You can't compare a filler Doujutsu with the strongest power in the series. Naruto defeated Toneri using KCM only, while he needed his stronger modes to compete with Rinnegan users. Tenseigan is a fan service intended for Hyuga fans.

You can't fool me , I know you were trolling when you created this thread in first place but I just decided to play with you.
this was already done before, Kidgamer and other debaters agree with common sense that they are around same level , Tenseigan gives you more power and has more powerful feats while Rinnegan gives you more jutsus in you arsenal .

It wasn't retconned we misunderstood it. If you look at the fight it was after Sasuke and Naruto touched Kaguya. She was sealed but it was actually Hogaromo who performed the seal for the Chibaku tensei. In other words Hamura and Hogaromo sealed her Rinne sharingan the source of her power and not Kaguya.

Once the seals reappeared on Hogaromo's hands he uses the seal. It was Hogaromo who sealed Kaguya, free'd the tailed beasts etc.
2. Don't remember that it's been a long time since I saw the movie, but regardless the weakest rinnegan user was able to absorb 8 tails cloak in moments. So that's not a big feat for Toneri.
3. I've pretty sure Toneri's TSB's didn't help him against Naruto. Anyway they can just as easily be sucked into a chibaku tensei core and removed from a fight.

1. Check out " Moon " narutopedia page
2. their absorbation can negate each other in the end.
3. ANd those Chibaku tenseis can easily be cut by goldeen wheel .
4. Rinnegan gravity force can be countered by Tenseigan own and vice verse
5. Rinnegan summons can be countered by Statue.
You can figure counter for each jutsu for every side its pretty clear they are at same level.

Amenotejikara is useless because you need attack that will come after and none of rinnegan jutsu could break TSB armour.
Tenseigan can absorb any of those Rinnegan jutsus you talk about.
Mokuton already negated preta path absorbation
, TSB would not have problem doing the same.

Tenseigan surpasses Rennigan in the ability to absorb Chakra, as it's faster and ranged.
It surpasses Rennigan in gravity manipulation, as Rennigan not only has a 5 second cool down which Tenseigan lacks, the latter can control multiple objects at once and to a greater extent, to the point that Toneri was moving the moon while fighting Naruto.
It surpasses it in summoning, as the Hamura Golem is superior to Kurama, which puts it leagues above any summoning the Rennigan has.
It grants a Chakra Mode on par with a 100% Nine Tails Sage Mode, while Rennigan does no such thing.
It grants Six Paths Chakra, while Rennigan does no such thing.
It grants Truth Seeker orbs capable of destroying Chakra, while Rennigan does no such thing.

That KCM Naruto had 100% Kurama, Sage Mode, and Six Paths Chakra. Stop trying so hard to make an erroneous comparison.
The one in the war was with the chakra of all the tailed beasts + RSM. The one against Toneri was using the chakra of Yin+ Yang Kurama + RSM. I ain't going to sit here and explain it to you, so you can save face by going around in circles. Naruto used RSM against Toneri.
