I don't think Orochimaru's oral rebirth is a medical ninjutsu. The medical ninjutsu accelerates the cell division, unlike the oral rebirth which restores its user in the state he was before the damage. I base this on the fact that even Orochimaru's clothing is restored.

Well, I wouldn't care that much about clothing. Clothes are shielded by plot-no-jutsu. They are more resistant than Kakuzu's domu.
