It is called "Naruto: Shinjidai Kaimaku Purojekuto", and no, Naruto isn't the protagonist anymore. Furthermore, these miniseries won't be written by Kishimoto. The first miniserie after the movie The Last will be one that speaks about Kakashi, and it will be written by Akira Higashiyama.

Ergo, it is a totally different manga.
