So for those with senjutsu you try to rush me, I can use the Tsukiyomi's powers on a broader range..how much does the scroll state an enemy is slowed down to?

Well...you need to catch the target in eye contact first... Still, the reduction is from normal speed to slow motion. Slow motion I assume is reducing someone's speed to a 10th of their original one. Or more. The scroll is inconclusive.

Enton...there were many legends regarding it's uses when I was still a child...Rooted in usage of Amaterasu, Enton allows one with Mangekyou Sharingan or higher to manipulate the undying flames, capable of extinguishing them or expanding them to greater sizes, even engulfing items with it for combat purposes. Amaterasu itself merely releases the black flames, shown to burn through even water, though the lack great force behind them, unable to burst through some defenses should they appear yet Amaterasu is parasitic, spreading and corrupting those it touches. It's also a perfect offensive jutsu, as not many defenses exist, only those that are quick in nature and able to interupt the line of sight between the user and the focal point, things like armors that spread from the user's body outwards or fast moving attacks, such as the movement of the Eight Inner Gates.

Yes, you are right. Some notes though. Uchiha scholars reasoned that Enton was Fire released manipulated through Yin Release and embed with the darkness of the clan's fate. It burns very slow but thats its only weakness. Its incredibly parasitic and virtually impossible to extinguish. You won't have much control over them once they are released though there are some Uchihas who acquired the ability to manipulate the flames once they are cast. Also, it has a sort of...universal characteristic: it can burn through anything...even other fire techniques. The technique itself, Amaterasu, has a severe weakness despite is strengths: it burns slow so while its unavoidable, a smart and skilled ninja can still survive it. Don't use it on fast opponents as, as you said, its not as effective against those enemies. Do you have any questions?

However, if he fails to react he'll be fully engulfed in black flames which will eventually consume him after 3 turns, although the pain will make him lose conscience after only 2. The flames have all the properties of Amaterasu and as such can be sealed away or expelled from the body of the target before they can completely consume him.
Note: Can only be used by MS/EMS bios that can use Amaterasu and must have the Dojutsu activated.

While the flames aren't passible of being extinguished, they also lack the ability to do kinetic damage, increasing the defensive counters that the enemy my produce.

The user will focus on his target and ignite black flames all around the enemy. As the flames ignite, they surround the enemy until they form a very large sphere of black flames that then consumes the target in moments. The flames have the same properties of Amaterasu and as such are somewhat slow to ignite. However, because the technique affects such a large area, the target will not escape easily. And while the first few steps of the technique happen at a somewhat normal speed, the formation of the black sphere happens at immense speeds, making the technique quite devastating. .
Note: Requires Mangekyo Sharingan and the ability to use Amaterasu
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Upon casting the user is unable to activate his MS for the rest of the match and will need 2 turn to activate his Sharingan once more

Looking up at Hashirama with narrowed eyes, Madara took in the words he had just said. Remind himself of what he fought for. What he fought for.. Of course, Hashirama wouldn't know what Madara fought for, his brother was still alive, his clan still loved him. The village adored Hashirama and yet Madara, he was treated like an outcast, a pariah of the village. The same village he helped found and named. The same village his clansmen traded on him for. It angered Madara greatly to see both his village and clan openly disowning him. His anger growing, Madara knew exactly what he fought for; the words his brother spoke long ago resonating in his head, Madara turned his eyes away from Hashirama. Don't trust them brother... Izuna was no fool, he had tried to warn Madara and it was because of his own ignorance that his brother laid slain by his old friend's brother. Madara had began to realize then that their pipedream goal was just that, a dream. A childhood dream that needed to die....he had already began reading the stone tablets that contained great information about the truth behind the Sharingan's usage and a goal that could be reached, though he still needed more to acheive that...What did he fight for? His anger ever rising and a dark blue chakra shroud forming around him as his Satsui no Hado style began to develop, Madara allowed his anger to continiously rise as he released mass amounts of chakra. What he was fighting for was simple....a better world where the concept of winners and losers never existed. A world in which his 4 brothers were still alive. A world in which Senju no longer exists. A world where he, Madara, was god.
What he fought for was the completion of the Eye of the Moon Plan, though he'd never openly tell Hashirama until the time for it was near.
What I fight for...is a better world for all shinobi.

Then...materialize that will and make it take shape in this world! said Hashirama. Despite seeming oblivious, he noticed a different flavour in his friends words. He was holding back on something. Hashirama could only hope that this new found power would develop into power that could help the village get stronger and be safer. Thats all he wanted. Thats all he hoped.

Allowing his anger to continue to rise, Madara's chakra begins to take on a darker corporeal form, materializing around him swiftly. As it forms around him, several bones begin to appear, first the ripcage and it swiftly extends to his spinal cord and legs manifest from it as well. As the legs form, 4 ethereal arms extend from the body of the guardian, finishing with his neck and head growing, one facing forward and another on the back side. Standing over Hashirama in a giant shadow, Madara had created his Susano'o.
