About the Flaw's in my thread
So6p's parent's could be from families that weren't clans at the time, he could be the first Uzumaki because he had strong body forces, and fuinjutsu
He discovered the secrets behind chakra and jutsu, as well fuinjutsu
using this i believe others related to So6p used what he left behind when he died to form the clan of Uzumaki, they learned fuinjutsu, ninjutsu etc

If The Sage was the first Uzumaki then, What Kushina said about the uzumaki being distant blood relatives dosen't make any sense.

Not understanding the bold, it contradicts what you initially said and there's no reference to the Sage making written material of his Jutsu (if thats what your implying by 'left behind').

All i have to say is that in the databook there is not a separate category for fuinjutsu. It's all classified as ninjutsu.

It is quite possible that the Uzumaki clan is ancient and the So6P was someone who left the clan along time ago or was someone who was a well known priest but the scriptures of his existence in clan were destroyed.

I am just having one problem about the sage gaining the Rinnegan after he became the Juubi's Jinjuriki, If that was so then how did one of the sage's sons inherit a Rinnegan like eye. Now I have two possible out comes I had thought of:

Tailed Beast inheritance
It is quite possible that the children a jinjuriki has gain some type of inheritance from the Sealed Tailed beast inside them, an example would be Naruto Uzumaki's whiskers. If that is so it would explain the Elder sons eyes.

The Sage's sons are related to him by blood
Well the problem with the theory above is if the elder son gained special eyes why didn't the younger son inherit any features? Evermore why didn't none of them possess any Uzumaki features (red hair, huge chakra pool, etc)? Well it is quite possible they didn't inherit anything because they are not related to him, they may in fact just be his disciples or students, and the eyes the elder brother inherited are the last of the Juubi's chakra that the So6P sealed within his son, this would also explain why it has filtered down over the generations.

On a off note if considering the theory above why the elder brother got jealous of the younger one. Well it is quite simple really the younger brother may not have gotten any power upgrades because he didn't need them and he was instead given his fathers blessing to go and bring piece to the world, which in turn made the older brother jealous.

Listen this debate has come down to what words mean. You have taken what I said and broke it down.

Call it what you want, but Uzumaki's can only do certain things, this was the point I was trying to make, not if these are classified as ninjutsu, or dojutsu or fuin or any other kind.. this is what they can do, period.

1. Have a strong life force/body

2. They have the most powerful seals.

3. The have extremely unique chakra, capable of healing others and giving them sensory abilities.

My point is you will never see an Uzumaki using a bunshin, any elemental style or any other jutsu like that because they simply cannot. Neither could the sage till after he beat the Juubi.

Yeah I got your point. Dojutsu is also a ninjutsu btw.. Anyway, we will probably never know, but it might be possible that fuinjutsu can be classified or used without knowing it is ninjutsu. Look at reality. Humans have mostly always learned how before why. But in order to seal something inside yourself, you must know some sort of chakra manipulation, possibly without knowing why. So in the end it will come down to the so6p being able to use ninjutsu before he sealed the juubi. He probably just didn't know how far it expands.

ya N so is so6p known for his reningan ... u cant deny that ... so theres more than 80% proablity that he defeated juubi with reningan

This. You should have emphasized "Distant" though as a father son relationship is not distant in any sense. To be distant the Sage would have had to be Uzumaki, then had kids who had kids who had kids who had kids who had kids who became the first senju eventually.

Juubi's Eye: Start of Dojutsu
So6p becomes Juubi Jinchuriki: Rinnegan
Their distant blood relatives because so6p probably didn't have a spouse and used Creation of All Things for his son
What he had before the juubi: Strong bodily forces
His eyes come from Juubi, so he split that into Uchiha Ances
His own body, he split into Senju Ancestor
kinda confusing but this is how i believe they are distant blood relatives
about hyuugas, again I'm just thinking kishi completely forgot about them, or rinnegan was also the start of Byakugan

He could also argue, why would he give them to a senju when he hates the senju? Since he also hates the uchiha the uzumaki are a pretty good middle ground for madara's hatred.
