. But for now, don't use it, till its fixed of course."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

"Send some Rain chakra into the clouds, and create unusually large nuclei where the rain will condense on. This creates larger raindrops which fall to the ground at a faster rate."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

"A technique where you will use your own rain chakra, and form the necessary hand seals, in order to stop all the raindrops in a mid range area around you. This stops them where they were, hanging in the balance."

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

"Lastly, a technique where you will manipulate your Rain chakra to form it into a rain dagger, which is solid like and can be used to attack the opponent. A very simple technique as well."
Understood said Keji as he subtly channeled more chakra into the sky creating nuclei for the rain drops to condense on. This caused rain to fall at an accelerated rate. This technique doesn't have a disadvantage in my opinion unless you are fighting a fellow rain user. The advantage of this techniques comes from its indirect usage. With the rain falling at an accelerated rate you allow your rain attacks to happen faster or like with the previous rain attraction jutsu's accelerate how much rain your opponent takes on.

Keji
then weaves some hand seals and channels his chakra outwards stopping the rain up to mid range. I don't really see and advantage to this yet as the rain jutsu that you have taught me would be most effective if the rain was flowing. Actually, this can help if fighting other rain users by stopping their jutsu in mid-air. Don't actually see a disadvantage to this unless it's being used against you.

Keji finally channels chakra into his right hand causing the rain drops in the immediate area to condense in his palm forming a blade. Advantages to this are one it allows you to always be armed in the rain if you prefer weapon combat. Two it most likely can be used for kenjutsu techniques. Finally, the blade once it cuts the opponent pushes water through their body which expands causing more damage. The disadvantage comes in terms of its usage as it disperses shortly after creation meaning you probably get one use out of it before you have to create another one. Question, however. If I cut my opponent is it possible to immediately use a water jutsu with the water that is now in their body before it mixes with their blood?

"That would be a no. Nonetheless, good job."

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

"A simple technique where you will form some hand seals, and stretch out your arm, to create an invisible umbrella. This cannot stop normal rain, but not highly physical based ones."

Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

"Now for this technique, you will manipulate your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain higher up into the clouds. The higher they go, the colder they get and eventually freeze, and fall down as hail, in the form of a net or dome. Pretty useful."

It was worth asking said Keji as he wove a few hand seals and stretched his right arm above his head. This created an invisible umbrella above him that would begin to repel the falling rain. This technique is useful when fighting other rain users or in some case lightning users; as it would keep you dry preventing lightning based attacks from traveling through the water and electrocuting you and repels most rain jutsu. The disadvantage to this is that rain jutsu that take on a more solid form are easily going to smash right through this technique; I also assume it would only protect you from rain jutsu B ranked and below. It also restricts one arm leaving the user unable to weave hand seals. I would suggest having a clone use this jutsu allowing both attack and defense.

Keji then causes the rain around Dean to bounce back up into the sky; causing them to freeze the higher up they went. Once frozen they took the shape of ice dome and feel to the ground trapping, Dean. Releasing the jutsuKeji would speak: This is an alternative capturing technique that gives the rain a physical form and hardness. However, if I am understanding this right the rain will hit the ground and bounce back up into the sky, harden into ice then fall back down? If this is indeed the case wouldn't that take quit awhile allowing the target ample time to move/dodge/evade before it even drops? or is the net/dome still attracted to the target causing it to drop above them no matter their location?

Sorry I've been procrastinating T.T
Understood said Keji as he channeled chakra into the rain causing it to bounce back up into the clouds, freeze and fall back down to the ground. This frozen rain would soon melt but Keji would channel more chakra into the rain repeating the process and as the frozen rain hit the ground it would stay frozen, unlike the previous jutsu.

Both of these are exactly the same with the exception that one remains frozen longer which would be the negative to the first jutsu compared to the second. The negative to the second compared to the first is that if the opponent successfully evades of defends they would have frozen rain to assault you with. Now I have a question does the frozen rain actually take the form of blades like the rain blade jutsu or is it more like senbon? The reason I ask is because if it was left up to me I would stick with the name and have them rain down frozen blades which with the second jutsu would allow me to have multiple weapons to play with on the battlefield.

After speaking
Keji would weave a couple hand seals and channel his chakra into the clouds above. A few moments later hail would begin to fall. Using his chakra to control it Keji caused the hail to land behind Dean.

