Stronger! More Balance!
muusst endure...xD
Now, let's make it hard.
Keeping your stance, and not dropping any rocks, I want you to throw air punches.
First the right, then the left. (Wrap the weights on your arms around your hands)
No calling your sensei witch! *puts more weights on both of you**my arms drop to the ground and the weights make small cracks in the ground*
damn these are heavy you witch xd
*i swing my arms up, then get back into my stance and start throwing straight punches right hand first then left, i do this continuously *
Good! More!muusst endure...
*keeps the stance*
*grabs the weights on my hands*
*makes air punches*
*makes sure none of the other weight fall*
Describe everything throughout. Even the sightliest drop of sweatUgg ok. Tries
To do a
Star kick Haaaaaa xd
uhh, okDescribe everything throughout. Even the sightliest drop of sweat
okay* i pick the weights and start again throwing strong air punches left to right ,whilst keeping my stance*
Ok, an important thing while describing your movements, believe me or not, is the visuals and presentation. Alongside with a good grammar, presenting something pleasant to the eyes of the person reading your posts is something that makes your moves much more interesting. Also it prevents people from getting confused.uhh, ok
* stays balenced*
*holds weight tight*
*appempts to do a star jump*
*kicks after the star jump*
*lifts foot as high as possible*
*starts sweating*
that better?
Very good! Repeat!ook got it sensei
raises right foot up, just like sensei
bends over sideways, so most of the wieght is on my left foot
when that has finished happening, i raise my foot a kick 3 times into the air. One higher than my head, one right near my chest level, and one 45 degrees from the ground
HAI YA!!!
then using the ball of my foot, i slowly turn a 45 degrees clockwise and repeat the kicks, until returning to my oringinal spot (after a 360 degrees turn of kicks)
how was this?
