This ability can be used to it's extent with the back up of his secondary Power, being a genius. He can only manipulate materials within a range of 300 meters.

Background: *

Drizeh grew up with his sister and mother, his father died when he was four in a car accident, Drizeh being in the car also, but some how surprised. When investigators took note of the care, they noticed the are Drizeh was in the back seat, the metal of the care was bent to not crush him, this being a mystery. At this time, Drizeh noticed his powers and exposed this to his mother and sister. At the age of fifteen, Drizeh was seen to be extremely intelligent, of a higher level. He had notice his gifts and how to manipulate them at this age, and began to play around with it.
One year later, his mother and sister were killed in a bombing in a bank, from that point, Drizeh became so caught in rage, he decided to be a villain.

Physical Enhancement. I have the abilitiy to enhance parts of my body to help in battle such as increasing endurance, speed, strength, etc. (If for better understanding, think of CP9's Tekkai and Soru)
Background: *
Lord Death Omni, also known as Taiketsu Yagami was a neutral person who used his power for profit. He would help villages and cities get rid of monsters or other super powered people and in turn get money for it. Then he went and learned about a special artifact that could amplify his powers but a very powerful villain was in ownership of it. To prove he was worthy, Taiketsu became a villain and did whatever dark deed his master told him too. The dark lord eventually let Taiketsu have it and it indeed did amplify his powers but it also awakened a split personality that when unleashed, Tai would reak havok on those less fortunate. Because of this, Tai was deemed a villain named Lord Death Omni. Omni at first wanted to clear his name but it just became too much fun being a villain and even if he did clear his name, whats stopping his split personality from surfacing again.

Background: * Lilianne was an ebil baby that used to play all sorts of pranks on people around her, especially bunnies. One day she captured a small white bunneh, with the intention to feed her that nasty dirt that people have between their toes, but the bunny turned out to be radioactive, and bit her. She felt her body change and become that of a small bunneh, and she thought she was doomed! Not really, at the sight of her new form, she figured out a bunch of other pranks and evil schemes to rule the world, empowered by her evil fluffy white bunneh form. She soon discovered she was able to transform in all kinds of small animals, although she was unable to change into other things, except her real human form, because she didn't want people to think she was OP (Remember that conversation? xd). When I say soon, I meant in like seconds, because her mind worked extremely fast thinking of all the new evil things she could do with her new bunny form, it felt like it was longer, but no (She is twisted and insane, don't try to understand her). It was then that a small leaf fell on her nose, and she felt the need to sneeze. She closed her eyes and did it. When she reopened them, everything in front of her had melted and was filled with a powerful green acid. Some was on her fur, but did no harm, she was immune to it. After the initial shock, she tried to bring her power by will, and mastered it in seconds, being able to freely control and produce it, on both forms.

Even with her powerful secondary ability, most of her evil plans were only thought using the Bunneh form.

Main Power: The ability to manipulate shadow and matter to form ether blades that seem like they are attached to a thread of shadows but they are still razor sharp and the ability to teleport like nightcrawler from X-men but not as far and I get tired after using it.

Secondary/Support Power: My second ability is to dissapear into the shadows like acctually become a shadow [but I can't do anything other then move in this form] but if there is no light to cast the shadow It is usless but it does come in handy when trying to run away from your mother or crazy girlfriend xd

Background: Adrian was born with a family that never wanted a kid so he was treated poorly and alwyas tried to avoid people because of this but one day he just couldn't take it anymore and unleashed his power which caused a whole 10 ft line of ether blades to appear and kill his parents which left adrian scared and scared and since no family would take him because of this event so he had to live on the streets where he learned to master his powers and gained the ability to transform into shadows which made it easier for adrian to steal and murder if nesisary.

  Raiva is able to manipulate flames of Hell, which is inextinguishable by normal means. The flames are also far more intense than normal flames, and can incinerate anything to the point of leaving absolutely no byproduct (not even ashes), and even smother normal fire and evaporate water. However the inextinguishable ability only is active for 3 mintutes and after that the flames can be extinguised by normal means.