Advantages of this jutsu are varied, one it is a delayed attack which could throw the enemy off guard after the hand seals are woven and nothing happens. The other advantage also deals with the delayed activation as it can blindside your opponent 3 turns later whilst they are in the middle of weaving hand seals or attacking. Third advantage is that the hail can be controlled and directed towards your target via chakra control. I have a question that may be a disadvantage. When the hail fall 3 turns later does it count towards my jutsu limit on that turn?

If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. Understood. said Keji who then once again channeled chakra into the sky; this chakra will slowly freeze turning into snowflakes over time. (Time skip) A few moments later thick snow would begin to fall blanketing the battlefield and obscuring Deans vision but not enough to make a difference.

Like the description says
this jutsu works best when used with the hidden mist jutsu without it I image regular snowfall and that wouldn't hinder much. Another downside to this is that it greatly obscures your vision as well meaning one shouldn't use this unless they have some type of sensory technique which fortunately for me I have my byakugan.

After his explanation, Keji wove a few seals and channeled chakra into his palms gathering rain around them. He would then run towards Dean as whilst forming fist sized orbs in his hands. Once near Dean Keji would thrust his arms towards Dean's right side and cause the orbs to explode outwards.

Like I read
this jutsu
is good for pushing targets back and creating openings for attacks or combinations with a partner. However, this reminds me of Sasuke's first documented use of chidori in a sense that I have to run towards my opponent in order for it to work. Now while it has its uses weaving seals and running towards your target in my opinion, would be a dead give away allowing your opponent ample enough time to counter. This however probably wouldn't matter too much if you are short-range from your intended target or have a way to augment your speed to compensate for mid-range usage.

The second
jutsu I have questions on as I don't know how to effectively apply this based just off the description. When it says artificial storms I can only think of 1 or 2 suitonjutsu that produce storm clouds and rain. One of which is continueous unless stopped by the user or the opponent and the other forms the rain that fell into a wave/vortex of water that saps the chakra from its target. With that I also don't believe you taught me any rain based jutsu that create storms so to speak so would this extend any ametonjutus that has a turn limit? For example the snowblind you just taught me if I used this jutsu on it's last turn would it extend it for 3 more tuns? If yes would it do the same for rain of glue or rain spear and its variants?

Starting to dislike all this vagueness surrounding rain xD
Well that's a drag said Keji as he began to weave a few hand seals and channel his chakra into the rain surrounding him and Dean. This turned the rain into sharp needles which Keji then sent towards Dean but stopped them about 1m from his body and released the jutsu allowing the rain to fall naturally.

This jutsu is quite useful if you are aiming to trap your opponent; for example, what I just did causing all the rain within a 20m radius converge on you from all possible directions besides the ground of course. This would force your target into using an omnidirectional attack/defense or risk getting damaged from the remaining rain.

Keji followed his analysis by channeling chakra into the sky again forming a pillar of water in the air. Keji would then drop this pillar mid-range behind him and as it landed cit created a shockwave of water in all directions.

Now this in a way reminds me of the Rain
Spear
jutsu you taught me. In reality, the only difference between that and this is that this one focuses on a wider area of effect, unlike rain spear which focuses on precision. The negatives are pretty the same though this has the wider range causing your opponent utilize more chakra to evade/ dodge in a sense. Also this shockwave; how his is the water from it? Is it able to push an opponent back or defend against a jutsu? The reason I ask is that yo have a 4m radius and its a pillar meaning that takes quite a bit of water to form and disperse when it hits the ground.

Keji would again channel more chakra into the rain forming a hundred clones of himself.

Like the other
clone jutsu
taught to me in rain release, I find it lacking in efficiency when it comes to usage but unlike the others, 100 clones can provide quite the distraction regardless of who you are. In a way, it is essentially like Haku Yuki's ice prison and unlike the genjutsu, they won't all disappear at once if the target catches on.

The vagueness is being worked on. Its crazy tbh.

"It can be used for both purposes, of pushing back an opponent as well as countering a technique, however, it has to be timed right."

