So I should do an handseal to create the technique, afterall? LOL

That's what I have been saying all along!

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

First you create an orb of water on your hand, then it splits up and shoots out multiple spearing streams that can be controlled to swarm around the opponent from multiple directions or in spirals. It's quite cool and unique from what we've discussed so far.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Ram β†’ Boar β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Rabbit β†’ Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

This one requires 18 handseals, so it's really not very quick to perform. The usage without a water source is by spitting out a stream of water that creates a wide spread destruction as it cascades around the terrain. To use it with a water source, it requires the user to spread water over a large source of water, making it rise up around him before sending it outwards as a giant wave all around.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Snake β†’ Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

This is the technique I was thinking of when I described that one S rank technique a while back. It's water spat in front of you that takes the shape of a dome that protects you from all directions. It can also be used from a water source to create a shield around you.

You said the technique required no hand seals >,> It requires one hand seal, that should be kept for as long as the technique is active. Its what I mean e.e

Dean listens to what Panthalassa has to say once more. The next set of techniques were a bit different than the ones they were encountering for the last few minutes.

"Great job. Droplet Spear is indeed unique, but you have to check closely. After the orb has been created, it can either release streams of water from said orb from multiple directions or in straight directions. A very nice technique, originally used by Mei.

You must be registered for see images

Great Waterfall Technique, not my favorite technique on the list cause of that long list of hand seals >,>. Though it is a quite powerful technique, and is first seen used by Kakashi against Zabuza. It leaves wide spread destruction after being used, so it is best used if you have Water as a speciality, then it can done with one hand seal. Other than that, very straight forward.

Lastly, Water Encampment Wall, though it seems you have good understanding of it. The technique is purely defensive, but it can be used as a water source, and allows you to still see the opponent even if it makes a defensive orb around you. A very useful technique in my opinion, especially against someone who wants to get into close combat."

Yes, thank you! Last 3 techniques, since we already did 3 S ranks.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Stronger version of a technique we already talked about. This one requires one handseal, before spitting out the water. Instead of travelling over the wave, it just creates a large bubble around the whole terrain, which moves around as you move. Can we use it in a way where we don't get caught in the bubble? Can we use it from other water sources like the first one?

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird β†’ Dog β†’ Snake β†’ Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

First this techniques creates water under the ground, beneath the opponent, after clapping hands and slamming them in the ground. I'm assuming the opponent is unaware that there is any water underneath him until it erupts from the ground?

Then you make 4 handseals and the water pillar turns into up to 8 bullets that shoot towards the opponent to push him up in higher in the sky, forming then behind him to turn into a great dragon that falls down on the ground with the opponent in it's jaws. Nice technique. Long winded, though, plenty of opportunity to stop the technique and prevent it's full completion.

(Suiton: SuishΕ« Gorugon) Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 to sustain)
Damage: 80
Description:
After performing the Dragon β†’ Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.
Note: Can only be used by bios with a primary water specialty.

this one requires water as a primary specialty, but I intend to chose water as such when I update my bio, so I'll analyse this one as well. The user performs 2 handseals and then creates a great mass of water around himself. Afterwards, by maintaining one handseal, the user can simply manipulate it as he wishes. Make a dragon with it, spikes, streams, tendrils, etc. I have some questions, though.

First, can we separate the constructs from the main source, or does it require me to keep them all together, just mould them and bend them as I wish? For example, could I create the water source and then make 3 daggers shoot from the source, as 3 projectiles? Or would I need to make spikes, which are kept attached to the larger portion of the water source?
Second, what does the sustainment entail? Does it mean that if this technique is countered, I can just reform it by keeping the handseal up? Like, imagine my opponent uses an A rank Earth. Normally, these would neutralize eachother. Would I be able to keep the technique up anyway, keeping the handseal and paying 10 chakra?
What if it is an S rank? It would normally overpower the technique, while losing half it's strength (becoming similar to A rank). In my next turn, would I be able to just reform it and shoot it at the weakened earth again, neutralizing it, and then, in the next turn, return the water to full strength again? How would one defeat this technique?

