Ok, lets start off with the basics. Since you were never my student, you may not have taken the knowledge i normally give to my students of each of the basic fields. So, before we dive into the Taijutsu arts, we should contemplate the arsenal of a ninja. This said, can you define, in your own words, the following concepts:

Ninja
Chakra
Ninjutsu
The two main aspects that are core in Ninjutsu
Genjutsu
Elemental Ninjutsu
and finally, Taijutsu

"But of course sensei" - Alucard says with his icon grin on his face.

Ninja(s), also known as shinobis are highly trained people that takes secret missions and battle great wars through the ninja world. They are protectors of their villages, and are willing to die for their village. Even though there are some who only fight and die for themselves. Their skills goes from sneaking past enemies, surprise targets and engage targets.

Chakra, is the spiritual energy that most ninjas rely on in their missions. Chakra is mostly used in combat, but can also be used at other opportunities. Chakra develops with combat experience and training. Skilled ninjas can control their chakra, to being able to climb trees by simply walk on the bark in a 90 degree tilt. Chackra is usually released by performing handseals, which will form the chakra into a wished form. Either as an attack or guard.

Genjutsu is a type of chakra control that involves corrupting the enemies minds. The chakra will affect one or all five(depends on your skill) senses of a body. It can blind the target, making the target unable to hear, paralyze the target and even corrupt the target in such a level it will damage itself. It's often used to seriously confuse the target in the field, by creating illusions.

Elemental Ninjutsu, is advanced use of ninjutsu as the chakra used will take form of an element. There are five basic elements that a shinobi can utilize their chakra to. Fire(katon) - Water(suiton) - Lightning(raiton) - Earth(doton) and finally Air(fuuton). Most shinobi has one personal element they use in battle, but very skilled one's can develop nature manipulation as far as three or four. Ninjas who uses the Rinnegan eyes have control of all five nature elements, and thus having no elemental weakness.

Taijutsu, is the standard martial arts that ninjas perform in combat. It involves different techniques of punches, kicks and body(wtf) combat. One's level of taijutsu is mostly based on speed, strength and flexibility and relies on the stamina of the ninja. Taijutsu rarely requires chakra, but it can be used to boost the impacts of punches and kicks. The lack or requiring handseals makes it very good to use, as it's fast and lethal to perform(preferibly when the opponent gathers up chakra or performing handseals, muahaha). A great example of Taijutsu that uses chakra are the techinques of the Hyuuga clan, which involves chakra into their movements and creates deadly punches such as the 8-triagram punches.

Ok. You got most of it right but I need to complete it a bit better as this is information that will serve as a base line for every teaching you may take on in your ninja life.I'll even add a few more things:

±± Ninja ±±
A ninja is someone who uses their full abilities in the service of his/hers beliefs, working to achieve a goal. This goal can be anything from peace to war, money, destruction, personal griefs or even revenge and can be shared with others or individual. Most ninjas are fighters and correspond to the bulk of the military force of the great nations. However, a ninja doesn't need to be a fighter. Even medics or a simple carpenter may, in times of need, use his abilities (medical knowledge or abilities in working with wood for example) to accomplish the goals he set to himself, following his beliefs.

±± Chakra ±±
Chakra is the energy that is formed through the passive combination of both the Physical and the Spiritual energies in a sentient being. Physical energy corresponds to the vitality of the body and its own energy. Spiritual energy corresponds to the mind or spirit, and comes from the awareness and "soul" of each sentient being.

Some ninjas have high levels of chakra because they have great physical energy (like the Akimichi or even Tsunade) and others because of their spiritual energy (like the Uchiha and the Yamanaka). However, its much more difficult to increase the spiritual energy than the physical one, thus why all ninjas pass through intensive physical workout.

±± Ninjutsu ±±
Ninjutsu, or Ninja Arts, is the ability to, through the use of chakra, accomplish tasks that would be otherwise impossible to do. Ninjutsu are done by molding the chakra and using it to produce the desired effect/technique. This is done by two basic principles: Shape and Nature Manipulations. These correspond to the two broad areas that one needs to change in the chakra to produce a jutsu. Shape manipulation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired form while Nature manipulation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired set of characteristics/properties. Sometimes, to better mold chakra, ninja use Handseals. Handseals are simply hand gestures that allow the ninja to more easily concentrate and mold the chakra into the desired technique.

±± Genjutsu ±±
Genjutsu, or Illusionary Arts, unlike ninjutsu, don't produce a real, palpable, feasible effect; it produces an illusionary effect. With a specific KG however, the illusions can become so strong that the body will be fooled into mimicking in real life the fake effects its perceiving through the illusion. There exists two types of Genjutsu: the passive, non chakra fueled ones (basically illusions to our senses like visual paradoxes and such which have little use in the RP and can be easily overcome through experience and logic) and the active, chakra fueled ones. Within the active chakra fueled ones two subtypes exist: Dojutsu fueled Genjutsu and Normal Genjutsu.

