Think of that jutsu as your hand, and you can use it to defend against basic physical attacks - the sheer power of it able to destroy many solid objects.

This move is extremely fast. We'll need to practice it several times.
First, create a gust in the shape of a blade. Then practice releasing it from you as quickly as you can, like swiping a sword down in front of a body. Do this upon my wood clone. -creates wooden dummy-

walks over to your clone, when i get to short range, I jump up, lift the sword above my head and slash down*

Ah, no, you don't make a sword.
You make a blade of a sword and then swipe down...sort of like a sword in motion.

Ah, that was. But keep in mind that this jutsu needs to be extremely fast.
Now, say, that a wide-range Lightning move was coming at you. What would happen then?

it would slice the lightning attack, and it wouldnt do anything to you...

And wouldn't it keep coming towards the opponent?

Well no but that depends which way u slash.

Well, think of a sword slicing through a wooden board...do you understand what I mean?

sword=wind slice
so it would slice the board, and the attack would stop. good visual!

Anyhow, this next move is a summoning toads one, so we can skip it.
Alright. Once again, build up chakra inside your body. Let it build up in pressure, and when you release it from your body, release total control of your chakra and let the wind move just blast out of you. This is hard to control and very fast in speed, so I suggest you run away once you release this move. Like an explosion almost.
