Having FTG is just first step, you need to be incredibly fast to keep up with the best. Raikage would have killed Minato if he wouldn't be super fast. It's not like Minato is teleporting randomly, he saw when Raikage came on him.
Think about it though. Insane speed with FTG makes him far faster and a threat from anywhere on the battlefield. Naruto won't always need to teleport but there will be times he does. Hopefully he learns the barrier jutsu with the FTG like Minato did against the 9 tails, that way he can send off any attack.
That's my question too. Im hoping its not the 3 guys it took to do the technique. Or Maybe since Tsunade knows about it and has the marker she might be the one to explain it to him? I don't think Minato will be making another appearance anytime soon, and he's the only person to master that technique.

Well if anyone other than Minato and Kushina would have access to the inner workings of the Flying Thunder God it would've been Jiraiya. Jiraiya may have the scroll about how to do the Flying Thunder God and he could've shared it with Naruto during his training time. Tsunade also may have had access assuming Minato left information with Konoha's list of techniques that the Kage had.
Jiraya should know about it, he was his master after all. Minato taught him Rasengan. He probably couldn't use all by himself like Minato, maybe that's why he never used it?
That's a good point it may take extreme chakra control in order to use the FTG. That could be why Gematora (the key scroll frog) said that using the key/controlling the fox would help him complete "that jutsu."

Haha I was just about to answer your question on How Naruto would learn the Jutsu. Tsunade obviously has the formula, but to those saying it doesn't take a lot of Chakra or whatever, think about it...Tsunade has the formula for FTG so thats how the Genma squad transfered the Mizukage to her, but Chapelle is right they are definitely saving FTG for Naruto, Minato put the kyuubi in Naruto to counter Tobi because he felt the Shinobi world would need it. There is definitely only certain people who can learn this tech because if everyone could why wouldn't Tsunade just be like okay everyone here is the formula put it on your Kunai and kill everyone, and who would be the perfect person to try and master/learn FTG than Minato's son, just like he learned Rasengan and mastered it to Rasenshuriken by putting his own Chakra into it which Kakashi and Jirayai have both said Minato wanted to originally do but he didn't live long enough. Also, FTG works against Tobi, but someone said that it was the only thing that hurt him and I am pretty sure that was Level 2 FTG:

Naruto wouldn't escape from Tobi's Space-Time Migration, what's special about FTG is that you throw a kunai at any distance and it transport you in the blink of an eye, the other way is by placing a mark somewhere and then transport, sorry but it's logical that FTG is more useful and faster than Naruto in his max. speed!
Yeah I know. I was saying that earlier when some one told me that FTG takes no chakra. It may seem like that for Minato but it took 3 Ninjas to perform the seals and it was a slow process.

Yeah I agree. Naruto will have the pure speed of the Raikage thanks to the 9 tail chakra mode. As well as the space time manipulation speed of Tobi and Minato.
