My guess is that "that jutsu" is FTG Version 3.... What is ver 3 is anyones guess.. It would obviously require tremondous amount of chakra, thats why Minato left it for his son to complete FTG's 3rd and final version.

We know Minato showed us version 1 and 2 of FTG...

It is the only thing that can beat sharingan.. instant "Flash" speed.. especially tobi.

Haha not only that but the Kyuubi spit them out and just let them run away after they fed off his chakra meat in his stomach? And also spit them out with some of the strongest weapons in the Narutoverse? Yeah that sounds like the Kyuubi to me, such a nice beast. xd