  Raiva can make an armor of pure energy to cover his body. This field can repel all harmful outside matter from the Ravai's body.

Personality:
Raiva is obsessed justice, almost on the level of insanity. He is passionate about his principles, and generally considers himself to be a "one-man-court", playing the role of judge, jury and executioner (when the situation merits). Largely, this obsession is a result of his "dark" (to say the least) family history. However it is also due to his love of the human race, and how it has developed over the course of its existence. He doesn't want to see it suffer because of a few "bad eggs", and so feels it is his duty as a capable human to protect the innocents from the scumbags that inhibit the Earth.

Background:
Hmm…how do I begin. I was once a powerful Fox Demon, who was classified as an A-class demon and a master thief. I was renowned as the "Legendary Bandit." After leaving my past partner in Hiei behind, I became more villainous, as Hiei originally wanted me to be. I had never felt the blood of someone else in my own hands, nor had I used my powers to kill…but that was before I learned of my partner’s death. Hiei’s death was tragic to me, and changed my personality completely. From holding my powers back to a full frontal assault from my demonic plants. I also ruled the world for a short time with my villainous league, The Order of The Demonic Black Rose, but bored with it I went home to the Forest of Death to train further. Coming out of retirement, so to say, I walked the streets of a city alone, thinking about my past endeavors and whether or not I should show my true colors once again and take back what was rightfully mine. Running into several of my old cohorts, along with a few new allies, two of my greatest rivals arrived…Scorps/Paradox and Gin-San. In a surprising turn of events, Paradox had decided to turn to evil to fully showcase his might; however, Gin-San took a while to persuade, but he eventually decided to join us as long as we would TRY not to harm too many innocents in our endeavor. Later on, Lili-Chwan and her minion, Sanji joined in on our fight and a giant brawl began, with another of my greatest rivals joining in, Keotsu/Cole…this battle is only the beginning….I shall get what was mine again. All for you, Hiei. May you rest well in Hell.

Name of the Character: Radical Emerald

Age: 16

Affiliation: Good

Role: Super Hero

Main Power: The name of Emerald's main power is "Radio" and allows him to take in and make use of different forms of radiation. The most common radiation he uses is solar radiation from the sun, though he can also take in radiation from heat or radioactive materials. After taking in the radiation he can use its energy to power himself up increasing his strength and speed or release it in different forms for attack such has heat waves or radiation waves that cause radiation sickness.

Secondary/Support Power: Emerald's secondary power lies in his ability to increase or decrease his own perception of time. He was able to develop this through extensive martial arts training where he strengthened both his body and mine. This gives him the ability to either slow down time from his perspective making things appear to move in slow motion, or speed up time from his perspective making things appear to move faster. This time dilation only acts on his perception of time, not the actual movement. So he would still move at the same speed as normal, he can just comprehend whats going on and think of a counter quicker. The ability to speed up his perception of time hasn't been very useful in battle, though it has gotten him through many boring situations.

Background: Emerald used to be a normal every day kid. He had some friends and enjoyed the simple life. That was until that one fateful day, when his world would change forever! Dun dun dun!

He was just minding his own business when one day a radioactive spider bit him! No...wait....wrong story....let me start over.

He was just minding his own business when one day a meteorite fell from the sky and landed just feet away from him. It was pulsating green and Emerald felt drawn to it, almost as if he destiny was playing out before his eyes. He walked over to the meteor and touched it. Immediately a stream of green energy began to swirl up his arm and over his body causing a great deal of pain, but he was unable to move away. Emerald blacked out and awoke moments later next to the meteorite which had now lost its green hue. Emerald felt different but he couldn't put his finger on it.

After he got home he walked into the kitchen and him mom almost had a heart attack. She asked him why he was wearing that ridiculously tacky superhero costume. Needless to say, Emerald was confused. He ran up to his room and looked in his mirror only to find himself looking at an incredibly fresh green spandex costume! The next few years were a learning experience for him. He discovered an odd ability to manipulate different forms of radiation. This prompted him to take up martial arts for no apparent reason were he began to train his mind and body. Its here that he developed the ability to alter his own perception of time. At first he only used this ability to speed up his boring classes. But one day while he was sitting on the couch, another life altering event would alter his life forever!

