No clan has ever "pure" anything.
After Kaguya, Hamura was the only one with the Byakugan which means he had to pro-create with someone else. Same goes for Indra and Ashura. And the same for the ancestors of the Kaguya clan.

The reason Humara children had byugan, is because he is the ancestor of all hyuga power, simple is that soooo even if he married non hyuga it didnt bother the genes, because his hyuga dna was much more dominat than hinat, that why her children have zero hyuga genes is sad but rly sad, the hyuga will be exticnt, the uchiha died with sasuke

Since hinata has hamura genes, fine ill give you that, shes less sominant genes, again you win, but here's where you ****ed up....naruto is her GOD DAMN husband, so its logical that even down to a cellular level naruto or hagoromo, will still kick sasuges ass. Ok now lets use logic in this. Lets travel back in time to how hamura passed his all mighty "powerfull" genes(stated by you) how the **** did the eyes pass on to a non hyuaga, if he is the only hyuaga.there is no such thing as powerful genes its called dominant and rececive,it was not up to him it was luck you cant just make all the kids the same, with Just one parent holding all the genes, they're humans not lychans. Now to explain this in a manor you might understand. Every single child held the gene its just its rececive in some and dominant in others, simple as that. You cant always hit the jackpot

So the princess of the Hyuga clan didn't marry a Hyuga, did everyone conveniently forget that Hinata still has a younger sister or that there still is a very large clan behind the name Hyuga? Also we don't know how dominant the Sharingan gene is in the narutoverse. Sakura has no kekki genkai so has no competition against Sauske's Sharingan genes, also, we don't know the results of hybrids. All we know is that many of the clans believed in keeping their bloodlines pure, despite no evidence (as far as I can remember) to the contrary that hybrid bloodlines make for a better powerset.

Hyugas not being op doesn't mean they are extinct thats just ignorance. Hyugas never were op anyways they got out class with monsters and nuke style jutsus and eyes with cinnamon toast swirls the taste you can see.
