As is second nature by now Rukia takes her neutral stance. She clenches her fist flowing chakra into it. The energy starts to flow from her fist, it begins to manifest and take form. The crackling of lightning can be heard as it explodes from her fist. Quick as lightning Rukia dashes towards the dummy. She reaches the dummy an delivers a fierce uppercut to the chin of the dummy launching it into the air. The lightning sparks as it comes into contact with the dummy. Acting quickly Rukia leaps into the air after the dummy. She appears above the dummy, who now has its back facing the ground. Using all of her strength she forces both of her feet into the dummies chest. The force of the kick sends the dummy crashing back down to earth. Rukia would then follow the dummy back down and land on it causing farther damage.

A nice elbow based combination. I want you to first, protect yourself from the kick of my clone by catching his ankle between your knee and elbow, rising the knee, and smashing the elbow down, cracking the bone of the ankle. As this happens the clones base of movement will be hindered drastically, take advantage of his woobly movement and attack straight with a devastating lateral elbow attacking using your other hand as a support mechanism. You can aim anywhere, but make it devastating, very deadly technique.

Rukia barely had time to ready herself for the kick. Getting her composure back she sets her sights on dealing with the kick. With the kick coming her way Rukia begins to bring her right knee and right elbow together. She catches the ankle of the clone and pins them between her elbow and knee. The force of the pinning the ankle causes it to snap like a twig. With the kick stopped she goes on the offensive. Using her right hand she grabs the broken ankle and swings the leg wide left leaving the clone to balance on on foot. Regaining her own balance she steps forward with her left foot while also aiming to thrust her left elbow at the clones chest. To steady the elbow thrust she grips her left fist with her right hand. This supports her left arm and increases its power. The elbow connects squarely, the force would cause its chest to cave in.

Run at the opponent and deliver a nice straight kick to their stomach, then right after use your body moment to twist and deliver a kick to their chest... after that multiple punches in various areas of the upper body is needed, i like using about 4-5, when you hit that final punch, deliver a uppercut sending the opponent in the sky. As they are in the air, jump high above them and deliver another spinning kick to send them back to ground and out of your reach. A cool pose after will be nice

Then after that, reset yourself, the opponent should be pushed back badly, spin off of one of your feet and strike the opponent with a powerful back-fist, spin once more and use the opposite leg from the side of your arm (if you hit with your left hand, a right kick would be the best option and vice versa), to deliver a powerful kick forcing him back once more.

Description: The user will launch a succession of high and low kicks dealing a several continuous kicks to the chest region alternating between both legs.

Basic, just deliver a series of high and low kicks, aim for the opponents upperbody. Alternate between both legs, one after the other. The kicks of choice can be anything, you have a lot of space for this technique. Around 4-8 kicks is appropriate for this technique.

Rukia takes ups her running position with her right foot place forward and all her weight centered forward as well. She takes off into a sprint toward the dummy. As she reaches the dummy she extends her right leg directly forward into the stomach of the dummy. Using the same leg she pushes off into a clock wise spin. Using the spin she delivers another kick to the chest of the dummy. Planting her feet back on the ground rukia launches a flurry of blows consisting of overhands, underhands, hay makers, hooks, all aimed at the dummies chest. She finishes off with a precisely aimed uppercut sending the dummy upwards. Rukia leaps after the dummy, once above the dummy she spins and lands a kick sending the dummy back toward the ground. Rukia lands into a weird ass pose, with her leg sticking out and her arms making a M.

Once again rukia enters into a neutral state, readying herself. Once more she dashes toward the dummy. When she reaches the dummy she spins clockwise and lands a strong lateral blow to the side of the dummies head. She lands on the ground and quickly takes out a pair of chakra blades and flips them into the air. She then begins to pummel the dummies chest with rights and lefts. Her punches become so fast it looks as if she had multiple arms. She then grabs the blades out of the air and delivers two slashes across the dummies chest in an X shape.

