You can apply for this RP by submitting your own Super Hero or Super Villain character. To do so, follow the described rules and use the given template.

-Each Character can only have 2 powers: one primary and one secondary
-No complete copies of any known super hero or super villain will be accepted
-No time, space, reality or gravity manipulations.
-If you want to use magic, you need to specify the limits of your abilities and even so its not garanteed that we will accept it

Background: Born as a loner without noone in his life he was moved to froster homes here and there and didn't have a real family. He was we was younger in school he was always made fun of because of his hot tempter and his hair always turned from black to red when ever he got mad. When we was in highschool he love a girl that was dating the captain of the football team and he took her from him. Live then got jumped by the team. They tryed to kill him but he fought back and breath fire that made them run away. live caught the captain and grabbed his face and in his hand his face melted. He then realized to fight for only himself and what he believed in. He then went into the army and was very aggressive and learned to control his rage and mastered his fire and became a assassin.

Name of the Character: Blizzard

Main Power: Ice Creation/Manipulation
Secondary/Support Power: Diamond Creation/Manipulation
Powers Description:

Ice:
Blizzard's Power idea comes from crystal manipulation to molecular levels
- He can channel his powers in the air or with a direct contact taking Hydrogen/Oxygen from the Air and creating water at freezing levels. This allows Blizzard to create Ice anywhere without contact with the original object. This technique is faster if there is a physical contact or short range between the target and Blizzard. Attacks usage include creating creatures such as Ice Snakes, Dragons in various shapes and sizes.
- Blizzard also holds two protection levels one being Ice Armour which is formed by creating very tight bonds between the molecules of water around him. He first releases small amount of fog from his mouth and instantly makes them bond with each other creating an Armour with ice winds and a phoenix head not covering his eyes area. The Armour can take good amount of damage and small physical attacks which have greater surface area but smaller thrust/impact, It can also defend him against spikes or any other sharp object. Even though the Armour can take thrust on impact the energy is still transferred through the Armour causing internal damage. The Armour can also be crushed by heavy attacks.
- Ice manipulation to make Weapons and other things like Prison, walls, etc is obvious

Diamond:
Diamond having higher and stronger bonds is very hard to create from carbon in the air which requires converting carbon dioxide/monoxide into individual carbon atoms and then combining them together in a crystalline tetrahedral pattern.
- Blizzard however is not the master of this technique and is slow in forming diamond without direct contact.
We have never seen him forming diamond without contact so we can predict he cant do that.
- But on contact/short range or for melee attacks he can quickly form diamond weapons in his hands to attack.
- His second and strongest level of defense includes creating a Thin film of diamond around his ice Armour (Note the ice Armour should already be wielded) - Weakness of this Armour is attacks that will transfer energy through the Armour causing Internal damage due to Inertia.
- Large Objects cannot be formed by Diamond techniques. Diamond can easily be shattered by high frequency sound waves which breaks the tetrahedral formation of the carbon atoms shattering it to pieces. It is also weak against Acid attacks because they tend to react readily with elements like carbon forming carbon dioxide again and eating away diamond.. Note lava attacks are not acid and will not melt the diamond because the melting point for diamond is 3500C and lava is only 700C-1200C and it will not even weaken it because its not even close to 3500C, same goes for fire attacks.

Origin is the darkest part of our dreams - the place is formally known as The Caves of Blood Snow | He is one of Akiza's/Kaurma's Disciple and Lives to Serve her. He was very little when he was left at the caves of blood snow, there he grew up fighting and nourishing his powers. he is also said to tame the Hungary wolves and one of his greatest technique involves wolves (Creature creation)... He was thought to be dead after few years but no one knows how he survived that cold and adapted to the surroundings. Now he returns after a century!

