Alright so I’ll be picking up you’re training for you from this point onward, but I can’t really keep up with these amazing rp you and Never had going on haha. So instead, I’ll be doing this in a OOC fashion as it works better for me when it comes to teaching you. Now then seems you covered everything up unitl B rank; so we’ll be picking things back up from there. So my style of training is pretty much analyzing the technique as much as you can. Telling me how you can use this in battle or not, any questions etc. I will then try to fill in any gaps myself afterwards. Anyways, without any further delay, let’s go. These will be the first two techniques:

( Iryō Suiton: Suika ) - Medical Water Style: Water Mosquito
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A ( -20 damage as the poison is removed )
Description: After using the Tiger seal, the user creates water mosquitoes, that can be used to nullify poison in a target's body. Designed specifically to suck out poison, the user is unable to use anything else while concentrating on the target. Despite being a healing jutsu, the several mosquitoes cause pain to the body as it heals it. This jutsu is capable of removing and countering up to 50 damage done by poison.
Note: Can only be used 1 time per target.

( Iryō Ninjutsu: Chakra no Mesu ) - Medical Technique: Chakra Scalpel
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: D - A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15 - 30 ( per turn )
Damage Points: 30 - 60
Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. The ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. The effect can be sustained while the user focuses chakra into it.
Note: Can only be used by Canon Medical Bios or NB Medical Ninjas.

Talk to me about em~ @Red-Robin
That's perfectly fine by me. It works to my advantage as well since I have a rather narrow schedule to do much here, but of course I want to try and get back into it as much as possible, so I feel like this is a good start. I appreciate you agreeing to help me work on this. 🙏

Rather self explanatory and easily executed with little room for interpretation. My only questions would relate to whether or not this technique can directly nullify preexisting symptoms of an applied poison byway of the poison's extraction. Meaning, if a target has already undergone nerve/muscle paralysis as a consequence of the poison's elapsed time in their system, would these symptoms remain or go away after this technique removes the poison that caused them? Additionally, it notes that it "can only be used once per target." Is it possible to utilize this technique on multiple targets at once, either by a singular use (spreading the mosquitos across multiple targets) or multiple uses (using the technique more than once in a single turn), so long as the target is different each time? And relating to that same footnote, is the "1 time" relative to per turn, or per encounter/battle?

Also, would it be possible to utilize this technique purely for the purpose of applying the damage aspect of it? As in, is it a requirement that they are used to extract poison, or is it possible to use them just to do the -20 damage even if there is no poison to extract? And then as a separate small curiosity, can it extract all poisons, including custom poisons, or only canon ones?

Ah, this is one of the prior techniques that I had learned with Never, since it ranks D-A, so they had taught me this technique for it's utilities relative to the rank I had learned it at the time. I apologize for not clarifying that. It's one of the few medical techniques that can be utilized offensively to the advantage of the medical ninja. >This< is the post from above where they had me demonstrate it used in RP-format, for clarification.

Ah well, should’ve mentioned this to me so I knew what to expect! Anyways onto your questions pertaining to the other one. Right, so your first question is wondering if removing the poison that is already set in place with it’s debuffs would be capable of removing them afterwards. In my opinion I don’t believe it would remove them, as the damage to the nerves is already done. What it would do though is prevent it from spreading anymore than it already did, so if the poison naturally lingers for 4 turns, it won’t spread anymore afterwards. Healing the person afterwards is what you should be focused on in that case. Using it on multiple targets at once is not doable, it would require multiple uses of the technique in order to heal each person. You however cant do that either cause the technique says “the user is unable to use anything else while concentrating on the target” this restricts you solely to the purpose of trying to remove the poison with the water technique. Can you use it just for the damage? I don’t see why not lmao, of course it wont pull any poison out but the stinging from the bugs will for sure cause damage to em. In the restriction “one per target”, in WSE it would mean once per battle you can affect that person. In BA, it’s once per person, so basically the same thing.

