Yes but my point was he could only make 2 because of his reserves. TSB's have nothing to do with at all imo. It seems more likley his reserves would effect his ability to create more tailedbeast bombs.

The TBRS that naruto used against madara were much bigger, covering the size of sasuke's entire PS.

the ones used against sasuke were much smaller as you can see above.
