No its not its the same as most other s-rank jutsu he has to pay 50 chakra to use it but Thinking of making it more since chou odamma is a s-rank maybe 65 chakra cost with 100 damage there ist that fair enough?

note there a sixth but not yet described and only pain/rioudoku/nagato can use all six.I`ll add that to the custom jutsu site under your name ok

dude there is a problem wit that resengan. we can only use 4 elements

ok but not for the spirit bomb you can just pick when you wanna use it but then you cant hav e earth that fight. sorry rules buddy i dont agree much my self on a lot of them but even I gotta follow them and I helped make them.