Genjutsu works by using chakra to disturb the chakra flow of the opponent, specially in the brain, altering his senses. By doing this you can make him perceive any thing his senses are capable of: pain, heat, cold, tickles, iching, etc etc. A ninja can make the opponent taste, smell, feel, see or hear anything he wants. However, because this is done by using your chakra to manipulate his chakra flow, the ninja needs to be close or, many times, have direct eye contact or even physical contact. This is the main limitation of Genjutsu: range. The further you are away from your opponent, the harder it is to induce the fluctuation on his chakra flow to produce the genjutsu.

How exactly does it work? Well, every one has a balanced chakra flow. The chakra flows in a balanced combination of both physical and spiritual energies. The ratio between them vary from person to person (that is how each person has a different chakra signature) but its always calm and balanced. To produce a genjutsu, a ninja uses his chakra to disturb that balance in a controlled way. A fluctuation is created in the persons chakra "wave length" and makes it fluctuate in a given way. This produces the illusion by scrambling the users link between his Spirit and his Body which effectively is the link between his mind and his senses. To make your chakra be capable of doing the correct fluctuation, you need to use, most of the times, handseals. These help you mold and shape and focus your chakra to the correct wave length you want to induce, thus enabling you to use it to disturb the targets chakra flow.

±± Taijutsu ±±
Taijutsu is basically Hand to Hand combat. Its composed of several disciplines and arts, the most used of which is called Strong Fist. Other types include for example, Gentle Fist. Taijutsu uses the body as a weapon to attack or defend against your enemy. Its powered by chakra but in a different way than Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, as you don't need to mold chakra to perform Taijutsu (as seen in Rock Lee's case). Chakra in Taijutsu acts as the fuel, powering the body through its moves, specially in terms of Physical energy. The main characteristic of Taijutsu is that it can be combined with several other areas of a ninja's arsenal, such as Kenjutsu or Ninjutsu (in this case producing Nintaijutsu). This makes Taijutsu the basic skill every ninja has to have.

Taijutsu can be advanced through mastery of the Eigh Inner Gates. These are "limiters" that exist within the chakra circulatory system and that regulate and limit the chakra output, keeping it at safe levels, thus keeping the body safe. Through intense training and skill, a ninja can unlock them gaining access to increased chakra output and, through that, increased physical power. However, doing so damages the body and may even lead to death.

±± Kenjutsu ±±
Kenjutsu or Sword Arts, are the skills regarding the use of swords in battle. Its in essence a more advanced variation of Taijutsu in which you use a bladed weapon (sword) to increase the letal capability of your attacks and to increase your defensive ability. Sword Arts vary greatly, perhaps even more than Taijutsu, and can, as the former, be combined with Ninjutsu or Taijtusu to increase its abilities and power.

±± Fuuinjutsu or Sealing Arts ±±

Fuuinjutsu or Sealing Arts, are a type of Jutsu that seals chakra, living beings, objects, energy, etc whithin another object through the use of kanji codes/spells.

Fuuinjutsu may vary greatly but most obey the same basic principle: You need a medium (living or not) in which was prepared the Kanji Codes/Inscriptions of the seal. You need to expend chakra to activate the seal and chakra to sustain it for a given amount of time. To release it, you must once again expend chakra to unlock the seal, while still needing the correct "key". The "key" is a variation of the technique only known to those who create it, thus disabling the probability of the seal being released by someone else; it can be a given set of handseals or even a DNA imprint (through a blood contract). However, even if most seals may work in this simple fashion, some more advanced seals work in many other ways. Even if you take into account that all seals must be triggered/fueled by chakra, they must all have a medium in which to seal away the target.

Because seals are fueled by chakra, they become weakened through time, as the chakra that was expended to create and maintain it, becomes consumed. Because of this, when sealing something in a living being, the seal is generally made to use the chakra from the being to sustain itself, delaying the eventual weakening.

±± Gogyo/Godai or The Five Natural Elements ±±
In Narutoverse exists 5 main energies in Nature: Fire (Hi), Earth (Tsuchi), Wind (Kaze), Water (Mizu) and Lightning (Raikou). Fire represents rebirth; destruction as a means for creation and emotions. Earth represents resilience, strength and durability; stability and bounds. Wind represents freedom, absence of regret and freedom of spirit. Water represents tranquility and peace; life and nurturing. Lightning represents wildness and boldness; its the element that embodies the desire to break free and to rebel.

±± Godai Seishitsu Henka or The Five Elemental Ninjutsu ±±
Elemental Ninjutsu correspond to the ability to manipulate or use the basic 5 elements for Nature through Ninjutsu, more specifically through Nature Manipulation. These correspond to 5 releases or styles: Earth Release (Doton), Fire Release (Katon), Water Release (Suiton), Lightning Release (Raiton) and Wind Release (Fuuton).

