Describe how to do it: Using my body as a spring, I bend down low. I would then launch off of the non-kicking leg as I tuck in my kicking leg into my body. I then kick straight up using the thrusting and the launch for more power. I would aim to kick the target in the head or high on the chest. Hitting high on the body, it's goal is to lift him into the air with the power of my kick, leaving him unable to attack or defend properly against other attacks.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: Since it uses the whole body as a spring to launch upwards, this kick contains a lot of power and, if successful, will knock the opponent into the air, leading to other possible attacks.
Disadvantages: If the attack misses, you're pretty much left open for attacks while in the air.
Combos and possible uses: Making sure the target can't dodge or block the attack. Also attacking the target by surprise or if they're already in the air.
How to defend against it: Kaguya I think would be a great KG do defend against this because they can take the hit and just harden their bones or make them protrude. Other than that, moving out of the way I primarily the only way to get out of it.

Describe how to do it: This move is used against lower placed opponents. Although, I don't know why an opponent would be low enough to get hit by this. Anyway, I guess if they're using a low sweep or something like that. I would thrust downward, attacking the opponents head, back of the neck, or shoulder. OR, if I'm in the air, I can thrust down and use this technique to block other attacks or something. I don't really know about this one... >_<
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: Its very simple and can be retracted if need be.
Disadvantages: Its simple and can be blocked very easily as well as countered.
Combos and possible uses: Like most taijutsu, getting the opponent off guard or getting them into a position in which they can't block is really the only way to safely use this attack without it backfiring.
How to defend against it: Simply using an upward block or counter should suffice because the attack is quite simple.

Describe how to do it: This one is useful against higher placed opponents, meaning I might be able to strike foes that are falling downwards towards me. I would simply thrust an open palm into the gut of my opponent, lifting them up into the air. I would only use this technique against opponents that are already in a higher position than I am. This also ensures that it does good damage.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: If successful, this attack will deal a great amount of damage, especially to a target that's not ready for the attack. Also, this attack might be a little hard to see because it's a low thrust going into the abdomen.
Disadvantages: Very easy to block if it's noticed before landing. Also, the attacker is leaving a lot of his body open to attacks such as a kick on the side the attacking arm is, if that makes sense.
Combos and possible uses: Using a barrage of high punches to mask a low thrusting attack like that. If the opponent is in the air, I assume this would also be good to use to get another good hit.
How to defend against it: Simple downward block or counter. Another way would be to turn the body just a tad bit so the attack 'slides off' and throw a kick to the side of the attacker's attacking arm. For example, if they used their right hand, I would turn and throw a kick to their right side.
