As Kanta saw Kerrah walking towards him, he got up and reached his right hand out to greet him. Then all of a sudden, Kerrah grabbed him by his collar and pulled him closer face to face, and uttered he words, "Before we begin I want to test you in a spar, come on. Give me all you got". Kanta was perplexed, he never had a sensei who was so brash at the very beginning of training, but that didn't hinder him to much as he was ready for a fight.

Kanta used the same right hand he had out a sec ago, and swung it upwards underneath Kerrah's arm that he used to grab Kanta's collar (let's make it your right arm). The force of the strike was strong enough to break Kerrah's hold on Kanta's collar. Kanta then proceeded to grab Kerrah's right arm and put him in a wrist lock, while at the same time, uses his left foot to back heel kick Kerrah's right shin and cause him to fall forward while still holding Kerrah in a wrist lock. With Kerrah's face down on the ground and his right arm bent backwards, Kanta took his left leg and put it over Kerrah's right arm and dropped on his ass which caused a slight fracture in Kerrah's right elbow. He uses his thighs to lock up Kerrah's right arm, so he can reach Kerrah's head and lock his two hands together in front of Kerrah's face and pull it backwards.

I bet you've never been in this position before.

Being placed in such an awful position, I simply extend out my left hand and punch the ground, releasing a vortex of wind around me that pushes you off causing you to fall on your back behind me. Yes I can do that because I'm your sensei. u.u

After being blown into the air, I was faced with the danger of falling on my back, so I prevented this by bringing my knees up closer to my chest and spun backwards so my feet will face the ground. I landed in a crouched position with my hands on the ground to keep my balance. I got up slowly and did a couple of stretching exercises before I perform my first technique. Yeah, I still have the knowledge my previous sensei thought me, but my body is no where near as physically fit as before. Just give an hour, and can begin. Within one hour, I was able to do 20 laps, 100 jumping jacks, one mile of Frankenstein kicks, 50 one arm push ups, and still had time to do some cool down exercises before I return to you. Now let's get physical.

I stand 5 meters in front of the dummy, and got in a runners stance with my right foot ahead of my left and my knees slightly bent. I sprinted towards the dummy and waited until I got in close proximity to plant my left foot in front of me and bend my knees around 90 degrees. I then stretched my left arm out to my side and balled up my right fist as I swung my right arm upwards and aimed for the dummy's abdomen. At the same time, I got up from my crouched position to add more momentum to my punch, so I can gather enough impact to send the dummy flying into the air. This whole sequence ends with me looking up at the sky with my right arm up as I watch the dummy fall into the river from afar. Hey, when can I get one of those green spandex you're wearing?

So, now then *summons another dummy* Let's step it up a bit.

*throws you some bandages* Wrap them around your feet, shins, fists and some of your forearms. Get used to them within you and I want you to perform this combo onto the second dummy.

Begin by using your more dominant arm to release a powerful forward thrust, don't be too hasty with yourself. Remember, bent knees, straight back, keep your posture adamant throughout the training not to put any strain on your body parts. Connect the palm thrust into the dummy's stomach, with enough force exerted that will make it bend it's upper body forward. Using that to your advantage, after having initiated the palm thrust, use the same arm and wrap it around the back of the dummy's head, then use the leg parallel to the arm you used (so right arm, left leg) and simultaneously use your arm to push the dummy's head downwards, whilst extending your knee in an upwards fashion, the two motions collide in an epic knee thrust straight into the dummy's head, knocking him upwards.

To finish it off, once the dummy has been knocked into the air by your knee thrust, place the leg used in front of your other leg, and jump up into the air, using the corresponding side of the leg you used to deal a simple, but effective shoulder thrust deep into the dummy's chest, sending him crashing into the ground.

I caught the roll of bandages Kerrah tossed me and began to wrap them around the respective areas he mentioned. After spending 10 minutes doing that and making sure they stay on, I walked towards the dummy and got in a fighting stance in front of it. My left leg was in front of my right, with my knees slightly bent, and my left arm on my side in a "L" shape. My back was straight, and my right arm was jerked back in a "<" shape with my palm open. My eyes were focused on the dummy's abdomen, and I proceed to step forward with my right foot as I outstretched my right arm and aimed for the abdomen. The strike to the abdomen caused the dummy to lean over for sec, in which I took advantage of and used my right forearm to grab the back of its head. Simultaneously, I moved the head down and brought my left knee up as I pushed off my right foot to add more momentum to the knee thrust. I let go of the head at the exact moment my knee made contact with its face, so the dummy will slightly fly backwards in the air. Immediately afterwards, I planted my left foot forward to the ground and pushed off it to jump in the air with my right side facing the dummy. I stuck out my right shoulder and leaned my head to the left side to prevent injury, and finally made contact with the dummy's chest. My momentum and body weight caused the dummy and I to fall straight down and crash, but luckily for me the dummy was made out of cushion and prevented me from receiving severe injuries.