Secondary/Support Power: It's not different than Kinetic energy based power, it's rather an enhancement to it, allowing him to form Kinetic energy force fields, charging objects on sight rather than on contact and applying explosive results to organic materials, though it has to be within a 4 meter radius from him. and the most ultimate ability, the Kinetic energy mode "will explain in details if you want"

Background: * When Obsidine was a kid he was rollin around the streets when a kid hit him in the face. He became angry and his eyes started shining and when he opened them the kid was frozen.
A complete stranger came and started talking to Obsidine and helped im control his power, and he taught him to use it for good. So he decided to help fight crime, but he didn't want to become to famous so he only became a sidekick.

Name of the Character: Ghrubi Gobletsson (A.K.A Ghrubi the Hunchbacked.)
Age: Unkown(Considerably old.)
Afiliation: Evil
Role: Minion
Main Power: Invisbility, Ghrubi the Hunchbacked have the ability to invisble at any given moment, however with a 5 seconds interval from exiting and entering invisiblility.
Secondary/Support Power: Ghrubi the Hunchbacked have the ability to compress his own sound/movements to minium volume, making his cunning perfect. Also with the ability to manipulate the sound of himself he can echo his sound around the area to confuse his opponent.
Background: *

Ghrubi the Hunchbacked wasn't always hunchbacked, further more, he actually was one of the most handsome guys back in his early days. He had all the chicks with him, and was the most popular guy on the streets. Everybody knew him. However once a day, he and his classmates was heading out to see an Nuclear work(Atomic industry[Dunno what it's called O_O]) to see how it all was put together etc, basically the boring school studies. Anywho~ the nature called and Ghrubi hurried to find a toilet and eventually run into a room filled with barrels with radioactive liquids - He slipped and fell over the railing on the walkway and down into the liquid barrels.

Ghrubi woke up in hospital bed, the radioactive stuff had taken in one of their affects.... Ghrubi had become hunchbacked, his face, screwed up and an half burned face. ;_; However it wasn't that as worried him much, as he still had the belief he would be the same... However, that wasn't exactly what happened, people begun to abondon him due his new look, they called him dumb names and bullied him. He was abondoned and unable to gain new friends.. In pure rage he ended up killing the whole school and his ex-friends and somewhat avoided getting caught by the police.

He now lives lonely in an abondoned apartment in one of the high, old buildnings taking in jobs like assassinations, just for amusement and the joy of killing people who would probably laugh and bully him if they got to see him. Though that have been very rare since the mass murder on his old school.

born as an only child tensen was alone his patents were too busy with work
and never gave up time for him. he was hated in school and had no friends
he spent most of his time in the streets. on a rainy day he decided to go outside but got struck by lightning. he was rushed to hospital but his time was nearly at an end as his heart-rate started dropping. so he decided to die
outside in the rain and so he got out the hospital and went outside. as he was outside more lightning started to appear and struck him. but that was what he needed. after that his parents cast him out into the streets and disowned him. with saddens and anger in him he punched the wall and released a shock of lightning at it. with that he discovered his power. he then
went on to hate the world and now is evil. even though he is evil tensen cares about his companions and friends and would protect them to the death.
he is always happy and has a positives attitude but is destructive when it comes to battle

Ice manipulation/Creation. I am able to create ice out of either the air itself or if there is no water, I can create it using energy. My ice is much harder and more heat resistant than normal ice.

Physical Enhancement. I have the abilitiy to enhance parts of my body to help in battle such as increasing endurance, speed, strength, etc. (If for better understanding, think of CP9's Tekkai and Soru)

Lord Death Omni, also known as Taiketsu Yagami was a neutral person who used his power for profit. He would help villages and cities get rid of monsters or other super powered people and in turn get money for it. Then he went and learned about a special artifact that could amplify his powers but a very powerful villain was in ownership of it. To prove he was worthy, Taiketsu became a villain and did whatever dark deed his master told him too. The dark lord eventually let Taiketsu have it and it indeed did amplify his powers but it also awakened a split personality that when unleashed, Tai would reak havok on those less fortunate. Because of this, Tai was deemed a villain named Lord Death Omni. Omni at first wanted to clear his name but it just became too much fun being a villain and even if he did clear his name, whats stopping his split personality from surfacing again.
