Well I'm at the process of learning water but i still can't create a water source, so I will do it with a weak wave of electricity.

*I close my eyes and focus my chakra and maintain a steady control of it, while i'm generating lightning in my hand, I shout Raiton: Jibashi. I try not to use too much of chakra and generate a weak surge of electricity, and release it at that annoying stone, making it crumble*

As it reaches the stone, you hear a big explosion*
