So I should do an handseal to create the technique, afterall? LOL
That's what I have been saying all along!
( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
First you create an orb of water on your hand, then it splits up and shoots out multiple spearing streams that can be controlled to swarm around the opponent from multiple directions or in spirals. It's quite cool and unique from what we've discussed so far.
(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
This one requires 18 handseals, so it's really not very quick to perform. The usage without a water source is by spitting out a stream of water that creates a wide spread destruction as it cascades around the terrain. To use it with a water source, it requires the user to spread water over a large source of water, making it rise up around him before sending it outwards as a giant wave all around.
(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
This is the technique I was thinking of when I described that one S rank technique a while back. It's water spat in front of you that takes the shape of a dome that protects you from all directions. It can also be used from a water source to create a shield around you.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger β Ox β Monkey β Rabbit β Ram β Boar β Ox β Horse β Monkey β Tiger β Dog β Tiger β Snake β Tiger β Ox β Monkey β Rabbit β Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger β Snake β Rat β Snake β Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
