*As I close my eyes, I try to concentrate my chakra and focus it. I then bring my hands together, take a deep breath and generate electrical energy through my body. I try to release as much chakra as I have to make it powerful enough. I then slam my hands to the ground and shout Raiton: Ikazuchi no Utage, sending an electric current racing through the earth. I then control my lightning chakra even more and split it into multiple tendrils to attack two annoying stones*

* I concentrate on generating lighting , but this time I do it by releasing my lightning chakra in my inner core through my body + focus myself, raise my hands to the air and draw lightning chakra from the sky. This is very difficult, and did took me a while to draw it from the sky, but eventually I succeed, Shout Raiton: Hiraishin and shoot the lightning energy at the stone that has been suffered for so long. I try to do this again to learn how to do it faster. I again generate lightning by releasing lightning chakra in my inner core, and try to keep all my focus on drawing lightning chakra from the sky. This being done much faster, I quicly shout Raiton: Hiraishin and shoot it against the dying stone*

*As I pretend my chakra in my chakra system to be water, going upstream and downstream, I release a mass water chakra on the water in the river, trying to mix the water with my water chakra, being able to manipulate it. I then lift the water with focus and concentration and shoot it at that wannebe stone. And then generate lightning in my hands by releasing a mass of lightning chakra in my hands, shouting Raiton: Horyu Raika no Jutsu and shocking that damn stone that has been made wet with the water*

well, I could use kage bunshin clones to distract him while I think about a plan. I can just use a water jutsu to make a field of water while my clones are distracting him. And As they try to push him back to the field of water and when that works, I will use the lightning attack on the water to elctrocute him.

Alright, that's one of way of doing it. I can imagine you tricking the enemy into stepping into some lake of water and then shocking them, however, this jutsu stands out to me because of a certain epic combo.
There is this Water Move which causes a Water Dragon to fly at your opponent. Naturally, your opponent would try to defend against it with a earth move or such. However, one way to break through that is that right at the moment before it hits your opponent, you use this jutsu, sending a shock right through as a sort of a surprise attack. Do you understand my concept?
However, nice reply. I like your creativity, though you could be more specific on how the Kage Bunshins distract the opponent. But no need. I can go through more battle training with you later. xD

As I've done this and feel that I've used enough chakra so that the the jutsu will work, I begin by expelling it out of my hands, creating whips. I try to create them using a lot of focus and shape manipulation. I do this all by having a steady control. As I see that the whips have the right form and that they look strong enough, I proceed by sending the whips at your wooden clones.*