The last three techniques of the Streams/Water Source based techniques were at hand. Dean listens to Panthalassa cover the techniques, and as such, he adds once more.

"Great job, Panthalassa! Anyway, indeed a more powerful version Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave is. The technique has a larger amount of Water spewed out from the mouth, and then with the use of shape manipulation, you will form the water into a massive orb. The orb can be made up to long range from the user, and indeed, it can be used away from the user (different from how Kisame used it, since we don't have gills ;-; ). The water of this technique can also be used as a water source due to its sheer size. A great technique, very powerful.

Water Dragon Biting Explosion, the water gushes from beneath the opponent and blasts upwards, so whilst it forms, one can see/realize it. Nonetheless, it seems you understand the technique very well. I don't like techniques which have different stages, as they can easily be interrupted. Overall a powerful technique.

Lastly, let me answer your questions since the technique is quite straightforward.

You could shoot projectiles from it, yes. The spikes however, would have to be connected to the main source. Only projectiles would leave the water source, since they are, well, projectiles. lol

The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. <-- That the technique states. As long as the water isn't fully negated, it can be reformed (and the hand seal is kept) It will then just take 10 chakra points every time it reforms or is kept active. A rank Earth would indeed neutralize it, but it depends what type of technique is used, since this is a very large water technique, something like a stone golem would have to be used against it. If it is negated, the technique is over. A S rank technique would completely destroy/dissipate the water. Though you could use the technique once more, creating a new water source and attack again. To defeat the technique, just dissipate the water using either Earth or Wind."

The next method is at hand, and Dean got out his scroll for it. The method they had just covered was the longest of them all, so next it would be quite simple for them, considering how easy they got through it. Dean squinted his eyes, as he explained what was next on line.

"Yes, let us continue. Next on the list is, Water Manipulation. What can you get from it? Advantages and disadvantages of it? This one is quite simple, and has far less techniques than the previous method."

I'm assuming this is the method where you don't create a water source, but instead manipulate an already existing one. This would most likely be it's greatest disadvantage, as there may not be a water source to manipulate, but it doesn't mean it's entirely devoid of utility, since one can use it to re-manipulate techniques after we created them, evading what would have been a counter to them. And, as you stated before, these could be used to manipulate our opponent's techniques, I'm assuming if we use something stronger than theirs, thus both countering and attacking the opponent at the same time. I don't think there's any sort of mechanic through this method that we haven't covered before in previous methods, or at least I'm not seeing it in the title of the method.

Dean once again listens, and prepares himself to add more detail to what his student had said. Though the answer he gave, would actually suffice, since it is what Water Manipulation is.

"Very good, and you are right. This method focuses around the use of techniques that require a water source. Manipulating an existing source by focusing your Water based chakra into said source, and then manipulating it, to either create projectile based techniques or techniques that require constant control, like a water dragon or so. Very simple. Here is the original explanation from Sage of Yin:

These techniques require an existing source of water. This method focuses on using water from a water source and manipulating it to form the techniques we want. When going about using these techniques, you expel the chakra from your body into the water source as opposed to the previous methods where you'd manifest the chakra itself into water. Now, the properties of these techniques vary. There may be projectile type techniques or continuous techniques that require you to constantly focus chakra in order to use. In essence, these techniques may exhibit qualities of water techniques in previous methods but the unique thing about this method would be that you'd need a water source for these.

Advantages of Method

You receive the same benefits as you would with the previous two methods as there are techniques in this method that incorporate the previous methods. That being said, an existing water source opens up several more options for water release. Also, while it is not necessary for the previous cases, the very same techniques in the previous methods can be used with a water source. In essence, the main advantage of this method is the versatility it allows.