Rank: A
Type: Attack

Chakra cost: 30

Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

"A simple technique, where you will gather a large amount of rain in the sky, and form it into a long trident. This trident is able to change lengths and also has a solid like quality. When it cuts into the opponent, it expands and causes more damage. Pretty rad."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

"A more dangerous technique, where you draw the rain to a single point, causing it to spin vigorously. It pulls rain clouds into it, and causes a swirling storm of rain to blast towards the opponent in a tidal wave like motion, chasing them."

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

Thank god cause as it is a lot of the jutsu I wouldn't use simply because I wouldn't be 100% sure I was using it right xD.
Sweet. said Keji as he began to channel his chakra in the air directly above him forming a trident of rain. Keji would then grab this trident and extend it a few meters allowing it to reach mid-range from him. After doing so the trident dispersed and Keji began his analysis.

This trident is to me at least the combination of a rain spear and rain blade. You get the benefits of the rain blade with the added length of the spear. Another plus to this jutsu is that this spears length changes dependant on what you need though only up to mid-range. Some negatives are one it's a spear made of water so if your opponent wanted to they could send an electrical current through the spear leading directly to you. Another negative is that the spear will only last one turn.

Keji then channels chakra into a small point 7m behind him causing rain to be drawn in as it ferociously spun. Soon after the rain clouds themselves would be drawn into the swirling vortex of water just before
Keji threw a kunai into the distances and made the tidal wave of water chase it.

This seems very useful, to be honest. You essentially create a heat seeking tidal wave to send after your opponent. Another plus
to this jutsu is that it attracts storm clouds into it which in theory should allow for other rain jutsu to be used from within this one. A negative to this, however, is that if your opponent was smart they would run towards you forcing the jutsu to hit you as well.

Keji would finally weave a series of hand seals and cut both of his ring fingers and raised his hands to the sky. The blood from his fingers would begin to rise into the as if he was performing a blood sacrifice. This causes the clouds above to warp into the two dragons that would descend from the sky down to Keji's sides. Keji then threw two shuriken into the air to which each dragon responded by launching spirals at each.

Now this is very useful especially if you have mass amounts of chakra for one if I'm not mistaken each dragon weakens upon creation meaning 1 dragon is S-ranked, 2 are B-ranked, 4 are C-ranked, 8 are D-ranked; I would also assume this would apply towards the spears they launch as well.
Using this jutsu you can continuously surround your opponent and attack from many different angles whilst performing other jutsu. Another plus to this jutsu is that the dragons act as alternate rain sources meaning you could also use them to perform other rain jutsu which would allow you to use various rain jutsu at various angles and locations. I personally don't really see a downside to using this jutsu besides the constant need for chakra.

"The trident can only be formed either at Short or Mid range, not extended till there. I believe the extension is far less than that."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 each turn after 3 turns have passed)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

"Form some hand seals, and cause all the rain drops up to Mid range to become pitch black, making them invisible in a sense though they can be felt. However, this can be applied, and all your following rain techniques will be pitch black, basically making this a dangerous technique."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

"A technique where you form a dragon made of clouds, which is able to swoop onto the battlefield and shoot a spiral spear from its body, once per post. It can also direct a small rainstorm from its body, and rain can be used from its body."

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

"Advanced Rain Spear technique, where you form a spear in the air, and call it down with a single hand seal. The spears are in a corkscrew pattern, which can be adjusted to move it in mid air. It remains a spear for 2 turns, and after that, falls like rain to the ground."

Well dam. said Keji as he began weaving the seals for the next jutsu. After doing so he channeled his chakra into the rain causing all the rain falling to turn pitch black making invisible to the naked eye.

This jutsu, in my opinion, has no weakness. In fact, it's sole purpose is to make the rain and
all rain jutsu invisible to the naked eye so in reality, it is just one big advantage.

Keji would channel more chakra into the rain clouds forming a dragon that would swoop down onto the field. He then made this dragon shoot a single spear into the sky followed by producing rain from it's body.

Honestly, in general the strengths and weaknesses are similar to
Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu. This differs slightly and can be considered a better choice since unlike the previous jutsu it doesn't require hand seals and a blood sacrifice meaning that this one dragon would be ready to battle long before the multiple summoned by the previous jutsu.

Also, in the description it says that the dragon can fire one spear per post; does that imply that it remains on the field for longer than one turn like the previous
jutsu? If so then this has the additional advantage of not having to use chakra to keep this dragon in play.