It was that day......that Emerald......lost his parents! A crazed gunman had broken into the house and began to hold them all hostage. The cops had the place surrounded, a real Mexican standoff! Seeing he had no chance of escaping, the gunman lifted the gun towards Emerald's father....and BA-!

Mother: Emeeeraaaaaald! Come downstairs! Its time for dinner!

Emerald: Mooooom! I was in the middle of an important story! Don't interrupt me!

Mother: Well hurry up! You don't want your chicken to get cold!

Sigh.....okay.....where was I? Oh ya! Well....actually, my parents are still alive. And we never got held hostage. Aaand.....there was never really a metorite that I got my powers from, I was sort of just born with them. But that would have made a really good story, right? Really what happened was that I was sitting on the couch watching some news and a report about rising crime levels came on. With my powers and my martial arts skills I kind of just thought "Why not?".

And that's how I, Radical Emerald, became a superhero!

Yorak's main power is to be able to affect others senses by merely touching them, whether that be sight, touch, smell, taste, or hearing. This power is drawback, however, that he loses the same sense he takes away. Ergo. If he takes away sight, he loses his as well. He has trained in this art of fighting, and his 5 senses are raised far above the normal person. He can also change how their senses work. He could horizontally flip the eyesight, make the skin feel itchy, and so on. But again, anything he does to them, he does to himself.
Secondary/Support Power: Raised senses and ability to raise one at the loss of another. If he loses sight, his hearing becomes superhuman, but while normal, he has no addition to his senses
Background: * Yorak was born in Russia. He was a boy who was quiet, and didn't talk much. He mainly stuck to himself and had no friends. He was fine with this. And it continued until high school. Secondary/Support Power: Inch also has another, more iconic power. He has the ability to shape shift into a cat at will. In this form, he has all the attributes of a cat: vision, hearing, feline grace, superior reflexes and speed, etc.
Background: Inchato was born into a completely normal life. He had middle class parents, lived in a small suburb outside a large city, and hadn't a care or problem in the world. He lived the majority of his life as any other adolescent would; simply going through the steps of school, and of life in general. When he turned 15, it was obvious that he would end up an accountant, like his dad, and live in the same town that he had grown up in, get married, have a kid, and then the cycle would repeat. But that's when Inchato realized that he was bored.

Inchato had no desire to live a boring life, and desired to spice it up, by any means necessary. And so, Inchato left his terribly boring life without warning for a full year. During this year, no one heard from nor saw Inchato. Then, precisely a year after he vanished, Inchato came back to his hometown, but not as a human. Oh no, Inchato was in the shape of a small cat, perched on the front step of the house he grew up in.

Without warning, a terrible and devastating tornado descended upon the town, leveling everything except for the house and the cat. And just like that, Inchato held his tail up high and prowled out of the ruined town.

For the next several months, Inchato wandered the world, causing a trail of destruction to follow all of the locations he visited. And yet, he was still bored. Then, on one fateful day, he went to the city of NBville (Or something like that.) and met Liliana Von Lesoir, and Sanji (or whatever his character's name was back then.) Inchato joined forces with Liliana and Sanji, and the three of them set out to rule the world.

After a while, however, the group fell apart, and the world, for a time, was silent. But then, whispers of evil-doers were heard all throughout the land and more and more villains began emerging. At first, Inchato was pleased. The world may be less boring now, he had thought. But then the truth finally dawned. There were no heroes to oppose the evil doers, which would be extremely boring. And so, Inchato came to the conclusion that he had to bury his past and become a superhero in order to stop boredom from consuming the world, and more importantly, his life.