Disadvantages of Method

The main disadvantage to this method is the fact that these techniques require a water source in order for you to use. Unlike the last method where you are capable of manifesting large masses of water out of nowhere and even creating a water source, these techniques require a medium that is outside your constant realm of access. In battles where you do not have the pre-existing source of water you become incapable of using these techniques or become forced to set yourself up with a technique that provides you a water source.
"Now with that being quite clear, could you list all the techniques that fall under Water Manipulation from D rank to S rank o-o."

Panthalassa quickly put down his list, and almost everything was correct this time round, but he missed a few techniques. Dean quickly showed them to him, so he could add them to the list, which they will be covering now.

"Great job with the list, you missed two techniques and that very first technique (Suiton: Mizu Hari) - Water Release: Water Needles Technique, can only be used by a Hyuuga member, as it says so in the description. Nonetheless, here are the two techniques you missed."

Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

"Anyway, if all is clear, we can go on then 0____0"

Ah, my mistake. I didn't fully read the Hyuga one, and when I read the Beast note I thought it was talking about the Hozuki technique. But that one is called emperor or something. I didn't know if clones was still considered a simple water manipulation, since they're a bit different, so I didn't post that technique nor the other one. But we can start by the techniques I missed. Might aswell.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

This is a very limited technique. Short ranged, requires a water source, can't go above C rank water. Though it is quite useful to have something else producing techniques while you do others, all things considered. A few questions, does this cost 1 / 10 of the user's chakra to be produced, or can I have my chakar and only drains when the clone usesntechniques? Can I use other techniques after I created the clone? How autononomous are they?

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

The user disperses their own clones in order to term them int 4 projectiles qhich can then be shot at the opponent. Can we do this on multiple clones without wasting chakra?ΒΊ

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog β†’ Horse β†’ Monkey β†’ Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

This is another one that seems very much like a clone, in the sense that it can shoot water with a rank attached. it''s basically to make a wold that will then hunt and prawl, can be used for physical attacks or shooting streams of water.

Panthalassa quickly goes on with the next techniques, which were quite simple and also techniques that Dean liked using in battle too. Nonetheless, Dean answered the questions his student had whilst also adding some extra usage of the techniques.

"Awesome, now the first technique, Water Clone. A very nice technique, where you create a clone from water source. The clone can only stay in close range of you, and can perform C rank techniques of Water (including D too). Its costs 15 chakra points to make, but the clone has 1/10th of your chakra (for the NW where chakra is counted during fights) so if you have 1800 chakra points after making the clone, then the clone would have 180 chakra points. This limits the clone to the amount of techniques it can use before it runs out of chakra, and also disappears. After the clone is created, you can use any other techniques. The clone on the other hand, is limited to close range and water techniques C rank and below.

Second in line, Water Tendril Bullets. This technique basically the water that the clones are made up of, to fire 4 projectiles towards the opponent. Cool thing is, that these tendrils can travel up to Mid range. It can only be used on one clone that is on the field, and only one of the water clones can be made at a time, though shadow clones can be made up to 4.

Lastly, Water Beast. One of my favorite techniques, as this beast can basically so whatever it wants on its own. So once it has been made, you can go on with something else. I once saw someone use the beast to get out of a deep hole, and attack and defend at the same time. An awesome technique indeed."

Oh, so I can only create 1 clone with the water technique? Why doesn't if follow the same rule as the other clones, creating up to 4? Also, the chakra that they have, is it taken from me, or just a mathematical limit on the clone's usage of water ninjutsu? Every time the clones use a jutsu, does it count as if I used it, both in terms of jutsu per battle and my own chakra pool? And if a technique says it can be used up to mid or long range, though the clones can only be up to short range, can they still use it, or does it get shortened? Can I form this clone from any water source short range from me ( up to 5 meters radius, more or less), or do they appear right besides me? Can I use the mist as a water source?

