The senju were great but like I said, Hashirama's generation made the senju superior, before that they were equal. I doubt that if the senju wasn't extinct, there would have been someone on this level(hashirama & Tobirama).

Well look at naruto he isn't senju but he is like hashirama so yes someone on hashirama's level can rise again. Even Uzumaki's>Uchiha Atfer all they both have ashura in them.