Main Power: telepathy. Matt is a telepath, able to read and manipulate the thoughts of others. He is also able to make his victims relive past events by going through their memory, while doing this to his victims it causes them pain. However, this is merely due to them resisting his efforts and its shown that if the person who he's doing it to allows him to do it of their own free will, there's no pain. Matt's telepathy can also trap people in their greatest nightmares. Yet, his strongest ability is to compel others, making them do whatever he wishes.
Secondary/Support Power: The combination of the growth of his telepathy and the precognitive visions grants him access to the "same plane of consciousness",allowing him to draw the future. He is also good at using guns O_O

Background: * The son of a wealthy air craft designer and head of AST, James Stark, and Lili Stark, Anthony Stark is born on California. A boy genius, he enters MIT at the age of 15 to study human physics and high level chemistry. After his parents are killed in a car accident, he inherits his father's company.
While observing the effects of his experimental technologies on the American air support. Anthony Stark is taking care of the company but in which he receives help from his secretary Miss.anne.Anthony is always a joking character, play-boyish,kind but sarcastic.One day when he was flying on a plane,the plane had a technical problem which caused the left wing to catch on fire resulting in the abandonment of the plane but as Anthony got his parachute and was ready to jump off he realised that the the noise caused by the plane travelling at high speed trigged a massive trauma on him and this is what caused the ability for him to manipulate vibrations and sound...=DD

Secondary/Support Power: My second ability is to dissapear into the shadows like acctually become a shadow [but I can't do anything other then move in this form] but if there is no light to cast the shadow It is usless but it does come in handy when trying to run away from your mother or crazy girlfriend xd

Background: Adrian was born with a family that never wanted a kid so he was treated poorly and alwyas tried to avoid people because of this but one day he just couldn't take it anymore and unleashed his power which caused a whole 10 ft line of ether blades to appear and kill his parents which left adrian scared and scared and since no family would take him because of this event so he had to live on the streets where he learned to master his powers and gained the ability to transform into shadows which made it easier for adrian to steal and murder if nesisary.

Hmm…how do I begin. I was once a powerful Fox Demon, who was classified as an A-class demon and a master thief. I was renowned as the "Legendary Bandit." After leaving my past partner in Hiei behind, I became more villainous, as Hiei originally wanted me to be. I had never felt the blood of someone else in my own hands, nor had I used my powers to kill…but that was before I learned of my partner’s death. Hiei’s death was tragic to me, and changed my personality completely. From holding my powers back to a full frontal assault from my demonic plants. I also ruled the world for a short time with my villainous league, The Order of The Demonic Black Rose, but bored with it I went home to the Forest of Death to train further. Coming out of retirement, so to say, I walked the streets of a city alone, thinking about my past endeavors and whether or not I should show my true colors once again and take back what was rightfully mine. Running into several of my old cohorts, along with a few new allies, two of my greatest rivals arrived…Scorps/Paradox and Gin-San. In a surprising turn of events, Paradox had decided to turn to evil to fully showcase his might; however, Gin-San took a while to persuade, but he eventually decided to join us as long as we would TRY not to harm too many innocents in our endeavor. Later on, Lili-Chwan and her minion, Sanji joined in on our fight and a giant brawl began, with another of my greatest rivals joining in, Keotsu/Cole…this battle is only the beginning….I shall get what was mine again. Name of the Character: Radical Emerald

Main Power: The name of Emerald's main power is "Radio" and allows him to take in and make use of different forms of radiation. The most common radiation he uses is solar radiation from the sun, though he can also take in radiation from heat or radioactive materials. After taking in the radiation he can use its energy to power himself up increasing his strength and speed or release it in different forms for attack such has heat waves or radiation waves that cause radiation sickness.

Secondary/Support Power: Emerald's secondary power lies in his ability to increase or decrease his own perception of time. He was able to develop this through extensive martial arts training where he strengthened both his body and mine. This gives him the ability to either slow down time from his perspective making things appear to move in slow motion, or speed up time from his perspective making things appear to move faster. This time dilation only acts on his perception of time, not the actual movement. So he would still move at the same speed as normal, he can just comprehend whats going on and think of a counter quicker. The ability to speed up his perception of time hasn't been very useful in battle, though it has gotten him through many boring situations.

Background: Emerald used to be a normal every day kid. He had some friends and enjoyed the simple life. That was until that one fateful day, when his world would change forever! Dun dun dun!