Each of these releases has a weakness and a strength towards another element:

-Fire Release is weak against Water Release and strong against Wind Release
-Wind Release is weak against Fire Release but strong against Lightning Release
-Lightning Release is weak against Wind Release but strong against Earth Release
-Earth Release is weak against Lightning Release but strong against Water Release
-Water Release is weak against Earth Release but strong against Fire Release

Now, questions?

Ok, now Taijutsu is hand to hand combat. Specially, in narutoverse, Taijutsu pertains to Gōken (or literally Strong Fist). This is a simple set of hand to hand techniques aimed at breaking bones and doing overall simple physical damage. Unlike Tsunade's chakra enhanced taijutsu moves, these are faster and revolve less about raw power, still maintaining a hint of precision. Tsunade's variation is focused on less speed but more power as well as opener moves such as axe kicks or fist slams.

Goken's moves can revolve around 3 types of basic taijutsu movement:

-Hand attacks (punches, palm strikes, elbow slams, hand grabs, etc)

-Leg attacks (kicks, axe kicks, stomps, leg holds, etc)

-Spinning combos (of kicks and punches....Leaf Wirlwind for example)

There are other, more specific, which we'll cover after but these pertain to the basic ones that comprise the majority of Gōken.

Now, in our RP, there is two ways to fight with Taijutsu: through techniques or through free form. The only difference is that using techniques allows you to have a move where already defined which you don't have to explain in much greater detail and where you can build your counter upon. However, it lacks the freedom and the "adaptability" and versatility of free form. In free form you can do anything you are capable of doing as a ninja. Also, free form cannot be used to dodge or counter ninjutsu techniques where as technique combat based can. Free form can however be used to counter technique based taijutsu or free form, technique based kenjutsu or free form.

Lets start with free form. I want you to *a rock dummy rises from the ground* do any hand attack you can think of to this dummy. Any simple one will suffice. Describe it to your best knowledge and ability.

Did they left out kicks for a reason or is it simply more catchy to call it "strong fist"? xD.

Ok, so taijutsu needs some strategy after all. Depending if you need raw power or speed in your fights. Does both drain the same amount of stamina though? Say you make a hard c-ranked punch/kick or a fast c-ranked punch/kick?

Goken's moves can revolve around 3 types of basic taijutsu movement:

-Hand attacks (punches, palm strikes, elbow slams, hand grabs, etc)

-Leg attacks (kicks, axe kicks, stomps, leg holds, etc)

Pretty basic, got that part.

Neat O___O

Alright got that part. Does it come in the description if it is a free form or a technique based taijutsu move?

Sounds pretty self-explanatory indeed.

Ok i see.

"Sure thing, sensei >_O."

*Alucard takes a deep breathe, as he hasn't practiced combat without chakra much..
He the proceeds with a kick that lands on the dummy's leg, the idea is to get the target off balance.

Right after the kick, he sees the dummy loosing it's balance. Alucard now punches the dummy in the face, as it travels towards the floor of the dojo. Small cracks appeared on the dummy's leg and face areas.*

"How's that sensei?"

In terms of techniques, you don't change the damage output but when we talk about freeform, you sacrifice speed for strenght and the other way around. To make a fast punch, you can't tense your muscles and create the tension needed to deliver a strong one. And to do a strong one, your muscles are all so tense and tight that they hinder eachoer making the movement slower.

As for stamina, its the same expense.

No, you actually did horribly... You made the same mistake everyone makes when they do a free form taijutsu move. Can you look at your description and try to explain what you did wrong?

Erm... *facepalms and decays his own forehead*

......

*respawns*

Sorry...sometimes I forget I can do that...

Let me put it this way: What type of punch did you do? What type of Kick? Which Leg/Arm you used? You aimed at which arm/leg in the opponent? If it hits, what will it do? How is your stance? What do you do after the hit? Do you simply go from one hit to the next? Or do you change your stance to gain momentum?

When you make a free form taijutsu attack, youn need to describe the following:

-What limb you are using
-What body part you are targetting
-What movement you do for each body part envolved in the move
-Direction of the movement
-Effects you hope to achieve if it hits

It should be something like this:

I stand in front of you, with both my arms raised, in a typical boxing stance. As I approach you, I pivot on my left leg, extending my right arm, fist clenched, delivering a straightforward punch to your nose, hopeing to break it which will cause you to lose focus and scream in pain. As you are hit and stumble back, I lower my stance and use my left arm to, with a fist clenched, deliver a powerful full frontal punch to your mid abdmonen, now completely ungarded, by pivoting on my right leg, advancing towads you. If the hit connects, it will land right below the shiphoid appendix, right in the stomach, slightly to the left, to hit the tender liver and cause internal hemorrage.

