But many on team sound are just fodders and team element posesses large-scale attacks to take out several in 1 sweep

not precisely,

Orochimaru takes out old hiruzen,, or he can take out anyone in team elemental bar possibly kakuzu,
hebi sasuke can take out pretty much every one here, especially if we give him manda
kimimaro, kabuto, and hebi together can also take out pretty much everyone here bar kakuzu

no matter how you look at it, team elemental are outclassed here

Mei beats Kimimaro, Suigetsu and Sakon.
Kakashi stalemates with Hebi Sasuke.
Kakuzu beat Jirobo, Kidomaru, Kabuto and Juugo.
The genin level fodders die from splash damage.

Kakuzu's hearts and large scale jutsu thin the sounds numbers thin... But both Oro and Hebi Sasuke can be a problem if 3T Kakashi can't occupy sasuke...

Mei's near useless although her suitons could be put to use to defend against Oro's large attacks and summons


I'd give this to team elemental albeit high diff
