"Sorry for late response, master"
This is the difference between a user of Taijutsu and a Master: detail.
Right, understood. Thanks >_O.
Now, lets start with physical training.
Yeah, let's get physical
Explain or analyse each type of attack in your own words. Advantages, disadvanatges, usefulness, etc.
Alrighty!
Closed Fist. Delivers a very hard blow, that could be bone-shattering and ground-breaking. It's typically the type of punch that Tsunade uses in combat, and it's also faster than punching with your palm opened since you won't create as much resistance when the hand is travelling through the air. I guess a disadvantage is if you'd punch something that is nearly indestructable, you could crush your knuckles.
Open Palm. Delivers a more of a spread damage(due to the fact the impact surface get bigger), but that means the blow gets weaker, than saying a closed fist. Although it's safer for the user to use, should you punch something extremely hard. This is the style of punshing the Hyuuga clan uses mostly.
Finger Strikes. This delivers the most lethal strike there could be, due to the small pressure surface. It means it could literally pierce through the enemy. It could, however break the fingers of a user, should it hit something extremely hard. This should be used mostly by very arm-strong users. It's been used by the Raikages in their battles.
Claw Grips. This delivers a skin shedding blow, that could rip off skin and weak armour. It's mostly used to rip things apart in combat, and it doesn't give the user a very high risk of inflicting damage on him/herself. Ofc the nails could go boom though, and the ladies don't like that i'm told. It's used by plenty ninjas, but a good example is the Inuzuka Clan.
Elbow Hits. This is very similar(in terms of damage) as the closed fist punch technique, do to the fact the pressure surface is pretty much of the same size in the moment of a hit. A disadvantage is that you leave yourself open for hits on your stomach/chest area when you perform an elbow hit. I also have a feeling they're slightly slower, and so more easy to dodge. However, it's still one of the most powerful blows you could perform, and a direct hit is very lethal.
Then, do all 5, three times each, to attack the dummy to warm up. The dummy has 3 marks *3 marks shine, each one higher than the next, in a smley face shape*. The lowest mark represents the groin/lower abdomen area, up until the diafram. The middle one represents the thorax fromt he diafram to the base of the neck, including shoulders, the higher one the head and neck. When you hit each, describe what you think would happen if you use each type of attack to hit each of these spots. What I mean is, what happens if you use an elbow smash into the groin? Or a crushing grip to the abdmonen? Also, for the effects, note that you can achieve different ones by targetting different areas of each area, both front and back.
Oh dear, master. Lot's a good stuff to practice right here >_O.
*Alucard makes himself ready for the practice. He keeps his arms raised with
closed fists, and his legs in a steady position. His right left slightly infront of his left, and his back slightly bent. Typical balanced boxer style, just like before. He then proceeds to guide a punch with his
right arm towards the targets groin/lower mark. I think this would result in a very good introduction of the close combat, as the groin is a very sensitive part for the target, should you hit.. The balls U_U. It would get your target off guard, doing w/e it'd take to block the punch and leave it open for a counter punch with your left hand in this case, since i used my right one in this movement. If the target actually should take a hit there, it would leave them in extreme pain/unable to move/or even in coma.*
*As Alucard now has punched the target with a closed fist towards the lower mark with his right hand, he then proceeds making
the same type of punch but with his left hand. He's still standing very steady with his legs, and the punch
is now guided towards the middle mark of the dummy's body. Also known as the diafram. The punch hits the dummys chest on the left. A blow like this on the correct spot could easily brake the ribcage of the opponent, which then could lead to a puncturing of a lung. If that happens, it's game over for the target. It could also create inner bleeding and making the target unable to breathe for a short period of time. That'd leave the target briefly paralysed and unable to block a follow-up attack.*
*As Alucards left hand and closed fist now hits left of the dummys ribcage, he prepares for
his last closed fist punch towards the dummys upper mark. As
his right hand has left it's previous lower mark target, he raises it and guides it towards the upper mark of the dummy. His left hand is still planted in the dummys chest area by the way. He is still standing in the same way as he did when he delivered the previous blows. Anyway, as Alucards right hand now is travelling towards the targets high mark with a closed fist, it hits the dummys face. Or more specifically, nose area, if the dummy now would've had one. The effects of a closed fist punch like this could lead to blindness of one eye if a direct hit would take place. But since that wasn't the case here, but instead a direct hit towards the nose part of the face a direct hit with this type of punch would almost certainly break the targets nose. Leaving it in extreme pain. A strong hit towards the head area could very well also lead to concussion, which would also be game over for the target.*
Now then, onto open palm punches towards the dummy.
Note that since the dummy is indestructible(if that's even really possible xD) it still remains perfect balance. Which means it hasn't moved anything but rather keeping it's position.
