Techniques overrated by Fans

In your first situation the water tech is done after the fact. That's a reaction. If for instance you knew they were gonna do it before they even did it...it's anticipation.

Bee knew he was gonna jump to him all he had to do was wait for him to do it. I.e. he anticipated the jump. He did not react to it after the fact.

Here's another example:
When minato set up for ftglevel 3 obito knew he was going to jump. He punished his jump by cutting his hand off. He even punished him jumping away by sticking a bomb to him.

But when tobirama threw it back at him, or when minato cut his chest open he didn't react. Cuz hey you can't react to instant. But you can anticipate it.
What I claim and what you said I claim is two different things.

Bee didn't know for sure that he was gonna jump to him, there were several seals. So he could have only reacted (even though he did anticipate it) after Minato jumped at him. And like I said, FTG itself is NOT the attack, you cannot stop the person from jumping, just like you cannot stop Tobirama from using spitting out the sution tech from his mouth. So yeah whether you anticipate it or not, what you can do is stop the person from harming you after using FTG, which Obito and Bee have been shown to do because well they anticipated it. And it will still count as ''countering''

Obito reacted to it (is not said to have any high speed reflexes) quite easily, Killer B reacted to it quite easily. We don't care if both Minato and Killer B were gonna kill each other. Main point is people countered that sh*t hard.

Anyone with FTG hailed stronger than Hashirama or Madara? no... Even with all his hype not once was Minato compared to anyone from the past.. shows how strong FTG is.. Because in the end Kages and people on that level of skills and power can deal with FTG if they know about it.

You saying he felt Minato tap him is just your thoughts. You haven't shown me where it is said or shown Bee knew before Minato was behind him. Minato didn't know what Ay was thinking, did he? You are saying it as if Minato had no choice whatsoever to teleport behind Bee. For all we can understand Minato could have teleported to a Kunai back at Konaha ninjas camp, correct? He could have teleported to a Kunai far across the globe, correct?
