So, now then *summons another dummy* Let's step it up a bit.
*throws you some bandages* Wrap them around your feet, shins, fists and some of your forearms. Get used to them within you and I want you to perform this combo onto the second dummy.
Begin by using your more dominant arm to release a powerful forward thrust, don't be too hasty with yourself. Remember, bent knees, straight back, keep your posture adamant throughout the training not to put any strain on your body parts. Connect the palm thrust into the dummy's stomach, with enough force exerted that will make it bend it's upper body forward. Using that to your advantage, after having initiated the palm thrust, use the same arm and wrap it around the back of the dummy's head, then use the leg parallel to the arm you used (so right arm, left leg) and simultaneously use your arm to push the dummy's head downwards, whilst extending your knee in an upwards fashion, the two motions collide in an epic knee thrust straight into the dummy's head, knocking him upwards.
To finish it off, once the dummy has been knocked into the air by your knee thrust, place the leg used in front of your other leg, and jump up into the air, using the corresponding side of the leg you used to deal a simple, but effective shoulder thrust deep into the dummy's chest, sending him crashing into the ground.
