First the right, then the left. (Wrap the weights on your arms around your hands)

*my arms drop to the ground and the weights make small cracks in the ground*
damn these are heavy you witch xd

*i swing my arms up, then get back into my stance and start throwing straight punches right hand first then left, i do this continuously *

Good! More!

Star Jumps, and end with a kick. Aim your kick straight forward, as high as you can. You must reach the face of your opponent, and opponents larger than you when you end his trainning.

Ok, an important thing while describing your movements, believe me or not, is the visuals and presentation. Alongside with a good grammar, presenting something pleasant to the eyes of the person reading your posts is something that makes your moves much more interesting. Also it prevents people from getting confused.


I suggest either remove the usage of " * " in the ends of each movement you do. Describe everything you do and, if you want to speak or write anything that isn't directly related to your movement in colours, or bold.


Step after step, I circle around you, while speaking towards you both, I stop in front of both of you and, standing sideways, I rise my right foot up, tilting my body to the side, and deliver 3 kicks in a quick succession, one higher than my head, one at the same height as my head and one lower. Forcing my abs into staying in the same position, with my leg bent near my body, I turn 45º and repeat the same thing. When I return to the same position I started, after turning 360º, I lower my leg and step on the ground again, for the first time.

Balance, Strength, Flexibility and Precision. While preforming your movements, those are of the utter importance. Repeat what I did. Rest and then repeat. etc etc

raises right foot up, just like sensei
bends over sideways, so most of the wieght is on my left foot
when that has finished happening, i raise my foot a kick 3 times into the air. One higher than my head, one right near my chest level, and one 45 degrees from the ground
HAI YA!!!
then using the ball of my foot, i slowly turn a 45 degrees clockwise and repeat the kicks, until returning to my oringinal spot (after a 360 degrees turn of kicks)
how was this?