Also, a question about the Water Beast, does the B rank water stream technique it can use count as a jutsu towards my 3 jutsu per turn limit? Does it cost me chakra equivalent to B rank or is it chakra-less? How many streams can it shoot per turn? Also, it can shoot the stream/sweap from the mouth or by moving it's claws, right? Which is also B rank?

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

This essentially makes water around you compress and spin, producing drills that can be shot through targets. I think this jutsu is quite limited since it's just short-range. Water Manipulation techniques should be wider ranged, or else their utility is greatly reduced.

(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) – Water Release: Underwater Motion Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

You use your water chakra to move through water at a faster pace than you would normally swim or run in dry land. Maybe? Basically, it's like you're constantly propelling yourself within a water source. It mentions that it masks the user's presence, how does it do it? Just a chakra cloak for chakra sensors, or does it coat you visually? Or is it's just sound based? Also, how do we quantify "partially"?

(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After waving the Boar β†’ Dog β†’ Horse β†’ Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.

This requires 4 handseals and allows you to pick up a large amount of water and form it into a large spiralling stream that can be guided to strike the target in a number of angles. I assume it's by moving it around many times, piercing the target all over, and not because you can split the stream into multiple ones. Also, is this technique short range in creation and mid range in action, or can I create and control the spiralling water stream anywhere within range?

Dean listens to Panthalassa's other questions about the techniques. They were quite easy to answer, cause Dean had already done his research on most of the techniques himself, allowing him to know a lot about them.

"Because the clones are not shadow clones which are physical manifestations of you, but rather made up of an element. This means that it is limited to one, whilst one can make four shadow clones at a time. That's always how I understood it, however, I will take extra measures to make sure. As for the chakra, the clones get a tenth of your chakra, which means the clone can use that for its own techniques. That tenth of chakra the clone has, isn't subtracted from you, but rather the 15 chakra points it costs to make the clone. The clone can then use its own techniques, yes, but the techniques it uses, counts towards your three techniques per turn. The distance of a technique does not change, as long as the clone stays within close range of you, its just the same. Any water source close to you, within 5 meters, yes. No, mist can not be used as a water source.

For the water beast, the moves it can use, does not count towards your own techniques limit per turn. There is no stated limit, though people usually only use it once per turn, and the water beast stays active for up to three turns anyway. It releases streams from its mouth, equivalent to B rank, and when it performs an action with its claws, it releases a powerful torrent of water, which is also equivalent to B rank, I presume.

Now to the techniques you covered, the Water Fang Bullet, is a pretty cool technique. It doesn't form the whole water around you into a drill like form, but rather a certain part of the water. The technique requires you to stand on a water source (or be extremely close to it), so the drill can be made from anywhere, around you. Here is a illustration of it:

Next technique, Underwater Motion Technique. Indeed, you will propel yourself through a water source using your Water based chakra, and by partially, it means visually. Opponents with Doujutsu, sensing etc, will be able to pinpoint your location.

After that, Water Drowning Technique. With four hand seals, you can manipulate a mass of water, that can be directed towards the opponent in the form of a spiralling stream of water. Only one stream is formed, and manipulated towards the opponent, which aims to drown the opponent with its water, or cause blunt damage. The technique can be used in both Short and Mid range. And anywhere, in between. So it is basically limited to a water source, after that, you can manipulate it to up to Mid range. Here is an illustration of the technique."

Another question, can the clones speak?

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater.
Note: Must be performed on a water source

This one allows us to give angular motion to water, creating a whirlpool that will suck in any opponent within range. It's a very straight forward technique, and I don't think there's much variance to be had with this one.

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Rank: B-S-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20-40
Damage Points: 40-80
Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Hare β†’ Rat β†’ Boar β†’ Bird β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Ox β†’ Ram β†’ Snake β†’ Boar β†’ Ram β†’ Rat β†’ Yang Water β†’ Monkey β†’ Bird β†’ Dragon β†’ Bird β†’ Ox β†’ Horse β†’ Ram β†’ Tiger β†’ Snake β†’ Rat β†’ Monkey β†’ Hare β†’ Boar β†’ Dragon β†’ Ram β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey β†’ Bird β†’ Yang Water β†’ Rat β†’ Boar β†’ Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

This one requires 44 handseals, which I think is just excessive... Afterwards is really simple, just a straight forward manipulateable stream of water that ends in a dragon head. It mentions that, if the user's skills allow it, it can be used without a water source. When can this be?

