That jutsu!
It is the ability to handle and transform Kurama's chakra, so it can be shared to others.

On this last page in the link above ''this is the power you wanted to pass on to him''.
So this is ''That jutsu''. Jiraiya's words ''dont use that jutsu''(back in the arc where they went to save Gaara) are clear now as well, cause Narutos ability to handle the chakra back than, was not good enough yet. He couldnt control it at all. Jiraiya was almost died.
Minato knew a special power was needed back than, in his fight with the masked man (obito).
Using Kurama's chakra like this, is ''that jutsu'' that power that he believed was needed.
Minato didnt leave the Key scroll toad Gamatora for Naruto for nothing.
He left it, so Naruto could gain control over it. Not just any control, but to transform and share it.
And remember what Jiraiya and Naruto did in their training?
They opened the Key scroll toad and Jiraiya almost died in a fight vs 4tail Naruto.
That jutsu is known now. It is the power to transform and share Kurama's chakra.

The name ''that jutsu'' and the discussion, wether it Naruto is using a jutsu right now or that it is a power and the discussion wether ''That jutsu'' is a mistranslation and if it should be ''that power''.
Answer:
A jutsu, is a technique, a power an ability. So it doesnt matter what name is used, cause its kinda the same thing. You could say Naruto his ability to transform and share chakra, is a technique, a power, an ablity a jutsu.
How much did Minato knew? Could Minato predict what would happen in the future?
Answer:
Minato knew a great threat would arise after his fight with Obito(masked man). He knew about the dangers to the world due to the prophecy that Jiraiya told him about. He knew a special power was needed to stop this threat. He entrusted Naruto to do this and saw him as the savior. He gave Naruto the tools for this and he even made sure, Kushina and him would be there to help Naruto, in controlling Kurama's chakra (by putting their chakra into the seal).
What Naruto is doing now is in fact stopping that threat, with a jutsu, a power, an ability, a technique ''transforming and sharing it''. ''That jutsu'' is basically stopping the threat with the tools Minato left him. Did Minato knew it would be chakra transforming and sharing?
Minato could do it himself on a lower scale and lower lvl (example, his chakra in the seal(s)).
You can read this in the second link and *********** says the same (different translation).
