I doubt, they'll play some significance in the end. The byakugan is very similar to the Swirly eye the Uchiha ancestor possesed. Its the same size and pale white (not red like the sharingan).

I don't think you explained it very well, and it doesn't make much sense. You have to somehow prove that the child of a jinchuriki can have the same abilities as the jinchuriki, which is pretty much impossible to prove. My point just was that you should at least have considered it in your theory, since it is the largest anti-evidence against your theory.

I actually had a theory that the Ancestors eyes is all Eyes, then he had two sons, one who had normal sharingan and the other who had byakugan, then the families lead on from there

Flaw: Where did the Gene's for the byakugan come from?

Possibility: The hyuuga Preceded the Uchiha. just as the Uzumaki may have preceded the Senju.