Rukia enters her neutral position once more. Again she takes a running start towards the dummy. As she reaches the dummy she begins to spin in a clockwise motion once again. Using the force of the spin she lands a kick squarely on the dummies chest. Landing on the ground she gathers herself to begin the next portion of the combo. She yet again begins to spin, using her left foot as the pivot point. Using the spin she lands forces the back of her balled up fist into the side of the dummies head. She doesn't stop there as she plants her right foot down and using it as the pivot point she spins back around and delivers a high split kick to the dummy sending up and backwards.

Rukia takes a breather as this is the last thing she needs to perform. Once more she runs towards the dummy. As she reach the dummy leaps towards the dummy delivering a spinning right kick to the chest of the dummy. Using the momentum she pushes off the dummy, this allows her to stay airborne. She then spins in the opposite direction to deliver a left spinning kick, this one not carrying as much momentum as the first causing her to lose some altitude. Spinning once more to the right she lands a kick the lower part of the dummies chest. Landing on the ground she performs one last kick, this one a simple straight kick to the dummies chest, pushing back the dummy leaving room between her and the dummy.

Punch the opponent twice, the second punch will send them up in the sky. Then jump above them and punch them back to the ground from behind. After they have crashed, take out a large shuriken and send it down to pierce them. After that, land on the ground and continue landing several blows in a spinning like motion drilling the opponent further into the ground.

Pretty self explanatory. Punch the enemy in the chest then quickly in their stomach. Then slightly pick yourself up and jump a few inches off the ground, tilt your body down along with your shoulder to deliver a downward palm thrust aimed at the opponents torso sending them to the ground.

At this point the training had become second nature to rukia. She entered her neutral stance and stood directly in front of the dummy. Quickly she jabs forward with her left fist. At the same time time she pulls back her right fist, once her left fist connects she swiftly pulls it back and performs a powerful uppercut to the dummy sending it into the air. Immediately after the blow lands rukia jumps up above the dummy. From above the dummy rukia punches the dummy back down to earth, at the same time she removes the giant shuriken from her back that she placed there before she began the combo. Once the dummy lands she throws the shuriken so the dummies head is pinned between the points of the shuriken. With the dummy pinned and the rukia starting to fall back to earth she starts to give herself a clockwise rotation with her feet aimed at the dummy. She lands on the dummy and begins the stomp its chest, the spinning motion along with the stomping causes the dummy to be forced into the ground.

After catching her breathe she again takes up her stance. Again she quickly jobs forward with her left fist, landing a blow on the dummies chest. Following the jab Rukia performs a swift straight punch to the dummies stomach, if this was a human opponent it would of caused them to double over. Immediately after the gut punch Rukia jumps slightly into the air towards the dummy. Using her right hand she delivers an open palm thrust to the dummies chest, normally the strength of the blow would she the opponent crashing to the floor.

I want you to couple these together. First deliver a series of 18 punches with blades that have chakra infused into them making them much sharper, fill in the blank, make the punches as creative as you want, it is all in your hand. Finish it off with this kicking the user back and away from you, perform a basic rotation kick using their pivot foot, hips, and waist to create the spinning rotation. Great tool to be used to kick away material and finish attacks.

Rukia takes up her neutral stance to begin the next tech. Holding a kunai in her right hand she dashes towards the dummy. As she reaches the dummy she delivers a charged up hay maker with her left fist to the right side of the dummies head. Following up she delivers two quick slashes to the dummies chest with the chakra infused kunai. She then does a 4 hit combo consisting of two straight punches and two horizontal slashes, alternating between punches and slashes. All four hits are directed to land straight on the dummies head. Rukia then goes in to a flurry of punches that connect to the dummies stomach, the combo equaling 6 hits. Rukia begins another 4 hit combo but this one deals with only slashes. Each slash is placed on the dummies chest andonce completed the four slashes create an R shape. To finish off the whole giant combo she plunges the kunai into the stomach of the dummy. Pushing off the dummy she bgins to rotate on her left foot. Using the momentum she does a full rotation, using her right leg she delivers a kick to the stomach of the dummy pushing the kunai farther into the dummy and pushing it back,