Am I worthy now sensei? *hops on your leg* ^^

What I want you to do now is, deal a simple kick with your more dominant leg to the dummy's chin in an upwards direction; the force exerted should be enough to knock him into the air. Having done that follow on by jumping up, going airborne as well and catch the dummy as he is falling by his ankles. Grabbing each ankle with both of your hands respectively, turn him upside down so that his head is closest to the ground and his legs are high up in the air, with your hands still gripped on his ankles; wrap your legs around his waist from the back, locking them together by his chest and then by using your own force and combined weight of the two of you, along with the aid of gravity drive him straight into the ground head first.

After listening to Kerrah's instructions, I walked over to the dummy and repositioned myself five meters away from it. I got in a runner's stance with my left foot ahead of my right. I run towards the the dummy at full speed and stopped right in front of it by planting left foot forward. With the momentum still driving me forward, I quickly use that momentum to increase the impact of my kick. I raise my right foot up beneath the chin of the dummy, and continued my kick until my leg was perpendicular to the ground. The force of the kick sent the dummy flying in a arc backwards with its back turned against me. I immediately brought my right leg down and step forward with it, and then step forward again with my left leg which I then use to launch myself in the air towards the dummy. With my body parallel to the ground, I stretched out and grabbed the ankles of the dummy which helped me reposition my body back to normal. I proceeded with the next step and wrapped my legs around the waist of the dummy, and used my body weight to bring both the dummy and I back to earth. Once again, the dummy broke my fall and prevented me from getting an embarrassing ass injury.

This next one is really simply and open to great imagination so I will let you do most of the work.

Begin by jumping in a flipping motion towards your opponent, and as you land by his side you essentially release a barrage of punches and kicks straight at him, the limbs and motions you use are completely only limited by your own imagination, so I do not want to instruct you myself; instead I want you to use what you want to use and perform the combinations of punches and kicks that you want to do. So, show me what you got xD Though the effective barrage should only last up to 7 attacks.

After being told that I can now showoff my taijutsu skills, I quickly ran towards the next dummy and stood 5 meters in front of it. I came up with a great combo of punches and kicks, and then stretched for a bit before doing the jump. I took 4 quick steps and jumped off my left foot and then performed a front flip before landing next to the dummy's left side (my right). As I am going down, I had my left palm open with the arm jerked back, so there will be force behind the strike. The second I landed, I aimed for the left shoulder of the dummy with my left palm which forced its body to turn towards me. With my left leg ahead of my right, I brought back my left leg as I twist my upper body to the left to land a devastating right hook to the dummy's chin. My two legs are now spread apart and my body is facing the dummy. Immediately after the punch, I lifted up left leg, and use my right leg to pivot to the right. I swung and aimed for the dummy's right temple with my left leg, and continued to pivot to the right until I jumped off my right foot and turned my body clockwise. While in mid-air, I pushed off the side of the dummy's head with my left leg to help further move my body clockwise, so I can execute a 360 degree heel kick. As I near the completion of the spin, I slide my left foot down its body and connected with the heel kick to the same temple as before. I landed on my left foot and then brought down my right foot to the side, so they lined up parallel to each other.

So far I landed a palm strike to the shoulder, a right hook to the chin, a kick to the temple, and a 360 degree heel kick to the same temple. In a real fight, my opponent would be dazed from those two previous kicks. So, pretending like I was in a real fight, I did a little bit of showboating by shuffling my feet back and forth like a boxer. I stepped forward with my left leg and got low, while balling up my right hand into a fist. I made a quick step forward with my right leg and connected with an uppercut to the dummy's abdomen. Then I brought my left leg slightly ahead of my right as I connected with another uppercut to the abdomen using my left hand. For the finisher, I grabbed the dummy by its head and moved my right leg a step backwards. I held the face of the dummy downwards, and swiftly moved my right foot forward and then upwards to kick the head clean off the dummy's body.

Now for this next technique, I want you to run towards the dummy and duck your entire body down, using one leg as a support and extending the other leg upwards to deliver a simple kick into the dummy's chin, with enough force to completely knock him airborne.