Keji would channel chakra into the sky once more creating several spears. He would then weave a single seal causing these spears to rain down in a corkscrew pattern directly behind him. As they neared the ground Keji would jump up and curve the spears so that where positioned under him for him to land on. He then road them around the training grounds as he gave his analysis.

Like the
previous two jutsu this has all the benefits and negatives of its parent jutsu so to speak but with this one you are able to form multiple spears. You are also able to manipulate their path trajectory as they fall allowing for precision shots even if your opponent tries to evade. Another plus is that they last for two turns but I have a question. Do I have to weave/maintain the seal every time I want to change the spears trajectory or is that solely for summoning them down from the clouds.

"The dragon remains in play indefinitely (one of the broken things of rain) and yes, no cost. No, those do not require hand seals."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

"A powerful technique, where you will pull down storm clouds from the sky, and place them around both you and the opponent. The clouds keep moving at high speeds, making escape dangerous. This technique allows one to use rain techniques from the clouds around you and the opponent, and doubles their damage."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.

"Similar process, but you place rain clouds on yourself like a shell. The clouds continue producing rain, and from it you can launch rain spears. The shell somehow cuts the damage of Lightning techniques in half."

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40(-5 per turn to keep active)
Damage Points: -10 each turn or as long as the user has this jutsu in effect
Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

"A deadly technique where you will lace the clouds with poison elemental chakra, causing it to become acid rain. This acid eats through most materials, however, skin is affected differently. It causes it to blister and dissolve in the most painful way."

Didn't realize you replied... my apologies T.T
After hearing Deans delightful words Keji channeled chakra into the sky pulling down clouds around both Dean and himself. The clouds would spin rapidly around the two making escape from them nearly impossible and very dangerous.

In my opinion, the only downside
to this jutsu is that it traps you along with your opponent so unless you are willing ok with short-mid ranged combat I wouldn't recommend using it. On the other hand, if you are comfortable with those ranges this can help keep your opponent within them. It also produces rain from pretty every direction and since it can be utilized for other rain jutsu makes follow attacks quite unpredictable. It also has the added effect of increasing the damage of any rain jutsu used with it as the source. Question: Can this be blown away by wind jutsu?

Having given his analysis Keji channeled his chakra into the clouds yet again pulling them down once more but instead of encircling the two like
the
previous jutsu these surrounded Keji like a coat of armor.

Benefits for this are numerous, one is that you now have an extra layer of armor to protect you from attacks, two it acts as a rain source, and three like you said somehow halves the damage
of lightning jutsu. (ooc:I have a theory on that by the way maybe because they are implying that in real life "storms" tend to involve lightning?) I do have a question, though: Can this storm shell be blown off by wind jutsu?

After asking his question
Keji once again channeled more chakra into his rain changing its natural water to that of a more poisonous nature causing it to eat through pretty much everything in the surrounding area.

Honestly, the benefit is obvious and the negative is that it constantly consumes chakra but depending on this question there could be one more positive or negative. Since the acid rain is utilizing my chakra would it effect me also? Would it effect my allies?

"Yes, an omni-directional Wind technique. Yes, it can and yes, it harms everyone, so not a good idea to use it if you aren't protected. Moving on, to the last the technique."

"An advanced version of the Rain Trident technique, where you will once more bounce the rain into the clouds (cooling it rapidly), and causes it to freeze. It then falls down frozen, similar to hail (in trident form)."

Gotta be careful not to get caught in my own acid. said Keji as he then channeled chakra into the rain causing it to bounce back up into the clouds and freeze. Once frozen into the shape of a trident it would fall like hail and land into the ground to Keji's right. He would then pick up the trident with his right hand and begin to twirl it around as he gave his final analysis.

Like it's predecessor this trident have the same basic advantages and disadvantages but the difference being this one is made
up of ice making it stronger and tougher than its former self. Though I do have a question about the ice related jutsu in rain release. Can lightning travel through this trident as well as it would it's weaker water form?

"Indeed it would, yes. Nonetheless, I believe that brings us to the end of our training session. Enjoy using Rain, its quite powerful if used right. Also, if you any other questions, you know where to find me."

Dean says, as his portal opens behind him and he disappears once more.

As Dean leaves Keji knew from his chakra that this would be the last time he trained him. Give em hell sensei... said Keji with a somber look as he left the training grounds as the rain stopped and clouds dispersed to let the sun through.