He was just minding his own business when one day a radioactive spider bit him! No...wait....wrong story....let me start over.

He was just minding his own business when one day a meteorite fell from the sky and landed just feet away from him. It was pulsating green and Emerald felt drawn to it, almost as if he destiny was playing out before his eyes. He walked over to the meteor and touched it. Immediately a stream of green energy began to swirl up his arm and over his body causing a great deal of pain, but he was unable to move away. Emerald blacked out and awoke moments later next to the meteorite which had now lost its green hue. Emerald felt different but he couldn't put his finger on it.

After he got home he walked into the kitchen and him mom almost had a heart attack. She asked him why he was wearing that ridiculously tacky superhero costume. Needless to say, Emerald was confused. He ran up to his room and looked in his mirror only to find himself looking at an incredibly fresh green spandex costume! The next few years were a learning experience for him. He discovered an odd ability to manipulate different forms of radiation. This prompted him to take up martial arts for no apparent reason were he began to train his mind and body. Its here that he developed the ability to alter his own perception of time. At first he only used this ability to speed up his boring classes. But one day while he was sitting on the couch, another life altering event would alter his life forever!

It was that day......that Emerald......lost his parents! A crazed gunman had broken into the house and began to hold them all hostage. The cops had the place surrounded, a real Mexican standoff! Seeing he had no chance of escaping, the gunman lifted the gun towards Emerald's father....and BA-!

Mother: Emeeeraaaaaald! Come downstairs! Its time for dinner!

Emerald: Mooooom! I was in the middle of an important story! Don't interrupt me!

Mother: Well hurry up! You don't want your chicken to get cold!

Sigh.....okay.....where was I? Oh ya! Well....actually, my parents are still alive. And we never got held hostage. Aaand.....there was never really a metorite that I got my powers from, I was sort of just born with them. But that would have made a really good story, right? Really what happened was that I was sitting on the couch watching some news and a report about rising crime levels came on. With my powers and my martial arts skills I kind of just thought "Why not?".

And that's how I, Radical Emerald, became a superhero!

~Pending~ Love your secondary power. Very very good. Main one however needs some resctritions. I understand you can absorb radiation to use as energy for your attacks. However, Cyclops and all the summers were able to do the same but the energy created didn't have radioactive properties. I will allow you radioactive properties but only when you touch someone. Radiaotion can't be avoided so it needs a bit of resctrition. Also, add some unique form of energy that makes our attacks have some concussive force if you desire them to. This way you are a bit weak on the defensive side. Very good background lol ^^

He could horizontally flip the eyesight, make the skin feel itchy, and so on. But again, anything he does to them, he does to himself.

Static's powers allow him to control various electromagnetic phenomena, in particular allowing him to manifest both electrical and magnetic energy - Static's powers are best described as super-conductor electromagnetism (the means by which floating maglev trains are suspended above the rails).

Super-Conductive Electromagnetism: Static's body can generate Raw Electromagnetic Energy, which he has learned to manipulate, control, to sense sources of electromagnetic energy, electricity and magnetism and administer as a range of attacks with a range of uses; he can charge devices with electricity, and alternatively drain the energy from them into himself, magnetize and demagnetize metals. Static can hear Radiowaves meaning he can listen in on the police broadband and music stations, as well as tapping into the phone lines so he can make calls. Static can choose to keep the electromagnetic energy that he currently holds in his body by controlling the Current and Voltage for whenever he wants to use it.

Electromagnetic Force Bolts: Static can fire Bursts of electromagnetic energy from his hands for uses like electrifying objects, administering large scale Static-Clings, generating shields and barriers and with a piece of wire he can channel electric through it forming a flying lightning projectile.

Electromagnetic Fields: Static generates an Electromagnetic field just like the earth and the sun generate their own Electromagnetic fields.

Electromagnetic Levitation: Static can cause objects to fly (metal is the easiest material to manipulate and wood is the most difficult.)

Static Cling: Static can adhere most objects/people to surfaces and other objects, plus Static can magnetize surfaces.

