That was proven when C knew what the Mangekyou Sharingan is and Amaterasu. Now, C wasn't even from the Uchiha's village. I think it is safe to say that Minato knows more about the history of his village than C does.

Is tobi Specialized in genjutsu like Itachi? Is tobi a genjutsu master like itachi? No...... He may be able to do genjutsu , but like sasuke it doesn't mean he uses it alot... And no Tobi doesn't have tsukyomi untill showed otherwise....thus what? he'd cast a basic genjutsu ? So all it takes is Hashirama going "Aye bruh, you are on our side!" Minato awakens and your whole theory CRUMBLES.

He put Konan in a genjutsu that killed her, even though he walked away while she was under it, he is definitely highly skilled in it. The only offensive jutsu Tobi has done is GENJUTSU. Never said he did have Tsukyomi, but the genjutsu Tobi used was far from basic. Let's be reasonable here. And guess what, Tobi has to have Tsukyomi if thats what he wants to put the world under eternally.

Are you serious? You can't use time frames as an excuse when a battle thread involves many different generations. Like I said, it doesn't matter whether or not he uses the eye. It is broken by realizing your true self.

The situation with Itachi and Kabuto was completely different, it worked in reverse for him. It sent him back to his correct mindset.

it's unknown how he killed her.
he probably snapped her neck

Remember, he tells her she will die when the illusion ended, meaning the genjutsu ultimately killed her.

Why would he waste chakra keeping the genjutsu up after he got the truth if that was all he wanted to do? No at the end of the illusion, it kills her.

You are completely right! My argument is that if Itachi does use one of those eyes and makes one of the Hokage attack the others, all they have to say is "Hey you are on our side!" That will trigger him to realize wait a second what am I doing? Not to mention, if Danzo knew about KA and Shisui, the Third will too and would know immediately what the eye was doing.

I see no proof? I see Danzo saying he can't use it again and someone saying that he was no longer using the technique. He only needed to use it for a split second to make Mifune think he was the best candidate.

Oh and the link above reminded me, Tobi used genjutsu to control Yagura. You can't pretend that that wouldn't be a powerful genjutsu.