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

This one manipulates the water into 4 projectile-like water bullets that are shaped like sharks, and have an impact with enough strength to break bone. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward.

The next set of techniques come forth, and Dean listens calmly, as they actually had covered most of the techniques already. Without any trouble, Dean answered the questions his student had.

"The clones can indeed speak. Anyway, the first technique, Great Exploding Current. Using your Water based chakra, you will cause a large amount of water (on a water source) to start spinning in a clockwise direction, creating a massive whirlpool that sucks the opponent underwater. A nice technique to use against opponents since it can be done without hand seals, but a bit crappy since it can only be used on a massive water source.

Next technique, Water Dragon Bullet Technique, does require a large amount of hand seals but it can be cut to a single hand seal if you have mastered Water and have it as a primary element. The technique simply creates a massive dragon that blasts towards the opponent, which requires constant chakra input, meaning if you use another technique, the Water Dragon would cease to exist and fall back to water. This means you have to hold the hand seal to maintain it. As the technique says;

Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique.

As for your question, the only person capable of using techniques without a water source due to skill, is Tobirama. He can use any water technique without a water source, and all with a single hand seal.

Lastly, that technique is specific to Kisame, since it contains Sharks. All Water techniques related to Sharks, are bound to Kisame, unfortunately ;-;."

Are you sure, it doesn't say anything in the description? The other Kisame techniques mentioned his name in the description and a restriction limiting them to Kisame. Also, I heard of this technique that is still not in the water list, may I learn it now?

(Takigakure-RyΕ«: Mizukiri no Yaiba) Hidden Waterfall Style: Water Slicing Blade
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (up to 60 when used to attack)
Description:
A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.

It's similar to the technique we already discussed that, a long time ago, that creates a sword made of water. Except this one creates a process similar to crystalization, where you compress the water so much it becomes nearly solid. You can then sustain it as long as you keep touching it, where it remains as an A rank and you can use it as a normal sword, even performing other techniques, as long as the only elemental technique is water and kenjutsu. When you toss it, it becomes C rank, and then melts into normal water a while later.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

This one molds the water into a large wave, which you can then direct towards and opponent. Very tangible though not that flexible. Does the range mean I can only create it Long range from me? Can't make it closer to me and then direct it somewhere?

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

Makes water underneath the opponent explode, as long as it is short range from you. Then you jump up and attack him with a spinning vortex of water around your arm, creating another water explosion. I'm assuming the explosion is just an outwards dispersion of water, not an actual fiery explosion like a paper bomb. Shame about the range

The next set of techniques are mentioned, and Dean continues onwards with ease. The next set was fairly easy, though he added a bit more, whilst also answering some questions.

"Yes, I am sure. As for the first technique, let's wait till it is added to the list before you use it, but you can count it as learned, since you already understand the technique anyway. I don't think I need to add anything to said technique.

Next technique after that, Giant Wave Crash. A powerful technique where you use your Water based chakra to manipulate a large amount of Water, and direct it towards the opponent. It needs a massive water source and it is so much water, it could push back a fully formed Jinchuuriki. It is stated long range, because that is how far the wave is capable of travelling. So it can be manipulated closer to you, but the water would reach up to long range once it has been released from you (via manipulation).

Lastly, Hard Whirlpool Water Blade. Indeed a shame that it can only be used in short range, but it is a nice technique when you are on a water source and want to interrupt the opponent, plus deal some damage to them too. As you had stated, it is indeed a water based explosion, basically the release of compressed water that causes blunt damage, capable of breaking bones."