Taser Punch: an electrified punch administered during combat to send opponents flying, similar effects to a Taser Gun.

Electromagnetic Displays: Electromagnetic Light Displays that Static can shoot into the sky in the forms of pictures and words. With more power behind it, Static can make these into Electromagnetic Nets and/or Cage.

Electromagnetic Shields and Barriers: shields and barriers that Static can generate with Electromagnetism to block, repel, hold back attacks and defend himself in battle.

Ball Lightning: named after Ball Lightning, the weather phenomenon. Electromagnetic Energy compressed into a large ball and thrown at targets; an offensive maneuver in a combat situation.

Secondary/Support Power:

Resistance to Mind Control: Due to his ability to control electromagnetic fields he can control impulses in his brain. He can monitor the messages being sent around his brain and can tell when they are being messed with or adjusted and react accordingly. He has no strength advantage he has about the same strength level as a normal teen his age who works out same with speed. But he has a decent amount of stamina able to keep his own in a long fight.

Background: Static was an orphan the only thing he can remember is loneliness. He was orphaned at such a young age that he doesn't even know his own birthday he relies on the New Year to tell him when he grows older. He does however know he had a mother she abandoned him; he screamed for her as she got into the car and drove away leaving him alone in the middle of a dark damp city street. From that point on Static grew up alone relying on no one taking what he had to and doing what he had to to survive.

When he was about about sixteen he mugged. The man tried to take what Static had which wasn't much a dollar and his shoes. Static fought back which in reality was a bad idea as the man was 6 foot 9 and had an immense built. The unknown man shot Static then continued to beat him mercilessly taking everything he had and walking away. Alone and afraid Static stood up. He tried to make his way to the hospital knowing he had no way to pay for treatment.

He walked into the emergency room and sat infront of the women who seemed to be checking people in. He coldly stated blood dripping from his face "I've been shot". The women replied while pointing around the room, "That women is having a child, that man broke his arm and leg in an accident, that boy there has a fever and is coughing" she then handed him a clipboard and said "Fill that out sir". Static began to look over the papers the woman had handed him and realized he knew none of this Date Of Birth: Blank, Social Security Number: Blank, Blood type: Blank. He didn't know what to do so he left. As he walked through the streets it began to rain. He tried to make his way back to the alley where he was staying but by know there was water flowing through the streets as it poured he mad his way to an abandoned building.

He walked in and the lights flickered as he flipped the switch. It came on, flickered for a second but flashed and went off. He found a light bulb and went to change it dripping wet he twisted the bulb from the socket. Just then he winched in pain from the gun shot and grabbed onto the hanging light for support. At that very moment a lightning bolt struck a near by Telephone pole sending a massive surge of electricity violently shocking Static he passed out right there on the spot. The next morning he awoke to the sun blinding him through the window. He covered his eyes with his hand to notice that he was covered in silver wear as well as small metal objects. Brushing them off he left out the back and noticed the things were sliding across the ground following him. Soon he realized that he has a power something he could use to show the world that cruel, evil, manipulative world just who was in control. He took the next two years as a way to master his powers stealing little only enough to survive he knew what it was like and had a sense of honor he didn't want to harm innocent people, but he wanted to show the world he wasn't that weak child crying for his mom.

He decided to align himself with whoever he could and he found Kurama a cold hearted women, but the kind he liked. He decided to follow her she would be what could make him into a true villain. A cold-hearted villain just like her to show the world that he wouldn't be taken lightly anymore.

He is also able to make his victims relive past events by going through their memory, while doing this to his victims it causes them pain. However, this is merely due to them resisting his efforts and its shown that if the person who he's doing it to allows him to do it of their own free will, there's no pain. Matt's telepathy can also trap people in their greatest nightmares. Yet, his strongest ability is to compel others, making them do whatever he wishes.
Secondary/Support Power: The combination of the growth of his telepathy and the precognitive visions grants him access to the "same plane of consciousness",allowing him to draw the future. He is also good at using guns O_O
Background: * O_O Matt was a police officer until he found out about his ability. He then started manipulated others and even kill them for fun using his ability.
