Karin barely helped, all she did was give info sasuke already knew. Obito didnt help at all he was on the sidelines. Can assume in gaiden sasuke has gained mastery over rinnegan. Sasuke is the strongest next to naruto, no one else can has a chance unless they have rikudou powers.
