Lets travel back in time to how hamura passed his all mighty "powerfull" genes(stated by you) how the **** did the eyes pass on to a non hyuaga, if he is the only hyuaga.there is no such thing as powerful genes its called dominant and rececive,it was not up to him it was luck you cant just make all the kids the same, with Just one parent holding all the genes, they're humans not lychans. So the princess of the Hyuga clan didn't marry a Hyuga, did everyone conveniently forget that Hinata still has a younger sister or that there still is a very large clan behind the name Hyuga? Also we don't know how dominant the Sharingan gene is in the narutoverse. Sakura has no kekki genkai so has no competition against Sauske's Sharingan genes, also, we don't know the results of hybrids. All we know is that many of the clans believed in keeping their bloodlines pure, despite no evidence (as far as I can remember) to the contrary that hybrid bloodlines make for a better powerset.