This is a gfull, simple, free form taijutsu move. Not too much detail but enough dso that your opponent knows exactly what you are aiming for and what you are moving when you do the technique. Erm...you alive?

I replied silly to see your decay release, true story U_U.

"Right ok i'll describe it more o___O."

*Alucard raises the dummy from the ground with a simple kick(like when kicking a soccer ball), he performed with his right leg/foot. The kick hits the underside of the dummy(the belly, as it lies on it's belly). The dummy flies up, and has again been arisen on it's feet.*

"Hm. Ok let's see here.."

*As the dummy now is standing up again, Alucard takes another deep breathe. He's having his fists raised and his knees slightly bend, typical boxer position. But instead of that serious face boxers has, Alucard remains having his typical grin on his face. Suddenly, Alucard performs a quick straight punch with his left hand that hits the dummy's forehead, the crack gets bigger. The hit makes the dummy fall to the right, considering Alucard punched it with his left hand. As the dummy falls to the right, Alucard performs a fast kick with his right foot that will land on the dummy's right lower leg. This will cause it to completely lose balance as it travels to the right, but now gets a kick from the right that lands on it's lower leg.*

Better, much better.

This is the difference between a user of Taijutsu and a Master: detail. You need to imagine how the movement would work in relaity,. how it flows, etc etc. And invision it all in your head. Thats why most people resort to the "I punch you" tactic and don't develop.

Now, lets start with physical training. You are a bit weak in terms of muscle build so we need to work on that. Since we need to tackle punches, lets start by that. *kicks ground and an indestructible dummy, human sized, correct anatomy, material mimickng real tissue and bone, rises from the ground* There are 5 ways to use your upper limbs to attack in taijutsu. Closed Fist, Open Palm, Finger Strikes, Claw Grips/Crushes and Elbow Hits. Explain or analyse each type of attack in your own words. Advantages, disadvanatges, usefulness, etc.

Then, do all 5, three times each, to attack the dummy to warm up. The dummy has 3 marks *3 marks shine, each one higher than the next, in a smley face shape*. The lowest mark represents the groin/lower abdomen area, up until the diafram. The middle one represents the thorax fromt he diafram to the base of the neck, including shoulders, the higher one the head and neck. When you hit each, describe what you think would happen if you use each type of attack to hit each of these spots. What I mean is, what happens if you use an elbow smash into the groin? Or a crushing grip to the abdmonen? Also, for the effects, note that you can achieve different ones by targetting different areas of each area, both front and back.

Yeah, I issue a lot of homework U_U

"Sorry for late response, master"

Right, understood. Thanks >_O.

Now, lets start with physical training.
Yeah, let's get physical ;)

Explain or analyse each type of attack in your own words. Advantages, disadvanatges, usefulness, etc.
Alrighty!

Closed Fist. Delivers a very hard blow, that could be bone-shattering and ground-breaking. It's typically the type of punch that Tsunade uses in combat, and it's also faster than punching with your palm opened since you won't create as much resistance when the hand is travelling through the air. I guess a disadvantage is if you'd punch something that is nearly indestructable, you could crush your knuckles.

Open Palm. Delivers a more of a spread damage(due to the fact the impact surface get bigger), but that means the blow gets weaker, than saying a closed fist. Although it's safer for the user to use, should you punch something extremely hard. This is the style of punshing the Hyuuga clan uses mostly.

Finger Strikes. This delivers the most lethal strike there could be, due to the small pressure surface. It means it could literally pierce through the enemy. It could, however break the fingers of a user, should it hit something extremely hard. This should be used mostly by very arm-strong users. It's been used by the Raikages in their battles.

Claw Grips. This delivers a skin shedding blow, that could rip off skin and weak armour. It's mostly used to rip things apart in combat, and it doesn't give the user a very high risk of inflicting damage on him/herself. Ofc the nails could go boom though, and the ladies don't like that i'm told. It's used by plenty ninjas, but a good example is the Inuzuka Clan.

Elbow Hits. This is very similar(in terms of damage) as the closed fist punch technique, do to the fact the pressure surface is pretty much of the same size in the moment of a hit. A disadvantage is that you leave yourself open for hits on your stomach/chest area when you perform an elbow hit. I also have a feeling they're slightly slower, and so more easy to dodge. However, it's still one of the most powerful blows you could perform, and a direct hit is very lethal.

Oh dear, master. Lot's a good stuff to practice right here >_O.