It can extract all poisons as far as I’m aware, so don’t worry too much about as long as you know it will only remove 50 dmg worth of poison from the infected. Anyways, if you don’t have any more questions, or concerns – we can move into the next set below:

( Iryo Ninjutsu: Tsuyoi Kōsen ) - Medical Ninjutsu: Strong Beam
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A high level medical technique in which the user gathers medical chakra, akin to the Shosen Jutsu technique, into his index and middle fingers, forming a dense chakra focus point. This chakra quickly changes from a light, translucent green to a heavy, bright red color as the user points his fingers outwards, unleashing a powerful chakra beam. The chakra beam, however, has different properties from normal chakra and, unlike the technique which serves as its basis, has no healing effect, quite the contrary. If it hits an enemy living organism, its aggressive nature injures the targeted tissues, creating an effect similar to a severe burn. The cells burst open as if having been hit by a high temperature, reducing themselves to a mushy pulp as the beam travels through them. If undefended, the beam can easily pierce through an enemy in a fast manner. The travelling speed of the beam is akin to that of a similar ranked lightning technique. The down side of the technique is that, when it collides with an elemental technique, it acts as a simple, concentrate chakra beam, capable of overcoming B-Rank defenses and only being negated by A-Rank ones.

( Iryo Ninjutsu: Ranshinshou ) - Medical Technique: Chaotic Mental Collision
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Manipulating the chakra in their hand, the user can create an electric field to disrupt the target's nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the user can use the field to disrupt the target's ability to move. The result is the commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for the opponent to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body or with time. This effect can be achieved by making contact with the enemy, preferably near or directly on his spine (neck, lower back, etc). Contact with a single limb or body part will affect only its symmetric counterpart. The effects last for 10 turns unless countered but are short lived in high level taijutsu users ( EIG users, Taijutsu Masters )which have an unparalleled awareness of their body movement, quickly adjusting themselves to their new nervous arrangement and in medical ninjas, who possess a high level of awareness of their own bodily functions, achieving the same effect by pure control and adaptability, causing it to last 5 turns.

This technique is relatively straight forward. My only curiosity stands in wondering approximately how long it takes to perform/charge the technique. It doesn't state that there is any need for hand seals and the only existing gesture being the pointing of the index and middle fingers. Is this something that can be fired off rather instantaneously just by simply willing it's usage, or is there a particularly recognizable delay prior to discharge that could be easily identified by the enemy?

A rather interesting technique that has a vast range of utilities. I had the opportunity to see it used by Never at one point in time and was on the receiving end of it's application; requiring me to both practice overcoming it and observing how it's used at the same time. My one question would be how can it be determined that adequate application of this technique was applied? As in, the source of my question is thinking of scenarios of people debating on the semantics of things such as "I was wearing clothes/armor" or some-such that could arguably interfere with the direct contact of the user's hand to the targeted location that would distribute the electrically charged chakra field via this technique. Is it safe to assume it can pass through simple material like that without much consequence, or how would I go about identifying what is or isn't viable defenses against this technique, outside of just outright trying to avoid being touched by it all together?

You pretty much fire off the beam the moment you point at them. I always visualize it in my mind kind of like this:
You must be registered for see images

As for you’re other question, it really depends; as a person you can really just touch them near their neck to achieve the effect if they just have normal clothing. However, if they are covered by some sort of chakra blocking armor etc, then ya it wouldn’t bypass it. It’s really a case by case situation but in terms of just physical contact, yes it would go through their clothing. If you have any other questions, then feel free to ask haha. Next set of techniques are mentioned below:

( Iryō Ninjutsu: Saibō no saisei ) - Medical Technique: Cellular Regeneration
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (can negate up to 60 points)
Description: The medical ninja forcibly controls the cell cycle of the target tissue, causing rapid proliferation of the cells, thereby regenerating the tissue. This is done by infusing the cells of the target tissue with the users own healing chakra, potentiating mitosis and tissue growth. The drawback of this technique is that its not actually a healing technique but a tissue growth technique. It can serve to grow missing tissue but it cannot heal in the truth essence of the word and in essence is a much simpler application of the Mystic Palm technique.

( Iryō Ninjutsu: Iryō Mōdo ) - Medical Technique: Medical Mode
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30 ( -30 per turn )
Damage points: N/A ( Heals up to 50 damage per turn )
Description: After forming 4 hand seals, this mode envelops the user in a flowing blue chakra and allows them to constantly heal themselves in the midst of battle while at the same time boosting their stamina and vitality as it replenishes their strength and health. The limitation of the technique in terms of healing is it's low speed and inability to heal lost limbs. The technique lasts for three turns before deactivation.
Note: Must have medical training.
Note: Can only be used twice per event.

