Not bad at all, the only thing you have to focus on, is that this is a quick jutsu witch can protect your front, the rest really doesn't matter that much, but that's just my oppinion.

The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

What is this jutsu able to push away. What are the limits? :|

It's able to blow you away, use it as an escape method or to push your opponent away, i'd say about 20 meters.