*Alucard makes himself ready for the practice. He keeps his arms raised with closed fists, and his legs in a steady position. His right left slightly infront of his left, and his back slightly bent. Typical balanced boxer style, just like before. He then proceeds to guide a punch with his right arm towards the targets groin/lower mark. I think this would result in a very good introduction of the close combat, as the groin is a very sensitive part for the target, should you hit.. The balls U_U. It would get your target off guard, doing w/e it'd take to block the punch and leave it open for a counter punch with your left hand in this case, since i used my right one in this movement. If the target actually should take a hit there, it would leave them in extreme pain/unable to move/or even in coma.*

*As Alucard now has punched the target with a closed fist towards the lower mark with his right hand, he then proceeds making the same type of punch but with his left hand. He's still standing very steady with his legs, and the punch is now guided towards the middle mark of the dummy's body. Also known as the diafram. The punch hits the dummys chest on the left. A blow like this on the correct spot could easily brake the ribcage of the opponent, which then could lead to a puncturing of a lung. If that happens, it's game over for the target. It could also create inner bleeding and making the target unable to breathe for a short period of time. That'd leave the target briefly paralysed and unable to block a follow-up attack.*

*As Alucards left hand and closed fist now hits left of the dummys ribcage, he prepares for his last closed fist punch towards the dummys upper mark. As his right hand has left it's previous lower mark target, he raises it and guides it towards the upper mark of the dummy. His left hand is still planted in the dummys chest area by the way. He is still standing in the same way as he did when he delivered the previous blows. Anyway, as Alucards right hand now is travelling towards the targets high mark with a closed fist, it hits the dummys face. Or more specifically, nose area, if the dummy now would've had one. The effects of a closed fist punch like this could lead to blindness of one eye if a direct hit would take place. But since that wasn't the case here, but instead a direct hit towards the nose part of the face a direct hit with this type of punch would almost certainly break the targets nose. Leaving it in extreme pain. A strong hit towards the head area could very well also lead to concussion, which would also be game over for the target.*

Now then, onto open palm punches towards the dummy.

Note that since the dummy is indestructible(if that's even really possible xD) it still remains perfect balance. Which means it hasn't moved anything but rather keeping it's position.

*As Alucard now has regained his former position with his arms raised in a boxers position again, he now goes for the open palm punches. As the movement technique is pretty much the same, but not necessarily the effects of the closed fist punches. Oh well, Alucard still has his arms and fists raised. Legs in pretty much the same position, but he now takes a small step forward with his right leg, resulting in more balance. Although it lowers his flexibility. Alucard now takes aim towards the dummy's chest area, where the middle mark is. He then proceeds by lowering his left shoulder, as well as bending his knees, making him a lower target and his punches hit from down under the target. Instead of right infront. As he does that, he then proceeds with his first open palm punch. He performs it with his right arm/hand, and it's(like i said) guided towards the targets chest area once again. The palm makes a hit right on the ribcage of the dummy. I'd say that the after effects would lead to unbalance towards the target and knock the air of it as well. A very strong hit like this could also break the ribs, but it's a lower chance to do so with your palms open. However, since Alucard lowered his position before he performed the punch, he got a good angle to perform a punch that would be hitting under the targets rib cage. This could actually break a small piece of a rib bone, atleast the tip of the rib bone. This would also lead to inner bleeding and extreme pain towards the target.*

*As Alucards right palm now hit the downside of the opponents ribcage, his balance remains stable and his left hand is still raised for blocking eventual hits that would appear in a real fight. He then proceeds by moving his right arm back in position, while he guides his left arm towards the lower target on the dummy. The open palm strike is supposed to hit the lower part of the dummy. Alucard is now hitting the groin area of the dummy with an open palm attack, while he remains his position and uses his right arm for potential blocking of attacks that could've been guided towards himself. An attack like this could also cause inner bleeding, although not as life-threatening as it would be if Alucard would've hit the target in the middle/high areas. As i've stated before, these types of attacks are meant for diversion as the target would pretty much do anything to block a strike towards his nether regions..*

*Now it's time to demonstrate the last example of this punch technique. Which is supposed to hit the last mark left on the dummy, the upper/face region. As Alucards left hand previously struck the dummy's lower area with an open palm punch, Alucard has his right hand at his disposal for this punch. Alucard is still standing like he practically always has, although still in a slightly lower position. This needs to be dealt with, as the next target is higher up though. Alucard therefore proceeds with a higher standing position. This will result in the next punch's more horizontal values.
As Alucard now is standing tall with his legs, and has retrieved his left arm from the previous punch(to use as defense) he now guides his right hand towards the dummys face. As the palm is in the air, Alucard opens it, as it is for the training movements. This results in a direct hit, and Alucard is still standing steady with his left hand ready for defense movement. The results of a punch like this could cause inner bleeding in the skull, which could be very severe. It could also create concussion.

"Phew, that was a mouthful. Still got three more strikes to go, geez Zzz"

Time for finger strikes!