Talk to me about these two~

A curiously specific technique that begs the question of application outside of simply using Mystic Palm in place of it. I suppose it's convenient that it doesn't seem to require any gestures of particularly specific means of applying it, other than simply directing chakra within the body to the desired location meant to regrow tissue. Is it possible to use this technique on a separate individual from the user, or is it a "self-applying" only technique? And when it refers to tissue, I'm assuming this means strictly skin tissue, and not muscular or neurological, correct?

Pretty handy passive regenerative technique. I'm a little confused on how 50 damage per turn translates to "low speed", of which I'm assuming is referring to a slow regenerative process; as in it isn't necessarily instantaneous regeneration. But 50 damage per turn seems rather significant for something that last 3 turns and has no restrictive factors other than only being usable twice per "event," which on that particular subject, is that just older terminology and it's simply referring to per battle, or is that purposefully meant to be a broader term to encompass something like per arc?

Right so no this technique as far as I’m aware only applies to yourself but also yes, its more or less replacing like skin tissue rather than nerves and other forms of injuries. It’s mostly used to deal with more…superficial wounds I should say. But yea it’s not a true healing technique, it basically “patches” the area of damage, negating the original damage done. So I would say think of it like, if you got cut for 50 damage and used this, whatever side effect that might occur doesn’t happen if you use this to regrow the tissue, but your HP doesn’t go back up by 50, it remains the same. If that makes sense.

The “Low speed” thing is honestly flavor text I believe though I would also assume that it wouldn’t heal you for the 50 HP at the start of the turn but rather at the end of the turn, per say. Also yea its older terminology, it basically means when in the BA its usable twice per battle. However in the NW it’s hazardly worded cause per event means per arc basically. So I believe when they do the mass canon technique revamp, it would be covered with this one as well. If you have no further questions, here’s the next set.

( Iryyo Ninjutsu: Kūgeki no Tenketsu ) - Medical Technique: Open Tenketsu
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The medical ninja, once having diagnosed the patient as having a Tenketsu traumatically closed, will press one of his palms on the vicinity of the Tenketsu affected and use his own chakra to open it. While one can open several Tenketsu with one use, if the patient has more than half of his Tenketsu closed, the technique will need to be used again. The final core tenketsu (#361) cannot be opened if closed.
Note: Can only be used by medical ninjas

( Iryo Ninjutsu: Modosu Heikō ) - Medical Technique: Restore Balance
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: When facing a patient with a chakra disturbance or an abnormal chakra flow, the medical ninja will place his hand on the patient's chest and use his chakra to calm and retore the normal flow of chakra of the patient. This technique can essentially dispel chakra abnormalities and allow for healing techniques to work better. The result is leaving the patients chakra in a calm and healthy flow. Additionally, as a side effect, this technique leaves the patient complete calm and relaxed, without pain or stiffness. It can also be used to dispel Genjutsu the patient might be under the influence of, including Doujutsu Genjutsu and pure Yin Release techniques. The medical ninja, however, cannot use this on himself nor on Forbidden ranked Doujutsu Genjutsu/Yin jutsu.
Note: Can only be used by medical ninjas.

( Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu ) - Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (2x the amount of damage healed, 200 max)
Damage: N/A
Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.
Note: Can be used on up to 2 targets.
Note: Can only be used by Medical Ninja.

A technique that aims to unbind a user's forcibly or consequently shuttered Tenketsu which is the building blocks of the vascular-like system composed of centralized cores -or pressure points- in which chakra is distributed by way of. Much like a collapsed vein in the blood stream, a closed Tenketsu results in labored or insufficient control/distribution of chakra throughout the body. As far as I'm aware, other than through possible customs or medical ninjutsu of some form, the Hyuga Gentle Fist style is uniquely proficient at disrupting these pathways, given the visual prowess of the Byakugan at their disposal. If there are other methods to close one's Tenkatsu, I'd like to hear of them if it's not too much trouble. Not much else to it; it's rather straight forward in application and utility.

A pretty handy technique with not much room for confusion on how it's meant to be used. I find it a little disappointing that it can't be applied to the user themselves, but there are a variety of other ways -namely as a medical ninja- that can be utilized to expel foreign chakra to overcome Genjutsu and similar illusionary assaults. With that being said, I can't help but wonder if it's possible to use this technique on something like a summons? If so, then I'd say it still has quite a lot of versatility, assuming the user has other parties available to them in a fight.

