Naruto deactivated all of his modes and was completely in base. Yet he managed to match the combination of Chidori and Enton with Rasengan. I am pretty sure a normal Rasengan can't do that.

The name chidori was giving because of the sound produced by the jutsu. It has nothing to do with type of lightning he uses. It doesn't matter if is white or black.He can use whatever the colour he wants but the sound of the jutsu is same. Hence, the name chidori.

I have already told you Naruto is no longer normal once he received powers from Sage. Nature energy is same for anyone yet current Naruto's SM jutsu are far stronger than Naruto's toad sage. Why? that's because Naruto's own chakra got a power boost which is why his jutsu are stronger even though both versions of Naruto uses the same natural energy.

Facepalm. 30% chakra/=/30% physical attributes. 30% chakra restricts some jutsus, but leaves things like taijutsu skills, and lower ranking jutsus at full power. This should have been fairly obvious.