*This is the first time Alucard performs this type of attack, so it will be a good learning.
Alucard now looks dead in the "eyes" of the dummy, and focuses. He gets in position for more beating. The position is still the same(don't need much variation of stands since the dummy never attacks back i suppose. But in a real fight you gotta keep yourself light on your feet.). Alucard lowers his left elbow and forms his left hand into a pointing finger shape(two fingers, index and middle finger are standing out). Since Alucard is right handed, he can't deliver a punch with the quite same magnitude as if he where to use his right hand. Therefore minimizing the area of pressure, and use only two fingers. Alucard takes a breathe, and aims for the dummy's middle mark(the chest area). He guides his arm towards the mark, and makes a hit. The effects of a punch like this in the chest area can benefit if the opponent has an armour that you want to pierce. It can also penetrate the target, and puncture organs and thus cause inner bleeding. If you puncture the lungs, well then it's game over really.*

*For the second attempt at this type of punch, Alucard now raises his gaze towards the dummy's face mark. While he previously stood with pretty stretched legs(higher position) Alucard now bends his knees for the upcoming finger punch. Since his left hand has somewhat pierced the dummy(or atleast intended to do, not sure since it's indestructible but yeah) he strains his right arm/hand this time. The only thing different this time though, is that he's going to use three fingers for this punch. As Alucard is standing lower with bent knees, he guides his right arm and hand towards the dummy's upper mark/face mark. The point of having a lower position is because Alucard thought he might puncture the throat or break the neck of his opponent. Well, both of these examples could prove lethal right there, especially if you puncture your opponents throat. Also, if you'd make a typical height wise standing punch and hit the target right in the face, you could've literally broken the targets skull or blinded them(if you hit them in their eyes).*

*Alucard stands ready for his last example of this punching technique. Since this attack is i suppose to hit the lower/groin area of the dummy, Alucard is still standing with his knees bent down. Since Alucard's right hand still is in the air, on it's way back into position for blocking eventful attacks, Alucard is going to use his left hand once again. Not that he's going back to the two-finger - punch again, since he can't deliver a blow of the same magnitude with his left hand as his right one. So, Alucard proceeds by straining his left arm biceps and guides the arm/hand towards the mark on the dummy's lowers. An impact like this would cause great pain towards the

"Just two more different punching styles left then."

On to the Claw Grips/Crushes type of offences.

*Alucard is gazing on the dummy, he feels slightly exhausted. It takes it's tolls on his knuckles, to perform all these kinds of punches on an indestructible dummy. Anyway, Alucard still persists to remain his foothold for the new chain of punch attacks, which still is the typical boxer standing. Both arms raised, and slightly bent knees. Ready for more action(wtf). For the next punch Alucard raises his right, arm and forms a claw with his fingers as he was instructed to do. He takes aim on the lower part of the dummy once again, and aims his right hand(claw shaped now) towards the lower abdomen area. Upon impact, Alucard presses his fingers together and crushes(what would've been) the opponents.. Groin.. This type of punch takes the cake on the pain-o-meter. As it can/will result in extreme pain that will put most opponents into a coma.*

*Second time to perform this type of punch, Alucard is now focusing on the dummy's face/upper mark. He will not remain his foot standing, but rather standing tall, and not bend his knees for the upcoming punch. Alucard is now standing with his arms raised, but with straight legs.Which means he'd lose his balance more easily if he where to be attacked on his legs. Anyway, Alucard looks up on the dummy's upper mark. He then strains his left arm(considering he is moving his right arm back in to position and thus keeping it to busy for another punch right away) and forms another claw with his left hand. He guides it towards the targets face, and is thinking about making a scratch type of attack, rather than another crushing one. upon impact, he slashes his fingers on top of the dummy's "face". This type of attack would lead the target in pain, and outer bleeding. Also, if the fingers have the correct spread it might blind both of the opponents eyes. You could also push away your opponent if you grab them in their neck with this type of attack.*

*Last time(for now) of performing the claw-shaped attack, Alucard sets his aim for the targets middle mark once again. Or more specifically the chest area. Before performing the punch, however. Alucard bends his knees again, and gets into the typical boxer position again. He isn't in the same need of height this time when he performs his last punch of the style, since it's supposed to hit the middle area of the target. As Alucards left hand is busy to return into position, Alucard is going to perform the last punch with this technique with his right arm. As he takes aim on the dummy's mark, he strains his right arm and guides his open and claw-shaped palm towards the target. The fingers are facing downwards, to create a slashing effect of the punch. Upon impact, this type of punch could cause sever outer bleeding and could destroy armour(if the punch is powerful enough).*

"Pheeeww.. Last type of punch it is then. Then i'm taking a nap for three years >_>."

