Looks like I missed out on some fun ;p
Anyways, I found this a few hours ago. It's Itachi drawn in traditional Japanese garb from the Edo era, I thought it was pretty unique.
I envy your video editing skills, keep it up! I tried making some MADs myself a few years ago, but they were pretty mediocre >.>

It's really not that hard. I learned the basics from some other youtubers (If you PM me, I might be able to link you to one of their tuts), but other than that, you can learn even more stuff one you even pass the basics.If it's what you end up doing, I place my vote for that song, too

After making AMV's for 6 months, that's what I learned.

Oh yeah so in the group thing I brought up how Itachi's fit of anger/disgust that one day may have been an attempt to kind of shock the Uchiha into reconsidering and a couple of other things. I've also been wondering if it was something else. Because when I reread that part as I was editing it into the Japanese colored pages I posted here a while back, I was reminded of how I used to be, of how Ender Wiggin was briefly, and also of how Albus Dumbledore was as a teenager or young adult or whatever. And maybe I shouldn't even limit it to that, because I have seen similar behaviors numerous times recently, which makes this even harder for me to explain. Because too many people want to be able to relate to it, but it's just...idk. I guess the specific examples I'm citing take it to a more extreme degree than the many similar ones I've seen because of the disparities in their positions on the bell curve, quite frankly. I'm going to hate trying to explain this :/

The mere fact that Itachi was the eldest child was ultimately a huge reason why Naruto and Sasuke were able to put an end to the sibling rivalry.

It's both a blessing and a curse to have siblings. I have 4 of them, and I'm not even sure how to explain how having them is.

Well I have one younger sibling who I'm close with and it's so back and forth haha. It's like Yin-Yang with him. I'm not very close with my 3 older sisters but that's a whole different story.4 is a lot already! I can only imagine xD eh eh
I definitely take up the mantle of Itachi with my younger brother. He's much more outspoken and I just watch from afar. He doesn't realize how much I protect him until the time actually calls for it.

I wish I had an older brother, instead my father was always overly protective. In my friends I see that usually the situation tends to be the same you described indeed, their younger brothers are always the opposite really and it seems they never get along though the bond is strong LolJust so I don't get too much off-topic, here's a gift

I can't really say for certain that my life would be better or worse without siblings, but it would obviously be different. With them, things are divided. In the back of your mind you're all like "Oh yeah, what should would get so and so" as opposed to being an only child and not having to think about that. Not sure if that's better or worse, so that's really subjective.That's sweet!

Just to stay on topic, I really admire that you guys actually take the time to analyze Itachi for what he is and delve deep into his character. The batman feeling is very strong when I think of Itachi's character, but Itachi to me is more fleshed out in a good way. You know he has a very caring nature and cares about the people who were in his life. He's extremely patriotic, but he won't let that bias get in the way of a greater good type scenario (I.E. He did what he did to protect the village from a possible full scale war after the coup, but his actions after that were to prevent the Akatsuki from bombarding Konoha/Naruto/Sasuke, because in his own hindsight, he knew that Naruto and Sasuke had the potential; the power, to do something far greater than what the current system held. And what makes him even more amazing is that he's not some Mary Sue perfect character. He may be incredibly analytical in battle which aids his near perfect battle record, but he never failed to acknowledge his failures and tell people like Naruto to not follow in his footsteps where he failed. That's very admirable.

I'm making one about Sasuke soon, but there's going to be a humungous portion regarding Itachi. Not only his dynamic relating to Sasuke (and by extension, Naruto), but his importance to the story as a whole and dissecting who he was as a person.
I'll be looking forward to reading it.