*As Alucard now has regained his former position with his arms raised in a boxers position again, he now goes for the open palm punches. As the movement technique is pretty much the same, but not necessarily the effects of the closed fist punches. Oh well, Alucard still has his arms and fists raised. Legs in pretty much the same position, but he now takes a small step forward with his right leg, resulting in more balance. Although it lowers his flexibility. Alucard now takes
aim towards the dummy's chest area, where the middle mark is. He then proceeds by lowering his left shoulder, as well as bending his knees, making him a lower target and his punches hit from down under the target. Instead of right infront. As he does that, he then proceeds with his first
open palm punch.
He performs it with his right arm/hand, and it's(like i said) guided towards the targets chest area once again. The palm makes a hit right on the ribcage of the dummy. I'd say that the after effects would lead to unbalance towards the target and knock the air of it as well. A very strong hit like this could also break the ribs, but it's a lower chance to do so with your palms open. However, since Alucard lowered his position before he performed the punch, he got a good angle to perform a punch that would be hitting under the targets rib cage. This could actually break a small piece of a rib bone, atleast the tip of the rib bone. This would also lead to inner bleeding and extreme pain towards the target.*
*As Alucards right palm now hit the downside of the opponents ribcage, his balance remains stable and his left hand is still raised for blocking eventual hits that would appear in a real fight. He then proceeds by moving his right arm back in position, while he guides his left arm towards the lower target on the dummy.
The open palm strike is supposed to hit the lower part of the dummy. Alucard is now hitting the groin area of the dummy with an open palm attack, while he remains his position and uses his right arm for potential blocking of attacks that could've been guided towards himself. An attack like this could also cause inner bleeding, although not as life-threatening as it would be if Alucard would've hit the target in the middle/high areas. As i've stated before, these types of attacks are meant for diversion as the target would pretty much do anything to block a strike towards his nether regions..*
*Now it's time to demonstrate the last example of this punch technique. Which is supposed to hit the last mark left on the dummy, the u
pper/face region. As Alucards left hand previously struck the dummy's lower area with an open palm punch, Alucard has his right hand at his disposal for this punch. Alucard is still standing like he practically always has, although still in a slightly lower position. This needs to be dealt with, as the next target is higher up though. Alucard therefore proceeds with a higher standing position. This will result in the next punch's more horizontal values.
As Alucard now is standing tall with his legs, and has retrieved his left arm from the previous punch(to use as defense) he now guides his right hand towards the dummys face.
As the palm is in the air, Alucard opens it, as it is for the training movements. This results in a direct hit, and Alucard is still standing steady with his left hand ready for defense movement. The results of a punch like this could cause inner bleeding in the skull, which could be very severe. It could also create concussion.
"Phew, that was a mouthful. Still got three more strikes to go, geez Zzz"
Time for finger strikes!
*This is the first time Alucard performs this type of attack, so it will be a good learning.
Alucard now looks dead in the "eyes" of the dummy, and focuses. He gets in position for more beating. The position is still the same(don't need much variation of stands since the dummy never attacks back i suppose. But in a real fight you gotta keep yourself light on your feet.). Alucard lowers his left elbow and forms his left hand into a
pointing finger shape(two fingers, index and middle finger are standing out). Since Alucard is right handed, he can't deliver a punch with the quite same magnitude as if he where to use his right hand. Therefore minimizing the area of pressure, and use only two fingers. Alucard takes a breathe, and
aims for the dummy's middle mark(the chest area). He guides his arm towards the mark, and makes a hit. The effects of a punch like this in the chest area can benefit if the opponent has an armour that you want to pierce. It can also penetrate the target, and puncture organs and thus cause inner bleeding. If you puncture the lungs, well then it's game over really.*
*For the second attempt at this type of punch, Alucard now raises his gaze towards the
dummy's face mark. While he previously stood with pretty stretched legs(higher position) Alucard now bends his knees for the upcoming finger punch. Since his left hand has somewhat pierced the dummy(or atleast intended to do, not sure since it's indestructible but yeah) he strains his right arm/hand this time. The only thing different this time though, is that he's going to use three fingers for this punch. As Alucard is standing lower with bent knees, he guides
his right arm and hand towards the dummy's upper mark/face mark. The point of having a lower position is because Alucard thought he might puncture the throat or break the neck of his opponent. Well, both of these examples could prove lethal right there, especially if you puncture your opponents throat. Also, if you'd make a typical height wise standing punch and hit the target right in the face, you could've literally broken the targets skull or blinded them(if you hit them in their eyes).*
*Alucard stands ready for his last example of this punching technique. Since this attack is i suppose to hit the
lower/groin area of the dummy, Alucard is still standing with his knees bent down. Since Alucard's right hand still is in the air, on it's way back into position for blocking eventful attacks, Alucard is going to use his left hand once again. Not that he's going back to the
two-finger - punch again, since he can't deliver a blow of the same magnitude with his left hand as his right one. So, Alucard proceeds by straining his left arm biceps and guides the arm/hand towards the mark on the dummy's lowers. An impact like this would cause great pain towards the
"Just two more different punching styles left then."