*As for the elbow punch, Alucard fancies that one the most. It's badass and delivers a blow that directly hits the opponent with a bone shattering force. Not to mention the impact is spread on a pretty small area, so it wouldn't just crush, it could very well penetrate the target. Anyway, Alucard gets into position again. He's about to perform the punch at the dummy's head area at first, and so he focuses and takes aim. He then pushes his outer and inner part of his right arm together, in order to form the elbow punch. He's still standing with bent knees, as he doesn't intent to directly hit the dummy in the face, but rather under the chin of the target. He then guides his right elbow towards the chin of the dummy, and just as he does that. He stands tall, and thus generating power from his legs as well.
His left arm is positioned right under his right one, to prevail incoming punches. Alucard hits the dummy's chin with his right elbow. A hit like this could easily give the opponent concussion, and knock the chin out of position.*

*As Alucard is about to make his second attempt on the elbow punch, he focuses on the lower part of the dummy. Also known as the famous groin part(yay, wtf). Since Alucard is still standing quite tall from when he performed his latest punch, he bends his knees and retreads his right arm. It's to function as defence, since he's planning to use his left elbow for this upcoming attack. As he now is in position with both his legs and arms, Alucard takes aim at the dummy's lower parts. He leaves his right arm in block position, just like he did in the previous move except he switched arms. He then proceeds by pushing his left arm together, in order to perform the elbow punch. He then follows up by guiding his left elbow towards the dummy's groin, and makes the hit. A hit like this could crush sensitive organs upon impact, and thus ending the match in an instant. It would also cause inner bleeding.*

*Last punch, Alucard thinks to himself as he gets into position. This time he aims for the dummy's middle marking/chest marking. Before Alucard takes full aim, he bends his knees even more than before as he intends to hit the lower part of the ribcage of the dummy. He then retreats his left arm to position, in case he would be in the need of blocking something while performing his final punch. Alucard now pushes together his right arm to again, in order to perform the elbow punch. He takes a deep breath, and guides his right elbow towards the lower parts of the dummy's "ribcage". In the moment, he did as he did before. Triggered his legs, by straighten out the knees. This gives an enormous power-boost to the punch. Alucard hits the target with a full force right armed elbow punch. The effects of a punch like this could be catastrophic for the opponent. It would shatter rib-bones, who on their hand could puncture vital organs behind the ribcage. Such as lungs and heart. *

"There we go, master. Hope i did.. well.."

*Alucard takes a seat on the floor of the dojo.*

Very well executed. Your form is rough and rudimentary but the principles are there.

You learned these techniques:

(Sennen Goroshi) - 1000 Years Of Death
Rank:E
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:5(apply damage cost for kunai and explosives separately if either or both are used with this jutsu)
Description:The user makes the sign of the tiger and force able punches it into the enemy's behind.

Hum...a nasty move >_>

(Gangeki) - Rock Attack
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 10
Description: The user will strike their opponent with a strong punch to the chest

A simple forward punch to the chest. You can do any type of punch as long as its a punch and you're targetting the chest.

(Asshō) - Pressure Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with a downwards thrust striking them to the floor.

Simple enough. An open palm slam against the floor, a wall or another surface. By sustaining it you can even crush their torax or their troat for example

(Shōgekishō) - Upwards Attacking Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with an upwards thrust into the abdomen lifting them into the air.

A palm that will lift your opponent up into the air. If you succeed, he'll be gasping for air and unable to react due to the hit on the abdomen. Its perfect to follow with a strong kick or another strong direct punch catching him mid air.

(Hōshō) - Crumbling Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes the opponent with a forwarding palm thrust.

A palm thrust but directly forward, sending the opponent back. Nothing much here tbh. Simple move you can use in countless ways.

(Rakanken) - Nirvana Fist
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: A powerful shoulder smash followed by a strong punch.

A shoulder smash followed by a punch. Again, simple and open for multiple uses.

(Konoha Raiken) - Leaf Thunder Fist
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: The user jumps into the air while spinning forward, delivering a powerful punch.

The spin gives you more momentum and thus more speed and power to your punch.

( Rōga Shōken ) - Wolf Fang Rising Fist
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20 (+5 used with Chakra Enhanced Trench Knives)
Description: A series of punches and slashes finishing with a rising uppercut lifting the opponent into the air.

Well, it can be used with kunais for example. I think this isn't really a Taijutsu move but rather a Bukijutsu move. But well, its here.

(Raikou Boruto) – Lightning Bolter
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user punches the opponent twice with their fist. The second launches them high into the air. The user then jumps above them and punches them back down. Then, the user disables the opponent with large shuriken from above, then lands several powerful blows while spinning like a drill, drilling the opponent into the ground.

Simple enough. Its a game move so it happens just as its described. No more, not less.

(Konoha Kaiganshō) - Leaf Rock Destroying Rise
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: A taijutsu technique where the user smashes their elbow into their opponent using the other arm as support. It deals a powerful blow to the target and as the name suggests, is even strong enough to destroy rock formations.

An elbow smash, similar to the Raikage's move but without the ninjutsu enhancement.