And then from there, place the leg you kicked with down on the ground, and by using the ground as a sort of spring, accompanied with bent knees and palms placed on the Earth, push off the ground in such a fast motion that to the naked eye you would have seemed to teleported straight behind your opponent. The technique in itself is not powerful and does not deal damage but is extremely effective in many situations, the basis of this is like a shadow that follows on with the leaf, once in the air behind your opponent you are open to execute any attack you want; catching him by surprise and dealing significant damage.

Before doing the next technique, I decided to limber up a little bit and did a couple of high knee jumps and Frankenstein kicks. After two minutes of that, I was 100 percent ready to perform the next move. I stand 10 meters away from the dummy and proceed to get in a runner's stance with my left leg ahead of my right and my knees slightly bent and arms dangling down on my sides. I push off my left foot and begin my sprint towards the dummy. As I begin to get closer, I start to dip my body down by leaning my upper body forward and bending my knees until my head is at least around the waist area of the dummy. As I reach the 3 feet mark, I use the momentum I gathered from running 9 meters and slid on the ground with the right side of my body facing the dummy(like riding a skateboard in a crouched position). After getting right up beneath the clone, I quickly lean towards more to my left to the point that I had to plant my left hand on the ground so I can prevent myself from falling on my head. At the same, I stretch my right leg out upwards while aiming for the bottom jaw of the clone. With the little bit of momentum I had left combine with the swift upwards kick, I was able to knock the dummy straight up to the air like Team Rocket (okay, probably not that far but close enough xD). I then swing my right leg down to the ground as fast as possible to help erect my upper body to normal in a very cool and professional type of way.

I look on up as the dummy is soaring through the skies above me, and then proceed to get in a crouch position with my arms stretch out behind of me as if I'm sledding. I curl my head in between my thighs as far as I can so I can get the most out of this jump I'm about to do. In one quick motion, I erect my upper body straight up with my head completely facing the sky and follow it up by leaping up off my toes with my legs pointing straight down. In a flash of light, I travel my way straight towards the back of the dummy and drive my right knee deep in its lower back as I wrap my right arm around its neck to prevent it from going any higher. I then stretch said right arm outwards so the dummy would be facing the ground. I put my knees on the dummy back as we're falling and release my grip off its neck so I can stand on its back. For the next 10 seconds, I proceed to perform the river dance on the dummy's back as we're free falling. Just as we're about to hit the ground, I quickly jerk back my legs up until my knees were touching my chest and then curb stomp on the dummy's head which completely broke in pieces due to the momentum of falling 10 meters from the sky. I hold the position for a few more seconds and then jumped back a few feet so I can admire the destruction I'd caused to the dummy's head.

Now that deserve brownies. You got any sensei?

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Now this next attack is also heavily centered around kicks, it is definitely one of the benchmarks of taijutsu here due to the variety of kicks it encompasses, you'll see.

Run up to the dummy with all intent to kick it's God-forsaken ass, as that thought is in your mind bend down on your knees, extending your more dominant leg outwards while at the same time using your less dominant as a support to shift your center of gravity. As your more dominant leg is extended, simultaneously to the drop, I want you to spin counter clockwise on your spot, and keep spinning until you hit the dummy's lower area. But here's the trick you see, after you strike into the dummy, don't stop, keep spinning. As the rotation speed increases you'll gain buoyancy, effectively allowing your body to further move upwards as you spin, and from there it's all natural. If you were to keep spinning on your second full turn you'd strike into the middle of his body, around the abdominal part, upon the third full turn you'll strike his neck area, and on the final turn your body would now be above his in terms of altitude, where you match the turn with a perfect heel drop dead center into the dummy's forehead, sending him crashing down into the ground with an attitudeeeeeeeeee~~~~

After listening to Kerrah sensei instructions, I did a couple of spins on my left leg as I stretch my right foot outward with my hands in the air like a ballerina so I can prepare myself for the move. After that little exercise, I ran towards the dummy with a head full of steam and a can of whoop ass. As I got within short range of the dummy, I bent my knees all the way so I can touch the ground with my left hand. I then turned my body to the left and slid with my right leg out stretched and my left hand keeping me balanced. With my right leg at the left side of the dummy's leg, I use my left leg to help spin me counter clockwise and kick the ankles of the dummy. Halfway through the first spin, I raised my body a bit by pushing off my left hand and placing all my weight on my left leg as I straightened it out to land the second kick to the dummy's left torso. For the third kick, I spun around one more time and sprang off my left leg to get enough height to land the kick to the temple of the dummy. With bouncey keeping me afloat in the air, I used the this opportunity to deliver a devastating heel kick. I raised my right leg to the sky and then used the momentum of coming down to land the heel kick right on the very top of the dummy's head. I landed gracefully on my left leg with my arms spread out and my right leg stretched outward behind me.

Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

Next one is pretty simple but extremely deadly, run up to your dummy with incredible speed, when you're a few meters away stop with your more dominant leg forwards, bend down and push off with both legs to equate a dash. Simultaneously to doing so I want you to lean sideways, moving your outwards arm inwards and grabbing it with your other hand, in doing so your outwards shoulder blade will be exposed and would strike straight into the dummy's chest, the impact which is also amplified by your dash and weight, will send the poor dummy flying backwards.

After getting the stuff Kerrah requested and listening to his horrible jokes on their way to training field
they finally arrived and Kerrah wasted no time in giving Bo-bobo orders on what to do next.

Kerrah tells him to run a few laps for an hour to clean off the rust Bo-bobo had built up during his one month coma. Kerrah then gave Smoove his next move to do after his run.

I took in the instructions Kerrah gave to me, and repeatedly ran it through my head so I could perfect the move in one try. Though it's a simple move, it could be very dangerous to the user due to them not having full body control when they dash forward with their shoulder exposed which also leaves their neck expose for the opponent to strike. After a few seconds of deliberating with myself on how to properly execute the move, I finally got into sprinter stance with my right leg ahead of my left slightly bent, and my hands to the sides of my waist. My eyes fixated onto the dummy for a few seconds before taking off by pushing on my right foot. During the sprint, I kept my upper body low, and waited until I got within 1 meter from the dummy to plant my left foot firmly on the ground and bring my right foot next to it which forced me to get even lower to prevent myself from falling. While in the squat position, the momentum I had gathered from sprinting launched me forward when I'd jumped horizontally towards the dummy's chest. In one swift motion, I turned my body sideways to the left, and leaned my head away from the dummy direction as I grab my right wrist before colliding with the dummy. The impact between my right shoulder and the dummy's chest was powerful as shown when I left a crack at the center of it which I only got a slight glimpse of due to the dummy flying across the sky over a pond which it landed in.

When they reach maximum height, you will jump up and appear right above and behind their shoulder. Then kick them down back to the ground with immense power and speed behind the kick.
After forming the hand seal for the shadow clone jutsu, I created 4 replicas of myself and placed them in a squared formation surrounding the dummy at a 5 meter radius. I stood outside the formation and watched as the first clone from the upper left of the formation dashed towards the dummy and performed "Shadow of the Dancing Leaf" which sent the dummy ascending at least 3 meters. The second clone, from the bottom right of the formation, immediately made its move a second before the first clone's attack and followed up with a sky uppercut right after jumping off the first clone's leg so he wouldn't lose too much power in his punch during the ascent towards the dummy.

With the dummy getting to the height I want it to be, the last 2 clones took a running start before springing towards my second clone to perform a second jump so they can regain their upward momentum, so both can land another pair of sky uppercuts towards the dummies' under belly to give one more final push towards the atmosphere for the final attack. During the whole set up of the final attack, I was building up chakra in my legs ,so when it came my turn to attack I would have built up enough to reach the dummy. I squatted as low as I can and leaped towards the dummy location while rapidly spinning in a fetal position, and then landed a perfectly timed downward heel kick on the dummies' back with enough force for it break apart as it lands. I safely descended from my leap and canceled the clone jutsu as I waited for further instructions from my new sensei.

Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.

I will explain the lion barrage as from the original video of where Sasuke used it, you may be creative and fluid as you want to be however, this is taijutsu after-all.

Dash at the opponent and deliver a bottom- up kick to their chin sending them to sky. Use your leg power to deliver the force and squat down well, while also bending back to create the needed leverage. As he is in the sky, jump high at amazing speed, you should appear right behind them, facing their back. You will then proceed to do a "feint" attack, something light that will get the opponent do react and make a decent counter, this can range from kicks to a small grab. After the counter-attack is done by the opponent, position your body and twist it accordingly to face a different direction and attack away from their original counter-attacking spot (so if they countered on the right side of their body, your next attack should be on their left side). The power from the attack should have them start to launch downward into the ground, as they are moving down, you will do so along with them, sending out any sort of physical attack, one after the other, until you fully send them crashing into the ground. Usually this is ended with a kick to the body.