On to the Claw Grips/Crushes type of offences.
*Alucard is gazing on the dummy, he feels slightly exhausted. It takes it's tolls on his knuckles, to perform all these kinds of punches on an indestructible dummy. Anyway, Alucard still persists to remain his foothold for the new chain of punch attacks, which still is the typical boxer standing. Both arms raised, and slightly bent knees. Ready for more action(wtf). For the next punch
Alucard raises his right, arm and forms a claw with his fingers as he was instructed to do. He
takes aim on the lower part of the dummy once again, and aims his right hand(claw shaped now) towards the lower abdomen area. Upon impact, Alucard presses his fingers together and crushes(what would've been) the opponents.. Groin.. This type of punch takes the cake on the pain-o-meter. As it can/will result in extreme pain that will put most opponents into a coma.*
*Second time to perform this type of punch, Alucard is now
focusing on the dummy's face/upper mark. He will not remain his foot standing, but rather standing tall, and not bend his knees for the upcoming punch. Alucard is now standing with his arms raised, but with straight legs.Which means he'd lose his balance more easily if he where to be attacked on his legs. Anyway, Alucard looks up on the dummy's upper mark. He then
strains his left arm(considering he is moving his right arm back in to position and thus keeping it to busy for another punch right away) and forms another claw with his left hand. He guides it towards the targets face, and is thinking about making a
scratch type of attack, rather than another crushing one. upon impact, he slashes his fingers on top of the dummy's "face". This type of attack would lead the target in pain, and outer bleeding. Also, if the fingers have the correct spread it might blind both of the opponents eyes. You could also push away your opponent if you grab them in their neck with this type of attack.*
*Last time(for now) of performing the claw-shaped attack, Alucard sets his aim for the targets
middle mark once again. Or more specifically the chest area. Before performing the punch, however. Alucard bends his knees again, and gets into the typical boxer position again. He isn't in the same need of height this time when he performs his last punch of the style, since it's supposed to hit the middle area of the target. As Alucards left hand is busy to return into position,
Alucard is going to perform the last punch with this technique with his right arm. As he takes aim on the dummy's mark, he strains his right arm and guides his open and claw-shaped palm towards the target. The fingers are facing downwards, to create a slashing effect of the punch. Upon impact, this type of punch could cause sever outer bleeding and could destroy armour(if the punch is powerful enough).*
"Pheeeww.. Last type of punch it is then. Then i'm taking a nap for three years >_>."
*As for the elbow punch, Alucard fancies that one the most. It's badass and delivers a blow that directly hits the opponent with a bone shattering force. Not to mention the impact is spread on a pretty small area, so it wouldn't just crush, it could very well penetrate the target. Anyway, Alucard gets into position again. He's about to perform the punch at the dummy's head area at first, and so he focuses and takes aim. He then pushes his outer and inner part of his right arm together, in order to form the elbow punch. He's still standing with bent knees, as he doesn't intent to directly hit the dummy in the face, but rather under the chin of the target.
He then guides his right elbow towards the chin of the dummy, and just as he does that. He stands tall, and thus generating power from his legs as well.
His left arm is positioned right under his right one, to prevail incoming punches. Alucard hits the dummy's chin with his right elbow. A hit like this could easily give the opponent concussion, and knock the chin out of position.*
*As Alucard is about to make his second attempt on the elbow punch, he focuses on the lower part of the dummy. Also known as the famous groin part(yay, wtf). Since Alucard is still standing quite tall from when he performed his latest punch, he bends his knees and retreads his right arm. It's to function as defence, since he's planning to use his left elbow for this upcoming attack. As he now is in position with both his legs and arms, Alucard
takes aim at the dummy's lower parts. He leaves his right arm in block position, just like he did in the previous move except he switched arms. He then proceeds by pushing his left arm together, in order to perform the elbow punch. He then follows up by guiding his left elbow towards the dummy's groin, and makes the hit. A hit like this could crush sensitive organs upon impact, and thus ending the match in an instant. It would also cause inner bleeding.*
*Last punch, Alucard thinks to himself as he gets into position. This time he aims for the dummy's middle marking/chest marking. Before Alucard takes full aim, he bends his knees even more than before as he intends to hit the lower part of the ribcage of the dummy. He then retreats his left arm to position, in case he would be in the need of blocking something while performing his final punch. Alucard now
pushes together his right arm to again, in order to perform the elbow punch. He takes a deep breath, and
guides his right elbow towards the lower parts of the dummy's "ribcage". In the moment, he did as he did before. Triggered his legs, by straighten out the knees. This gives an enormous power-boost to the punch. Alucard hits the target with a full force right armed elbow punch. The effects of a punch like this could be catastrophic for the opponent. It would shatter rib-bones, who on their hand could puncture vital organs behind the ribcage. Such as lungs and heart. *
"There we go, master. Hope i did.. well.."
*Alucard takes a seat on the floor of the dojo.*