(Raijin) - Zeus
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will strike the target into the air with a lightning infused uppercutting palm attack.

I don't have much to add. I think this should however be a Lighting Release tech but its simply a paralyzing palm hit.

(Senkō Jūjiki) -Flash Cross Sever
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user delivers multiple punches to the foe before he slashes them with his chakra blades in a cross-style.

Again i don't think this is actually a taijutsu move. Still, you can do this only with chakra blades and its a game tech so its description is basically what it can do.

Well, it should be Kinjutsu actually >_>

Now, before we go on to leg attacks, there is a matter we need to discuss and some knowledge you need to find: Anatomy.

All Taijutsu masters have basic to advanced knowledge of the human body, not only to defend themselves better but also to deliver stronger and more effective attacks. Knowing where to attack is as important as knowing how to attack. Of course I'm not speaking about things like micro nerves or other stuff but generic knowledge like muscle and bone, soft tissues, sensitive areas, etc.

Taking into account the dummy we used, let start with some basics shall we?

Each dummy has 3 marks *3 marks shine, each one higher than the next, in a smley face shape*. The lowest mark represents the groin/lower abdomen area, up until the diafram. The middle one represents the thorax fromt he diafram to the base of the neck, including shoulders, the higher one the head and neck.
Lets start, from head to toe, with the highest Mark. What special areas exist there you might take advantage of or better target to deliver more damage? What is in this area that you feel can be exploited? Clockwise, what to you think you need to protect yourself from your enemy in this area?

Sounds good.

Vital spots on the face/head areas:

1.Well my first thought is actually the eyes. They're very vulnerable, and direct hits could lead to blinding the opponent permanently. That is if you damage their eyes to the extent they don't operate anymore.

2. Nose. Classic part of the face one takes a hit, it's also vulnerable and a direct hit could easily break the nose bone, thus leaving the opponent in extreme pain.

3. Temporal. One of the weakest spots on your skull. A direct hit could become lethal.

4. Neck. You could strangle your opponent or break the neck bone and leave your opponent paralysed or just.. Dead..
There are also some sensitive spots in the neck, such as the adams apple

Thorax.

1. Collarbone. Two long bones that lies horizontally, which makes them more easy to break if one lands a hard punch/kick on the area.

2. Ribcage/lungs. The ribcage contains many small bones, and in boxing games it's a typical thing to break your ribs as strong punches easily can break them. Which also leads to the fact that in extreme cases, the bones can break from the side and thus puncturing vital organs that are inside the ribcage. Heart and or lungs. Even though if the blow doesn't break a rib bone, it's possible to knock the air of your opponent, leaving them unable to breathe for a few secounds.

Feel free to add something here xD.

Abdomen

1. End of ribcage. Kicks/Punches that hits under the ribcage can also break the bones of the cage's end, thus also puncturing organs in extreme cases.

2. The abdomen mainly lacks protective bones so it's possible to crush organs if you land an extremely hard hit or kick right in the stomach of your opponent. Kidneys and liver are two examples of organs that could be crushed.

Groin.

Well, this whole area is filled with sensitive organs and nerves. It could be seen natural to some jerks to perform a kick towards that region the first thing they do in a fist combat. Pubic bone is also a vulnerable bone, and can in some cases get broken.

Overall leg/feet area

Thigh.

Even though the bones in this area are extremely strong, it's still possible to break them. Even so, the area(especially the front) is actually filled with nerves that, upon direct hit(a knee kick for example), could cause extreme pain and make the user unable to run for a period of time.

Knee.

Knee fractures are rare but do occur, if strong and precise kicks takes place. There is usually immediate pain; swelling and one may not be able to stand on the leg. The muscles go into spasm and even the slightest movements are painful.

Tibia.

A pretty strong bone, but hard direct hits aren't very comfortable and could result in strong pain. It's also possible to break the bones if the attacks are strong enough, but the hit most likely has to hit the center of the bone in order to make it shatter.

Fibula.

Behind the tibia bone. It's similar to the tibia but thinner, thus more vulnerable.

Tarsus

A combined word for seven different bone structures in a humans foot. Only way to perform an effective attack towards this area would be from above or if you in some way grabbed your opponents foot in your hands and crushed it with your hands.

Metatarsus

Middle structure of the foot. Located between the tarsus and the phalanges. It's easier to attack than the tarsus bones, and could also be a fight starting move, by jumping on your opponents feet and crush them.

Phalanges

The very end of the foot, where the toes are located. The toes are sensitive to many and could easily be crushed with kicks or stomp attacks.

In terms of generic anatomy, you got the basics. You can do some minor real life research on additional weak points if you so desire but this is enough to become a taijutsu user with more skill than 99% of the RP community.

Yeah ok i got that. I'll spam you with questions about vital spots later on ;).

I'm all ready :D.
