I believe hashirama was the most gangster of all ninja. He was a super tall bad ass without a doubt! he also had long hair, and a sick ass voice. Madara takes 2nd with being ruthless as fuuu long dope hair and a straight bad ass overall.

What I mean by gangsta and baddest is, a person that even in the most ****ed up situation they look death in the eyes and go out with a bang ready to die! Someone that didnt give a **** and says "lets do this shit!"
Has very little to do with power or being the best, but more so there attitude of knowing no matter what ima protect mines or die trying!

Naruto, itachi, hashirama, and others a few listed are not gangsta. Heroic and brave yes, but gangsta no! Not have they did a gangsta scene.

Ex:
Hanzou not being apart of the 5 great nations but in the middle of there wars didnt let them walk on his village like a bitch! He defended them and took on the world basically to let everyone know I'm still here and ain't nobody going to just act like they dont see my village; type of attitude. Now thats gangsta!