The end-all-be-all of medical ninjutsu, as it were. Very straight forward and convenient that it even clarifies that it's possible to utilize this at the same time as another technique that may coincidentally only require one hand or gesture to perform, similarly to this one. I can't much think of any questions in particular for this one, but I'm open to any thoughts about it.

Right so, these are pretty much are concise in what they are intended to do. Your question pertaining to if it can be used on summons is yes, it can be. Anything with a chakra system can have this applied to them, including beings like Bijuu, Yin Yang creations etc. As for the other abilities targeting Tenketsus, it’s pretty much only the Byakugan with Gentle Fist that really takes advantage of it. There’s a few others like a Crystal Based Kinjutsu that unlocks some of the chakra points in order to gain boons. The Eight Inner Gates work in a similar concept. It’s a very limited area of focal point id say haha. Anyways if that’s all for these, let’s move onto the last medical technique and also the medical pills.

( Iryo Ninjutsu: Saiken no Keiro ) - Medical Technique: Rebuilding Chakra Pathways
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 100
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple technique designed solely to help rebuild and regenerate lost or destroyed chakra pathways. In essence, its a more advanced and highly specific form of Mystical Palm in which the user will focus large amounts of chakra (orange in color) on his palms and, through it, helps rebuild chakra pathways on a patient. This technique, despite being Medical in nature, actually has a very strong Yang component. The user needs to visualize the chakra pathway and will it to regenerate back to its former form. The technique is very hard to use, requires lots of concentration and focus, consumes a lot of chakra and takes a lot of time. To rebuild the chakra pathways in an area like the patients hand, the user will take 3 or 4 turns of continous use. This technique cannot be used to heal the damage of the last of the Eight Inner Gates nor destroyed Tenketsu.
Note: Can only be used by medical ninjas.

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type:
Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type:
Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type:
Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes fainting from lack of blood to the head after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

( Bijūgan ) - Tailed Beast Drug
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A (-10 to user per turn)(+20 to Taijutsu and Ninjutsu)
Description: These are pills in a capsulated form that give the user a heightened transformation. When activated, the user gains a chakra cloak with tails that can range from one to four tails — though the precise amount of tails generated by the user depends on the amount of chakra they have. The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.
Note: After one usage, the user becomes unable to perform higher than S rank techniques for two turns. After two usages, this time doubles and affects the users S ranks as well. During the third use, the user will suffer 20 damage per turn and be unable to use A ranks and above after it ends for three turns.
Note: Requires Doctor Specialty to have on bio and costs a move per turn to use.

So.. this one I'm mildly stumped on as far as it's unique functionality apart from the previously covered "(Iryyo Ninjutsu: Kūgeki no Tenketsu) - Medical Technique: Open Tenketsu" as both are fundamentally meant to target Tenketsu and the pathways connecting to them. Meanwhile it clarifies that it cannot restore destroyed Tenketsu specifically, so it begs the question of how this would be any different from simply using the Open Tenketsu technique of a lower rank and chakra expense without the need of the prolonged "3-4 turns of continuous use" requirement.

I had the pleasure to have the medical pills covered by Never earlier on in the training. I've also already used them a couple of times in some of my NW missions. They're rather handy and quick utilities for overcoming momentary hurdles to provide something of a crutch until the user is able to properly address whatever medical issues they might be suffering from after dealing with their outstanding conflict. Though the only one I hadn't noticed or recall being introduced to would be the Tailed Beast Drug specifically. While it seems all well and good and rather interesting, I'm going to go ahead and assume this is another one of those ones that doesn't necessarily pertain to me unless I happen to have a Tailed Beast sealed to my bio? Or is this pill a form of "Biju chakra supplement" that gives anyone access to it within the boundaries of the details specified in the description of the pill? Of course it doesn't state that the user "must" have a tailed beast in order to use them, but it just seems oddly specific for it not to be meant for Jinchuriki respectively.

Well there are a few skills that I’m aware of that’s capable of destroying path ways. One of them would be Gentle Fist from the Hyuga, being able to also severe the chakra paths. Rasenshuriken also when its released causes the microscopic blades to be released, that can pierce through the chakra pathway to destroy em too. It’s a very rare skill but as said, some techniques that destroy the path ways exist, and well this is how you heal em lmao. And the pill is pretty much that, a Bijuu supplement baha. Doesn’t require you being a Jinchuriki, can just say IC you got it from Mirabelle haha. Anyways, this concludes your Medical Training !
